Najmuddin Bin Datuk Seri Dr. Hj. Megat

 Tan Sri Dato' Seri Megat Najmuddin Bin Datuk Seri Dr. Hj. Megat has been Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Formis Resources Bhd since January 22, 2002. He is also the Chairman of the Board's Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. He is a lawyer by profession who graduated from the University of Singapore in 1970. He ceased practice in 1986 to concentrate on business and political activities. He served as the State Assemblyman of Kelana Jaya, Selangor for two terms and was a municipal councilor for two decades. He also sits as a member of UMNO Disciplinary & Appeal Board. He was appointed as Executive Committee Member of the Federation of Public Listed Companies Berhad (FPLC) in August 1994 and elected President in 1997. He represents this organisation to the High Finance Committee of the Ministry of Finance. Further, he was also one of the first members of the Management Committee of the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance (MICG), and was elected President in April 1998. In addition, he was appointed as a Member of the National Economic Advisory Council 2 (NEAC 2) where he was involved in the Human Resource Development Works Committee. In September 1999, he was appointed to the Capital Market Strategic Committee and in August 2001, he was appointed as Member of Bank Negara Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee (CDRC). He was Member of the High Level Finance Committee of the Ministry of Finance and Capital Market Advisory Council of the Securities Commission (“CMAC”). He currently sits as a member of Bank Negara Malaysia's Financial Directors' Education (FIDE) Steering Committee and Advisory Board of Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”). He is also the Chairman of Asian Pac Holdings Berhad, Tradewinds Corporation Berhad, SEG International Bhd and Majuperak Holdings Berhad. He also serves as Director on the board of Petroliam Nasional Berhad.

Siew Kwok Mah

 Dato' Mah Siew Kwok is Non-Independent Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Formis Resources Bhd. He was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director on January 22, 2002. He was re-designated as the Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer on April 1, 2006. He is also a Member of the Board's Investment Committee and serves on the board of several subsidiary companies of the Group. He qualified in law and was called to the English Bar in 1972. He was the founder and senior partner of Messrs Mah & Partners in 1975 and specialised in Corporate Law, Banking Law as well as Land Law. He remained in practice for 10 years before venturing into the commercial sector. He was the Managing Director of South Malaysia Industries Berhad from 1983 to 1994. He serves on the board of several private companies and is also the Deputy Chairman of Chung Hwa Independent High School.

Siew Moon Voon

 Mr. Voon Siew Moon serves as Chief Financial Officer of Formis Resources Berhad since March 27, 2013. He is a Chartered Accountants (ACCA) with more than 20 years experience in various industries, holding senior financial positions in listed companies, including FCW Holdings Berhad, Cuscapi Berhad and KNM Group Berhad.

Xian-Zhen Mah

 Ms. Mah Xian-Zhen serves as Executive Director and Investor Relations Contact Officer of Formis Resources Bhd. She was appointed with effect from September 19, 2011. She has Bachelor of Arts (2000 - 2004) from Wellesley College, MA, USA; Graduate Diploma in Law Course (2004 - 2005) and Bar Vocational Course student (2005 - 2006), BPP Professional Education, London, UK; and Executive Diploma in Islamic Law (Islamic Banking) (February 2008 - November 2009), International Islamic University, Malaysia. Ms. Mah worked as the Personal Assistant to the Group Consultant in FORMIS BASS Consulting Sdn Bhd from April to July 2000 before furthering her studies in USA. Immediately after her graduation in 2004, she went to London, UK and furthered her studies in the field of law, obtaining her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2005. Upon completing her Bar Vocational Course in UK, she returned to Malaysia and joined Messrs Shook Lin & Bok in September 2006 as a Pupil. She remained with the firm after she was called to the bar in 2007 as a legal assistant, until June 2009, focusing on corporate and commercial litigation. Presently, she is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of Formis Resources Berhad, a role she has been in since October 2009 where she is involved in developing, organizing, implementing and monitoring strategic plans and programs within the organization. She is also involved in the reviewing of key contracts and participates in negotiations for the various subsidiaries of Formis Resources Berhad.

Monteiro Gerard Clair

 Mr. Monteiro Gerard Clair is Executive Director of Formis Resources Bhd since July 2, 2012. He completed his A Levels in 1991 in Prime College, KL. Thereafter in 1992 he joined the workforce, as a sales agent for Riken Auto Sdn Bhd (“RASB”). RASB was a company dealing in the sale of used cars, both local and imported/ reconditioned cars. He consistently performed as the top salesman in RASB during that time. In 1994, in recognition of his sales performance he was appointed as a Director of RASB, and its sister company, Riken Marine Sdn Bhd, which was involved in selling luxury boats to local and regional customers. With his team, he built up the turnover of RASB in excess of RM100 million annually. He continued his involvement with the Riken group of companies until 1998 when he left. In 1999, he set up Optima Auto Sdn Bhd (“Optima”) and served as its Managing Director (“MD”). Optima was a company involved in the sale of used cars, both local and imported/reconditioned. As MD, he was responsible for the long term growth and prospects of the company, its operations, and its profi tability. Optima was a smaller set up, and during his tenure, Optima consistently registered turnover of approximately RM80 million annually. He left Optima in 2005 to venture into the property industry, via the establishment of Monteray Sdn Bhd (investment holding), Monteray Properties Sdn Bhd (property investment) and Monteray Land Sdn Bhd (property development). He was a shareholder as well as director in those companies. He currently maintains his directorship in Monteray Land Sdn Bhd. It was there that he obtained his experience and insight into all aspects of the property industry.

Nyap Liou Gan

 Dato' Gan (Larry) Nyap Liou @ Gan Nyap Liow serves as Executive Director of Formis Resources Bhd since May 9, 2013. He served as Independent Non-Executive Director from September 19, 2011 to May 9, 2013. Dato' Gan obtained his accounting qualification in 1978 and was admitted to be a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants in 1982. Upon obtaining his accounting qualification, he joined Accenture, a global management and technology consulting firm, where he served for 26 years until his retirement in December 2004. Dato' Gan has previously served as the Chairman of the Association of Computer Industry Malaysia (PIKOM), member of the Malaysia US Business Council, Ministry of Science and Technology Think Tank, Malaysia Copyright Tribunal and The Labuan International Financial Exchange Committee. He is the Deputy Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce, Deputy Chairman of Yayasan Tuanku Nur Zahirah and director of Badan Pengawas Pemegang Saham Minoriti Berhad (Minority Shareholder Watchdog Group).

Kok Khee Thong

 Dato' Thong Kok Khee serves as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Formis Resources Bhd. He was appointed with effect from September 19, 2011. He has Bachelor of Science (Econs) from London School of Economics (University of London). Dato' Thong is the Executive Deputy Chairman cum Chief Executive Officer of Insas Berhad. He had worked in the financial services industry since 1979. He was an Executive Director of Standard Chartered Merchant Bank Asia in Singapore and Head of its corporate finance division.

Ahmad Bin Khalid

 Encik Ahmad Bin Khalid is Independent Non-Executive Director of Formis Resources Bhd. He re-joined the Board on November 1, 2007. He was appointed as Member of the Board’s Audit and Risk Management Committee and Remuneration Committee on the same date. He also serves on the board of several subsidiary companies of the Group. He holds a Diploma in Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA. He has also attended professional courses both abroad and locally. He has held various top management positions in the banking and the telecommunication industries for the past 30 years. He currently serves as director on the board of Formis Holdings Berhad, Diversified Gateway Berhad, and several other private companies.

 Mr. Boey Tak Kong has been Independent Non-Executive Director of Formis Resources Bhd since June 29, 2012. He is member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certifi ed Accountants, United Kingdom, Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom, Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Member of the Malaysian Institute of Management and Associate of the Institute of Marketing Malaysia. His experience spans over 23 years in senior management positions involving fi nancial management, internal audit, corporate aff airs and overseas business development with six (6) public listed companies with listing in Malaysia, Singapore, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. Presently, he is an approved trainer with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad and the Managing Director of Terus Mesra Sdn Bhd, a strategic management and leadership development company. Mr Boey is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of IJM Land Berhad, Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad, Green Packet Berhad, Gadang Holdings Berhad, Permaju Industries Berhad, Censof Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Century Software Holdings Berhad) and Bunseng Holdings Berhad.
