Pugsley, Thomas Mr. Thomas F. Pugsley has been Chairman of the Board of First Nickel Inc. He is a Professional engineer and retired executive. Increasingly senior positions at Falconbridge Limited from 1965 to 2004, Senior Vice President, Projects and Engineering, Falconbridge Limited (1995 – 2004).
Anderson, William Mr. William J. Anderson has been President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of First Nickel Inc. Previously he was mineral industry consultant. President of MPH Consulting Limited (“MPH”), a private mining and exploration consulting firm (1995-2006). Director, True North Gems Inc., Director, Prime Meridian Resources Inc.
Del Campo, Joseph Mr. Joseph Del Campo has been Chief Financial Officer of First Nickel Inc. since June 2005. He is Certified Management Accountant. Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Unigold Inc., a junior mining exploration company.

Hepburn, Lyle Mr. Lyle R. Hepburn has been Director of First Nickel since October 2006. Mr. Hepburn is a partner in the Toronto law firm of Beach, Hepburn LLP, which he cofounded in 1985. Mr. Hepburn’s practice has been focused primarily on representing and advising publicly-traded mining and mineral exploration companies. Mr. Hepburn is currently a director of Gitennes Exploration Inc., North Atlantic Resources Ltd. and Fronteer Development Group Inc., all of which are mineral exploration companies listed on the TSX.
Whittall, Robert Mr. Robert F. Whittall has been Director of First Nickel since October 2006. Mr. Whittall, a Chartered Accountant, has been the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and a director of Volta Resources Inc. (formerly Goldcrest Resources Ltd.) since August 2003. From April 2001 to January 2003, Mr. Whittall was Vice President, Finance of TVX Gold Inc. He is also chairman of the audit committee of Viking Gold Exploration Inc. and from 2003 to 2009 was chairman of the audit committee of Andina Minerals Inc.
Hallisey, Richard Richard S. Hallisey is Director of First Nickel Inc. Mr. Hallisey is President and Director of Sullivan Holdings Limited, a position he has held full time since 2001. From January 1999 to December 2001 he was Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of National Bank Financial. Prior to his position at National Bank he was the Co-Founder, Vice Chairman and Director of First Marathon Securities. Mr. Hallisey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geological Engineering) from UBC, and a Masters in Business Administration from University of Western Ontario. He is also a Director of Kinross Gold Corporation.
