Name Description

Daniel Simoncini

Mr. Daniel Simoncini is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Foraco International S.A., since incorporation. Mr. Simoncini has been a Director and Executive Officer of the Company since incorporation. Prior to his involvement with the Company, Mr. Simoncini held various senior management positions with other entities. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Simoncini was Chief Executive Officer of Technoplus Industries SA, a subsidiary of the French Atomic Bureau (CEA). From 1982 to 1994, Mr. Simoncini held various positions in Comex group of companies, predecessor to Acergy SA, listed on the NASDAQ, including Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Simoncini is a Professional Engineer and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ensam University in Paris, France.

Jean-Pierre Charmensat

Mr. Jean-Pierre Charmensat is Vice Chief Executive Officer, Acting Chief Financial Officer, Director of Foraco International S.A., since incorporation. Mr. Charmensat has been a Director and Executive Officer of the Company since incorporation. Prior to his involvement with the Company, Mr. Charmensat held various senior management positions with other entities. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Charmensat was Chief Financial Officer of the LOHR group in France, a worldwide specialist in the design and manufacture of transportation systems. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Charmensat served as Chief Financial Officer of Stolt Comex Seaway SA, predecessor to Acergy SA, listed on the NASDAQ. From 1975 to 1990, Mr. Charmensat held various financial management positions in France and Chile with Spie-Batignolles, a group of international engineering and construction companies. Mr. Charmensat holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne in France, and a Master of Economics from the University of Aixen- Provence in France.

Fabien Sevestre

Mr. Fabien Sevestre is a Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Foraco International SA since 2007 and he joined the Company in 2001 to become as a Cost Controller in charge of the Company's South American and European operations. Prior to his involvement with the Company, from 2000 to 2001, Mr. Sevestre worked as an auditor for Fidulor in France, a subsidiary of Grant Thornton. Mr. Sevestre holds a DECF (chartered accountant) in Accounting from the Technical University of Montpellier (Universite de Montpellier).

Timothy Bremner

Mr. Timothy Bremner serves as Senior Vice President, North America of Foraco International SA. He joined the Company in July 2006 and has over 30 years of experience in drilling operations. He held several senior management positions between 1990 and 2006 with Boart Longyear Inc., a drilling services provider based in Utah, including Director of Sales and Marketing, Regional General Manager and Vice President of Drilling Services. From 1988 to 1990, Mr. Bremner acted as General Manager at Logan Drilling Group, a drilling company based in Nova Scotia. He began his career in the drilling industry with Longyear Canada Inc in 1981. Mr. Bremner holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario.

Peter Jacobs

Mr. Peter Jacobs has been Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific of Foraco International SA since February 2010, when he joined the Company. He has 30 years of experience in mineral drilling operations. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Jacobs was General Manager of Reflex Instruments from 2006 to 2008. From 1989 to 2006, he held senior management positions with Boart Longyear in Australia and Canada, including Director of Business Development, Manager of the Australian and Canadian Drilling Services Divisions, and General Manager of Operations for the Americas. Pre Boart Longyear, he worked for an Australian Drilling Services company based in Kalgoorlie. Mr. Jacobs has completed the Program for Executive Development in Lausanne, Switzerland, and holds a mechanical trade qualification.

Santiago Marin Cruchaga

Mr. Santiago Marin Cruchaga has been Senior Vice President, Latin America of Foraco International SA since October 2012. He has over 24 years of Business to Business experience primarily in the markets of Engineering, Industrials and Mining. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Marin Cruchaga spent the past eight years working for SalfaCorp SA, an Engineering & Construction company in Chile, where he served as Vice President of New Business Development. Earlier, he also served as Vice President of Operational Services where he led the operation of Supply Chain, Machinery, Contractors, Marketing, and the Procurement Office in Shanghai, China. From 1993 to 2004, he worked for Precison Group as a Commercial Manager and Services General Manager. He started his career at Exxon Coal and Minerals, where he worked for over six years in the mining company Disputada de las Condes in Chile (now controlled by Anglo American) where he served as Materials Department and Personnel Services Head in the Los Bronces mine. He obtained a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile (the University of Santiago de Chile).

Philippe Violle

Mr. Philippe Violle has been Vice President, Engineering and Technical Services of Foraco International SA since 2000. Prior to his involvement with the Company, Mr. Violle held various senior technical positions with a number of other companies. From 1995 to 2000, he was in charge of the engineering department of Technoplus Industries SA, a subsidiary of the French Atomic Bureau (CEA). From 1985 to 1995, Mr. Violle founded the company Aria, an international specialist in the design and manufacturing of special machinery for various industries. He started his career as an oil well test supervisor in Indonesia for Flopetrol, a subsidiary of Schlumberger SA. Mr. Violle is a professional Engineer and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ensam University in Paris, France, as well as a Masters degree in Management from the University of Aix en Provence, France (University of Aix en Provence).

Ibrahim Baderi

Mr. Ibrahim Baderi has been Vice President, Africa of Foraco International SA since 2008. He joined the Company in 2003, as General Manager of the Niger Branch. Prior to joining the Company, he held various management positions with Compagnie Miniere d'Akouta (Cominak), a subsidiary of Areva operating in Niger. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Baderi worked as Purchasing Manager of Cominak and, from 1995 to 1999, he worked as the Maintenance Manager. From 1991 to 1994, he was responsible for carrying out the maintenance of mine infrastructures for Cominak. Mr. Baderi holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ensam University in Paris, France.

Olivier Demesy

Mr. Olivier Demesy serves as Vice President, Brazil of Foraco International SA. He joined the Company in January 2011 as VP Central Region. He held several operational and management positions between 1998 and 2010 with Baker Hughes Inc (BHI), a drilling services provider mostly for the oil & gas industry, based in the USA. His last position with BHI was acting as District Operations Manager in Brazil. He began his career in the drilling industry with Geoservices, an international drilling and logging service company, in 1996. Mr. Demesy holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ensam University in Paris, France, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Petroleum Engineering from the IFP (French Petroleum institute).

Thierry Merle

Mr. Thierry Merle has been Vice President, Europe & Middle East of Foraco International SA since August 2013. He joined the Company in 2000 as a drilling engineer in the Ivory Coast. Afterwards, Mr. Merle held the positions of resident manager in Mali, Chad and Ghana before moving to Lunel France in 2006 to manage drilling programs in West Africa. Late in 2009, he took on the position of General Manager in New Caledonia of the Company, which he held until August 2013, when he returned to France. Prior to working at the Company, he held positions at Boart Longyear and Freyssinet (civil construction) in various engineering positions. Mr. Merle is a Mining Engineer and he graduated from the Ales School of Mines (Ales Mining School, France).

Laurence Mahieux

Ms. Laurence Mahieux has been Corporate Counsel of Foraco International SA since 2008, when she joined the Company. She previously worked as In-House Counsel for Technip. From 2001 to 2004, she worked as a lawyer for the Clifford Chance office in France. From 1997 to 2001, Ms. Mahieux also worked as a lawyer in France and in California for Gibson Dunn & Crutcher. She graduated from the University of San Diego with a Master of legal Letters (LLM) in International Taxation and International Law. She also holds a Master of legal Letters (LLM) in International Economic Law from the University of Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne (Universite Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne) and a diploma from the Institut d‘Etudes Politiques.

Warren Holmes

Mr. Warren Holmes is Lead Independent Director of Foraco International SA. Mr. Holmes is the Executive Vice-Chairman and a Director of Atlanta Gold and a Director of Hudbay Minerals Inc. and of Wallbridge Mining Company Limited. From 1986 to 2002, he was employed by Falconbridge Ltd. in various senior management positions including, as Senior Vice-President – Canadian Mining Operations. From 1964 to 1986, he worked for Noranda Inc. in a series of supervisory, technical and management roles, becoming Vice President and General Manager of the Noranda-owned Pamour Porcupine Mines Ltd. in 1985. Mr. Holmes is also a director of several other private companies. He has been President of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum and has received a number of awards recognizing his professional contribution to the industry. Mr. Holmes holds an M.B.A from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science, Mining Engineering, from Queen’s University in Ontario.

Bruno Chabas

Mr. Bruno Y.R. Chabas is an Independent Director of Foraco International SA., since August 2007. Mr. Chabas was appointed as of January 1, 2012 as the CEO of SBM Offshore N.V. From May 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012, he was Chief Operating Officer of SBM Offshore NV. From October 2002 to January 2011, he was Chief Operating Officer of Acergy SA, with responsibility for all the day-to-day commercial and operational activity of Acergy SA worldwide. From 1992 through 2002, Mr. Chabas held various management positions within preceding companies of Acergy SA including as the Chief Financial Officer of Stolt Offshore SA. From 1999 to 2002, these positions were held in the United Kingdom, France and the United States. Prior to 2002, Mr. Chabas was a loan officer and investment adviser for a French bank. Mr. Chabas holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Science at Aix-en-Provence in France and an M.B.A. from Babson College in Massachusetts.

Jorge Hurtado

Mr. Jorge Hurtado is Independent Director of Foraco International SA., since May 2010. Mr. Hurtado served as Chairman of the board of Adviser Drilling SA from 2005 and 2010. Previously, he was involved with The Coca-Cola Company for 31 years, where he held several positions in Chile, Spain, Venezuela and Norway. He retired as President of the Andean Division and Vice- President of Coca-Cola Latin America in 2000. Since that time he has been involved in several undertakings, including a concrete (ready-mix cement) company, telecommunications and real estate. He is Chairman of the Board of Stel S.A., a privately owned telecommunications company, is a member of the board of directors of CMPC Tissue S.A. a subsidiary of a Chilean pulp and paper company, a member of the board of directors Trabajando.com, an on-line job site with presence in Latin America and Spain, and a member of the board of directors of Vendomática S.A., a privately owned vending company. He participates in the ownership and management of a private investment fund, Fondo de Inversión Privado Yerbas Buenas. Mr. Hurtado is a Chilean citizen and a holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from the University of Chile.
