Name Description

Neil Pettigrew

 Mr. Neil Pettigrew, M.Sc., P.Geo., is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Fairmont Resources Inc., since February 9, 2012. Mr. Pettigrew received his H.B.Sc. in Geology degree from the University of New Brunswick in 1999 and his M.Sc. degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Ottawa in 2004. He has worked for several junior and companies in gold and Cu-Ni-PGE exploration, most notably Avalon Ventures Ltd., Temex Resources Corp., Rainy River Resources Ltd., Placer Dome CLA Inc. and Goldcorp Inc. He has also worked for the Ontario Geological Survey as a Senior Precambrian Geoscientist. Currently, Mr. Pettigrew serves as VP Exploration of PC Gold Inc., an exploration and development company listed on the TSX. Mr. Pettigrew is also a founder of Fladgate Exploration Consulting Corporation of Thunder Bay, ON, a full service mineral exploration consulting firm with over 60 employees and a roster of publicly traded clients.

Greg Ball

 Mr. Greg Ball is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Director of Fairmont Resources Inc. Mr. Ball has been a Certified General Accountant (British Columbia) since August 2005. Currently, Mr. Ball is a senior accountant with DaCosta Management Corp., an accounting firm that provides its services to various private and public mining issuers. As a result, Mr. Ball is readily able to understand accounting principles applicable to the Company.

John Bevilacqua

 Mr. John Bevilacqua is Independent Director of Fairmont Resources Inc. He resigned from the position of President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect 10 February 2012. He has around 13 years" experience of management and finance in both private and public companies. He spent 5 years managing investor relations for Stockhouse Inc., which is an online financial media company that serves financial institutions, media publishers, public companies, and advertisers. Developing relationships within the investment and brokerage community he has assisted several public companies building and executing their business plans.

Michael Thompson

 Mr. Michael Thompson is Independent Director of Fairmont Resources Inc., since October 26, 2011. Mr. Thompson is currently a director and Vice President Exploration of Red Metal Resources Ltd., a British Columbia reporting issuer engaged in the exploration of mineral properties. Mr. Thompson is the President and principal geologist of Fladgate Exploration Consulting Corporation, a company that provides geological consulting services to private and public mining issuers.
