Bowers, G. Thomas Mr. G. Thomas Bowers has been a Director of First Niagara Financial Group, Inc. since 2003. He has been Chairman of the Board since October 2007. He was elected to the Board in January 2003 upon completion of the merger between the Company and Finger Lakes Bancorp, Inc. where he had been Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer.
Koelmel, John Mr. John R. Koelmel is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of First Niagara Financial Group, Inc. He has been a Director since 2007. He was elected President and Chief Executive Officer in December 2006. Upon joining the Company in January 2004, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr.Moules was previously the state president of Pennsylvania banking at National City Corporation and had been with National City since 1988, beginning his career as a Corporate Banking trainee in the MBA Associates Program. He rose through the ranks to hold a variety of account management responsibilities, and, in 1998, was named senior vice president in Corporate Banking, serving as deputy head of Credit Administration for the Northcoast region. Mr. Moules moved to Fort Wayne in 1999 to lead the Northern Indiana region as executive vice president and chief operating officer during the integrations of Fort Wayne National Bank. Two years later, he moved to Indianapolis to lead Corporate Banking for the state of Indiana. He relocated to Pittsburgh in 2002 to lead Corporate Banking in Pennsylvania. Mr. Moules earned bachelors and master's degrees from Pennsylvania State University, and a law degree from the John Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University. Mr. Moules is on the board of directors for United Way of Allegheny County, Family House, Civic Light Opera, Allegheny Conference on Community Development, and Point Park University. He is a member of Leadership Pittsburgh Class XXI.
Polino, Frank Mr. Frank J. Polino has been Executive Vice President, Operations of First Niagara Financial Group, Inc. since February 2008. Prior to that, he served as Interim Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking since May 2007 and Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer since February 2001.

Judge, Daniel Mr. Daniel W. Judge has been a Director of First Niagara Financial Group, Inc. since 1992. He is the President of NetPlus Alliance Inc., a purchasing and marketing group of industrial and contractor supplies distributors.
