Name Description

James Travers

Mr. James M. Travers is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of FleetMatics Group plc. Travers has been a member of the Company's Board of Directors since 2006, when he joined Fleetmatics as CEO. Over the past seven years, Travers has led Fleetmatics to substantial revenue growth and profitability. He has responsibility for the company's global operations and strategic direction. Prior to joining Fleetmatics, he served as SVP of the Americas of Geac Corporation. Travers, with over 30 years of industry experience, has diverse practice successfully building high growth companies in the public and private sectors.

Stephen Lifshatz

Mr. Stephen J. Lifshatz is Chief Financial Officer of FleetMatics Group plc since December 2010. Prior to joining FleetMatics, Mr. Lifshatz was engaged as an independent consultant by several private equity firms to assist in the development and expansion of certain of their portfolio companies. Previously, Mr. Lifshatz served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Authoria, Inc. from September 2007 until January 2010 and of Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. from January 1997 until September 2007. Prior to Lionbridge, Mr. Lifshatz served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The Dodge Group, Inc., an international software company, and in various senior financial positions at Marcam Corporation, a process-ERP software business. Mr. Lifshatz served on the Board of Directors of Amicas, Inc. from June 2007 until June 2010.

Dennis Abrahams

Mr. Dennis L. Abrahams is Chief Operating Officer of FleetMatics Group plc. Mr. Abrahams joined FleetMatics in August 2010 when FleetMatics acquired SageQuest and serves as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Abrahams served as President and CEO of SageQuest from its inception in August of 2003 until it was acquired by FleetMatics in 2010. Prior to joining SageQuest, Mr. Abrahams was President and CEO of Harris InfoSource International Inc. Previously, Mr. Abrahams held various positions in sales, marketing and operations.

John Goggin

Mr. John J. Goggin is Senior Vice President - Global Sales of FleetMatics Group plc. He joined FleetMatics in December 2004 as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining FleetMatics, Mr. Goggin held the position of U.K. and Ireland Sales Director for Minorplanet Systems Plc. In 1998, Mr. Goggin founded Monitcom Ltd., an Irish fleet telematics company, to market the Minorplanet Systems Plc. telematics system under a franchise agreement in Ireland. Prior to 1998, Mr. Goggin spent 22 years in the commercial industrial refrigeration industry and held various sales leadership positions.

Jorge Diaz

Mr. Jorge Diaz is Senior Vice President - Human Resources of FleetMatics Group plc since June 2012. Prior to joining FleetMatics, from November 2011 until May 2012, Mr. Diaz served in dual roles as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for both CS STARS LLC and Marsh, Inc.’s (a subsidiary of Marsh and McLennan Companies) U.S. Central Zone. From May 2007 until November 2011, Mr. Diaz served as Head of Human Resources for CS STARS LLC, a developer of risk management information systems. Prior to his time with CS STARS LLC, Mr. Diaz led human resource efforts in different regions for Tellabs, Inc. a provider of equipment solutions to telecommunication service providers.

Andrew Reynolds

Mr. Andrew M. Reynolds is Senior Vice President - Global Business Development of FleetMatics Group plc since June 2011. Prior to joining FleetMatics, from 2007 until 2011, Mr. Reynolds served as Senior Vice President of corporate development at Art Technology Group, Inc., a publicly traded provider of e-commerce software applications and services, where he was responsible for strategic planning, M&A, and alliances. Mr. Reynolds served as Vice President of corporate development at Hyperion Solutions Corp. from 2002 until 2007. Mr. Reynolds has also held positions in management consulting, strategic marketing, and sales.

Peter Mitchell

Mr. Peter Mitchell has been Chief Technical Officer of FleetMatics Group PLC since inception in 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Mitchell was Chief Technology Officer and founding partner of WS2 from 1998 until 2004, when it was acquired by the Company. Prior to joining WS2, Mr. Mitchell worked for Microsoft Corporation in its European headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, working on the Visual Studio team that developed Visual Basic 6.

Kathleen Finato

Ms. Kathleen Finato has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer of Fleetmatics Group PLC., with effect from August 13, 2013. Prior to joining Fleetmatics Group, Finato held the role of Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development for conferencing provider InterCall. Previously, she held back-to-back leadership roles at Motorola Mobile Devices, providing leadership in both North American marketing and sales, respectively. She has also held executive roles at GE Money and SBC (now AT&T). Finato earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Communications from Ithaca College.

Jack Noonan

Mr. Jack Noonan is Non-Executive Independent Lead Director of FleetMatics Group plc since 2012. He is a member of the compensation committee and Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Noonan served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of SPSS Inc., a software company in predictive analytics, from 1992 through the acquisition of SPSS Inc. by International Business Machines Corporation in 2009. Mr. Noonan serves as a director of Morningstar, Inc., Lionbridge Technologies, Inc., Globalview Software, Inc. and PivotLink Corp.

Vincent De Palma

Mr. Vincent R. De Palma is Director of the company. De Palma has been CEO of global information security company Shred-it since 2009. His experience managing a global company for which fleet and service worker optimization is an operational imperative makes him a natural fit for the Fleetmatics Board Director position. Prior to Shred-it, De Palma was President at Pitney Bowes Management Services and Executive Vice President, Pitney Bowes, Inc. from 2005-2009. Prior to that, De Palma was President of Benefit Services and Corporate Vice President, Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) from 1999-2005.

Brian Halligan

Mr. Brian Halligan is Director of the Company. Halligan co-founded HubSpot, a leading inbound marketing software company based in Cambridge, MA, in 2006 to help businesses transform the way they market their products. Over 10,000 companies leverage HubSpot’s software and services to drive marketing and sales efficiency, and under Halligan’s leadership, the company has been widely recognized for its rapid growth, innovative culture, and transformative approach to marketing. He was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2011 New England award recipient, and co-authored Inbound Marketing. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Vermont and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where he currently serves as a Senior Lecturer.

Allison Mnookin

Ms. Allison Mnookin is Director of the Company. Ms. Mnookin is VP and General Manager of Intuit QuickBase, a product which allows workgroups to build customer solutions that enable their productivity. She’s held several positions at Intuit during her tenure, including general manager in Intuit’s Small Business Division where she was responsible for leading a $500M portfolio of businesses including QuickBooks. Prior to joining Intuit in 1998, she held several sales and product marketing positions with Oracle Corporation. Mnookin received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard College.

Hazem Ben-Gacem

Mr. Hazem Ben-Gacem ha been Non-Executive Independent Director of Fleetmatics Group plc since 2012. He is Mmber of the compensation Committee of the Company. Mr. Ben-Gacem is the head of Investcorp’s European private equity operations, the Managing Director of Investcorp Technology Partners, Investcorp’s technology private equity business and a member of the Management Committee of the Investcorp Group. Prior to joining Investcorp, Mr. Ben-Gacem was a member of Credit Suisse First Boston’s Mergers & Acquisitions team in New York. In addition to FleetMatics, Mr. Ben-Gacem currently sits on the board of kgb Inc, Skrill Holdings, Ceme S.p.A, Georg Jensen A/S, Investcorp International Ltd. and Investcorp Securities Ltd. Mr. Ben-Gacem has also sat on the board of Acta Technologies Inc, Conduit Limited, Dialogic Corp, eviivo Limited, Mania Technologie AG, Objectstar International Limited, Sophos plc, Spectel plc, T3 Media, TDX Holdings Limited, Trema Holding, Utimaco Safeware AG, Willtek Communications GmbH, OpSec Security Group plc and Wireless Telecommunication Group Inc. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Harvard University.

Andrew Flett

Mr. Andrew G. Flett is Non-Executive Independent Director of FleetMatics Group Plc since 2008. He is a member of the audit committee. Mr. Flett is a Partner at Investcorp Technology Partners. Mr. Flett first joined Investcorp in 1998 and currently sits on the Boards of CSIdentity Corporation, Magnum Semiconductor, Inc., Fishnet Security Inc. and T3 Media, Inc.

James Kelliher

Mr. Kelliher has served as the Chief Financial Officer of LogMeIn, Inc. since June 2006. From December 2002 to March 2006, Mr. Kelliher served as Chief Financial Officer of IMlogic, Inc., a venture-backed enterprise instant messaging company, where he was responsible for finance, legal and human resource activities. From 1991 to September 2002, Mr. Kelliher served in a number of capacities, including Senior Vice President, Finance, at Parametric Technology Corporation, a software development company.

J. Sanford Miller

Mr. J. Sanford Miller is Non-Executive Independent Director of FleetMatics Group plc since 2010. He is a member of the compensation committee. Mr. Miller is a General Partner in Institutional Venture Partners, which he joined in April 2006. Prior to joining Institutional Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, Mr. Miller was a Senior Partner at 3i Group plc, a private equity firm, which he joined in 2001. Prior to joining 3i, Mr. Miller co-founded Thomas Weisel Partners, an investment bank, in 1998, where he was a Member of the Executive Committee, Chief Administrative and Strategic Officer and Co-Director of Investment Banking. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Miller was a Senior Partner at Montgomery Securities, an investment bank, where he led the technology group. Before joining Montgomery Securities, he was a Managing Director and ran technology investment banking in San Francisco for Merrill Lynch and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Miller served on the Board of Vonage Holdings Corp from January 2004 until June 2011.
