Name Description
Dillon, Donald Donald F. Dillon has been Chairman of the board of directors of Fiserv Inc., since 2000. Mr. Dillon served as Vice Chairman of the board of directors from 1995 to 2000. In 1976, Mr. Dillon and an associate founded Information Technology, Inc. (“ITI”), a provider of banking software and services. ITI was acquired by Fiserv in 1995, and, since then, Mr. Dillon has continued in his post as Chairman of ITI. From 1966 to 1976, Mr. Dillon was with the National Bank of Commerce, Lincoln, Nebraska and served as Senior Vice President – Information Management Division. Mr. Dillon has over 40 years of experience in the financial and data processing industries. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of Nebraska and a member of the University of Nebraska’s Directors Club.
Yabuki, Jeffery Jeffery W. Yabuki has been President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of and Fiserv Inc since 2005. Before joining Fiserv, Mr. Yabuki served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for H&R Block, Inc., a financial services firm, from 2002 to 2005. From 2001 to 2002, he served as Executive Vice President of H&R Block and from 1999 to 2001, he served as the President of H&R Block International. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Yabuki held various executive positions with American Express Company, a financial services firm, including President and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Tax and Business Services, Inc.

Goebel, Maryann Ms. Maryann Goebel is Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Fiserv, Inc. Ms. Goebel joins Fiserv with more than 30 years of progressive technology experience, which includes 15 years as a senior technology officer for some of the world's companies. Since 2006, she has served as executive vice president and CIO for DHL Express in Bonn, Germany where she managed an organization of 1,500 employees with responsibility for service delivery in more than 200 countries. She began her career as a scientific systems programmer analyst with Philadelphia Electric Company. Ms. Goebel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Mass.
Cox, James James W. Cox has served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development of Fiserv, Inc since 2006. From 2003 to 2006, he served as President of the company's Health Solutions Group, and joined the company in 2001 with the acquisition of Trewit, Inc., where he was President. Prior to that, Mr. Cox was a partner in Virchow Krause & Company, LLP, a public accounting and consulting firm.

Drummond, Lance Mr. Lance Drummond is Executive Vice President of Fiserv, Inc. With more than 30 years of progressive business and technology experience, Drummond joins Fiserv after more than six years at Bank of America where he most recently led the Online Bank and ATM Operations. In this role, Drummond managed the largest consumer online bank in the U.S., serving millions of active online consumers, bill payers and mobile subscribers. He was also responsible for delivering capabilities across the largest bank-owned network of ATMs in the country, including the deployment of deposit image ATMs. Prior to this, Drummond was the Service and Fulfillment Operations executive for Global Technology and Operations, providing end-to-end operations support for all of the bank's customers, banking centers and 18,000 ATMs. His team's responsibilities included image, ACH, EDI and check processing, lockbox services, ATM service and fulfillment, statements, cash services, card production, and deposit services, including product compliance and operations. Drummond initially led supply chain management when he joined Bank of America in 2002. Before joining Bank of America, Drummond was with Eastman Kodak for 26 years in a variety of technology and leadership positions. He served most recently as chief operating officer for the Kodak office professional products division. Mr. Drummond earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Boston University, a master's degree in business administration from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester, and a master's degree in management science from MIT. He received the MIT Sloan Fellowship in 1994 and the Aspen Institute's Henry Crown Fellowship in 1998.
Levy, Gerald Gerald J. Levy has been a director of Fiserv Inc since 1986 and is known nationally for his involvement in various financial industry organizations. Mr. Levy is a past Director and Chairman of the United States League of Savings Institutions, and served as Chairman of its Government Affairs Policy Committee. Since 1959, Mr. Levy has served Guaranty Bank, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in various capacities, including as Chairman since 2002 and Chief Executive Officer from 1973 to 2002. Kearney, Daniel Daniel P. Kearney has been a director of Fiserv Inc since 1999. Mr. Kearney is a financial consultant and served as Chief Investment Officer of Aetna, Inc. from 1991 to 1998. Renwick, Glenn Glenn M. Renwick has been a director of Fiserv Inc., since 2001. Mr. Renwick is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Progressive Corporation.
