Name Description

Daniel Simoncini

Mr. Daniel Simoncini is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Foraco International S.A., since incorporation. Mr. Simoncini has been a Director and Executive Officer of the Company since incorporation. Prior to his involvement with the Company, Mr. Simoncini held various senior management positions with other entities. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Simoncini was Chief Executive Officer of Technoplus Industries SA, a subsidiary of the French Atomic Bureau (CEA). From 1982 to 1994, Mr. Simoncini held various positions in Comex group of companies, predecessor to Acergy SA, listed on the NASDAQ, including Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Simoncini is a Professional Engineer and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ensam University in Paris, France.

Jean-Pierre Charmensat

Mr. Jean-Pierre Charmensat is Vice-Chief Executive Officer, Acting Chief Financial Officer and Director of Foraco International S.A., since incorporation. Mr. Charmensat has been a Director and Executive Officer of the Company since incorporation. Prior to his involvement with the Company, Mr. Charmensat held various senior management positions with other entities. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Charmensat was Chief Financial Officer of the LOHR group in France, a worldwide specialist in the design and manufacture of transportation systems. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Charmensat served as Chief Financial Officer of Stolt Comex Seaway SA, predecessor to Acergy SA, listed on the NASDAQ. From 1975 to 1990, Mr. Charmensat held various financial management positions in France and Chile with Spie-Batignolles, a group of international engineering and construction companies. Mr. Charmensat holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne in France, and a Master of Economics from the University of Aix en Provence in France.

Claude Durocher

Mr. Claude Durocher has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Foraco International SA. He has over 20 years experience in the oil and gas services industry. Most recently, he acted as Vice President & Global Slickline Business Manager at Schlumberger, an organization comprised of nearly 2500 employees and 120 field locations in 65 countries with a market share three times that of its closest competitor. Prior to this, Mr. Durocher was President of Schlumberger Canada, a USD $1 billion business, overseeing operations involving 2700 employees operating within multiple business units spanning over 40 field locations. He has an international career spanning multiple continents creating diverse teams. He also has experience in deploying small crews and high-tech equipment in various regions, and has demonstrated exceptional capacity in growing a business with sophisticated customers.

Mr. Laurence Girard is Corporate Counsel of Foraco International SA. Lawyer qualified in France and California, corporate counsel of Foraco since October 2008.

Warren Holmes

Mr. Warren Holmes is Lead Independent Director of Foraco International SA. Currently, Mr. Holmes is the Chairman of Wallbridge Mining, Executive Vice Chairman of Atlanta Gold and Director of Hudbay Minerals Inc. and Nuinsco Resources Ltd. From 1986 to 2002 he was employed by Falconbridge Ltd. in various senior management positions including, as Senior Vice-President – Canadian Mining Operations. From 1964-1986 he worked for Noranda Inc. in a series of supervisory, technical and management roles, becoming Vice President and General Manager of the Noranda-owned Pamour Porcupine Mines Ltd. in 1985. Mr. Holmes is also a director of several other private companies and not for profit organizations. He has been President of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum and has received a number of awards recognizing his professional contribution to the industry. Mr. Holmes holds an M.B.A from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science, Mining Engineering, from Queen’s University in Ontario.

Bruno Chabas

Mr. Bruno Chabas is an Independent Director of Foraco International SA., since August 2007. Mr. Chabas was appointed as of January 1, 2012 as the CEO of SBM Offshore N.V. From May 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012, he was Chief Operating Officer of SBM Offshore NV. From October 2002 to January 2011, he was Chief Operating Officer of Acergy SA, with responsibility for all the day-to-day commercial and operational activity of Acergy SA worldwide. From 1992 through 2002, Mr. Chabas held various management positions within preceding companies of Acergy SA including as the Chief Financial Officer of Stolt Offshore SA. From 1999 to 2002, these positions were held in the United Kingdom, France and the United States. Prior to 2002, Mr. Chabas was a loan officer and investment adviser for a French bank. Mr. Chabas holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Science at Aix-en-Provence and an M.B.A. from Babson College in Massachusetts.

Jorge Hurtado

Mr. Jorge Hurtado is an Independent Director of Foraco International SA., since May 2010. Mr. Hurtado was the former Chairman of the board of Adviser Drilling SA between 2005 and 2010. Previously he was involved with The Coca-Cola Company for 31 years where he held several positions in Chile, Spain, Venezuela and Norway. He retired as President of the Andean Division and Vice President of Coca-Cola Latinamerica in 2000. Since then he has been involved in several undertakings, including a concrete (ready mix cement) company, telecommunications and real estate. He also serves on the board of directors of a publicly held company (Embotelladora Andina S.A. one of the sixth Coca-Cola bottlers of the world), is Chairman of the Board of Stel S.A., a privately owned telecommunications company, is a member of the board of directors of CMPC Tissue S.A. a subsidiary of a pulp and paper Chilean company member of the board of Trabajando.com, an on-line job site with presence in Latin America and Spain and a member of the board of directors of Vendomática S.A. a privately owned vending company. He participates in the ownership and management of a private investment fund, Fondo de Inversión Privado Yerbas Buenas. Mr. Hurtado is a Chilean citizen and a holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from the University of Chile.
