Yeomans, Graeme Mr. Graeme Ronald Yeomans was appointed Interim Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Funtastic Limited effective 24 September 2008. Mr. Yeomans Joined the Board in September 2007 as an Independent Non-executive director. Mr Yeomans is a member of the Remuneration and Evaluation Committee, member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee and of the Nomination Committee.

Cody, James Mr. James Cody has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Funtastic Limited effective November 16, 2009. James is a senior finance professional with broad industry experience in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Most recently, he held the role of Group Finance Director with REDgroup Retail (formally A&R Whitcoulls Group) where his key tasks included commercial financial management, financial structuring, corporate finance and Company Secretarial duties. James played an integral role at REDgroup Retail in a number of successful transactions including the acquisition of Borders stores throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. He also steered major cost reduction and working capital management initiatives during his time with REDgroup and restructured the Finance and Information Technology functions.

Pizmony, Nir Mr. Nir Pizmony was appointed as an Executive Director of Funtastic Limited with effect from August 25, 2009. His appointment was made following the acquisition of the NSR (HK ) Limited, a Hong Kong company acquired in connection with the abovementioned Underwriting Agreement and approved at the recent Annual General Meeting held on June 29, 2009. Nir Pizmony has many years experience in owning and running toy companies and was previously a Director of Funtastic.

Mathieson, Craig Mr. Craig Mathieson has been appointed as a Non Executive Director of Funtastic Limited effective August 25, 2009. Craig Mathieson is associated with the Underwriter to the recently completed Non Renounceable Rights Issue, an entity which now has a substantial interest in the company.
Tanner, Shane Mr. Shane Francis Tanner has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of Funtastic Limited, with effect from 19 March 2009. Mr. Tanner has held a number of directorial roles with Australian-based companies and is currently the Chairman of both Vision Group Holdings and Paragon Care. Mr.Tanner has outstanding commercial and financial expertise with both ASX listed and privately held companies. He also brings to the Funtastic Board his extensive experience gained in Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer roles when a member of the Mayne Nickless Group.
