Name Description

Kenn Tat Ong

Mr. Kenn Tat Ong is a Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of the Company. Jef is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Flexiroam. Jef holds a Bachelor of Computer Science & Information Technology from Champlain College, Vermont in the United States. Jef has over 9 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, having previously been on the board of two Malaysian based start-up information technology companies.

Lip Lin Tan

Mr. Lip Lin Tan is a Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr Tan graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has 20 years’ experience in the funds management industry. Mr Tan served as a CFO of FutureNrg Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian based technology company that operates as a subsidiary of Fitters Diversified Berhad which is listed on the Malaysian Stock Exchange. Mr Tan is responsible for Flexiroam’s financial management.

Ying Hwa Ong

Ms. Ying Hwa Ong is a Vice President - Operations of the Company. Ms Ong graduated from the University of Putra, Malaysia with a bachelor’s degree in Science with a major in Human Resource Development. Ms Ong has more than 3 years’ experience in human resource management. Ms Ong is responsible for managing Flexiroam’s human resource requirements and for the training, retention and development of Flexiroam’s workforce.

Kup Sang Yeap

Mr. Kup Sang Yeap is a Vice President - Sales and Marketing of the Company. Mr Yeap graduated from Multimedia University, Malaysia with a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Management. Mr Yeap has more than 11 years’ experience in marketing having previously been employed by Dyuemall Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian based online shopping mall, in its marketing team. Mr Yeap heads Flexiroam’s Sales & Marketing team and is responsible for identifying new markets suitable for its products and managing existing retail channels.

Xin Yu Lim

Ms. Xin Yu Lim is a Vice President - Product Development of the Company. Ms Lim graduated from RMIT University, Melbourne with a diploma in Visual Merchandising. Ms Lim heads the Product Development team and is responsible for the management of Flexiroam’s brand management and product design.

Li Choong Tan

Mr. Li Choong Tan is a Vice President - Network & Support of the Company. Mr Tan graduated from the University of Derby, with a bachelor’s degree in Science. Mr Tan is responsible for the technical aspects of Flexiroam’s operations. Mr Tan has more than 11 years’ experience in the area of technical support.

Jhia Sheng Khoo

Mr. Jhia Sheng Khoo is a Vice President - Business Development of the Company. Mr Khoo graduated from the University of East London with a bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems. Mr Khoo is responsible for the growth of Flexiroam’s customer base and works closely with Flexiroam’s Chief Executive Officer to implement Flexiroam’s investment strategy.

Kim Hogg

Mr. Kim Hogg has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company. Mr Hogg (B Com) has worked in the private sector for more than twenty years as a principal of an accounting practice providing specialist services to clients seeking to raise capital and list on ASX. He has predominantly been involved in the preparation of prospectuses and in compliance work as company secretary for both listed and unlisted entities, and is currently secretary of several ASX listed companies.

Wai Hong Fong

Mr. Fong Wai Hong is Director of the Company. He is a serial tech entrepreneur and was named Australia's Best Young Entrepreneur in 2011 by StartupSmart and was amongst Melbourne's top 100 most influential people as published by The Age Newspaper that same year. Immediately after completing his BA at the University of Melbourne, Mr Fong co-founded and was the Managing Director at OZHut - a Multi niche online retailer - for 5 years. OzHut was ranked in the Top 100 Fastest Growing Startups in Australia in 2011 and received numerous other awards for its innovative and fast-growing e-Business platform. Mr Fong is also the Co-founder of StoreHub, a Cloud Based Store Management System for SMEs. Storehub was a finalist in Alliancebank Bizsmart Academy SME Innovation Challenge (2014).

Nyap Liou Gan

Dato' Gan Nyap Liou @ Gan Nyap Liow is Director of the Company. Dato’ Larry engages actively in the digital space. He is a strategic investor in eCommerce and digital enterprises, and operates an extensive business network of old and new school entrepreneurs, incubators, consulting professionals and investment funds. He advocates disruptive business models, mentors new startups, and fast forward exponential growth businesses. Dato’ Larry was a worldwide partner at Accenture, the leading global business and technology consulting firm, for 16 years and held many global leadership positions including Managing Partner of ASIA, Chairman of the International Advisory Council and member of the Global Management Council. He managed the Accenture multi-billion dollar technology ventures fund as Managing Partner in the Corporate Development Asia Pacific division. Over a career span of 26 years in Accenture, he consulted on strategic projects for government organisations and multinational corporations, and invested and worked with innovative technologies around the world. He retired in 2004. Over the last decade, Dato’ Larry invested and assumed board roles in several publicly listed technology companies. He has served on the boards of the following technology companies: ‘ Redtone International Berhad (Chairman); ‘ Diversified Gateway Solutions Berhad (Chairman); ‘ Prestariang Berhad; and ‘ iProperty Ltd. He currently serves on the boards of the following technology companies: ‘ Cuscapi Berhad (Chairman); ‘ Rev Asia Berhad (formerly known as Catcha Media) (Chairman); ‘ Graphene Nanochem Ltd; ‘ Fatfish Internet Group Ltd (Chairman); and ‘ 8Common Limited. Dato’ Larry is also Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the OMESTI Group of Companies, which operate in the ASIA region with interests in Technology, Media and Communications.

Paul Khong

Mr. Paul Khong is Director of the Company. Paul has over twenty years’ experience in the corporate financial and education sector. His experience and success as an entrepreneur has given him a solid foundation in business management and online digital marketing. This has led him into corporate consultancy. Paul has headed a boutique investment company in San Francisco and later relocated to New York as the Vice President of Marketing of IFS (New York) Inc. Paul was involved with transactions to the approximate value of USD$2 billion per annum. He was a co-founder of Kensington Investment Inc., a real estate investment company. Paul currently lectures at a training institute in Perth, Western Australia delivering Leadership and Management courses. He is also a Director of Getright Digital Australia which offers digital, website & app solutions for small and startup businesses.

Cheryl Yeoh

Ms. Cheryl Yeoh is Director of the Company. She was the founding CEO of Malaysian Global Innovation & Creative Centre (MaGIC). The MaGIC Accelerator Program (MAP) accelerates 75 early-stage companies from all over ASEAN in a 4-month program twice a year, the largest and most robust program of its kind in Asia. She also co-founded Reclip.It, a company that developed a personalized shopping list app that helped people save money by matching list items with digital coupons and weekly ads from top retail stores. In 2012, Reclip.It was selected by Instyle Magazine as “Best of the Web” and in 2013, was acquired by Walmart Labs. Prior to Reclip.It, Ms Yeoh co-founded CityPockets Inc. in 2010, the very first digital wallet and secondary marketplace for daily deals. Ms Yeoh currently runs her own advisory and consulting services company, Cheryl Yeoh & Co., and also serves as Advisor to CEO & Acting CMO to Hack Reactor - a 12-week immersive school for software engineers with locations in California, Texas and New York.
