Name Description

Thorleif Ahlsand

 Mr. Thorleif Ahlsand holds the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Funcom N.V. He has been Member of the Company's Supervisory Board since 2005. He is also Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Comapny. He is General Partner in Northzone Ventures. Prior to Northzone, Mr. Ahlsand was Vice President of Corporate Finance in Handelsbanken Securities and a corporate development executive in Orkla ASA. Mr. Ahlsand also has technical background as a research scientist at CERN outside Geneva and as a telecommunications engineer in NERA ASA. Mr. Ahlsand holds an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet - NTNU) in 1991 and an MBA with Honours from IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland (1997).

Ola Schreiner

 Mr. Ola Schreiner has served as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Management Board of Funcom NV since July 2, 2012. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He is one of the Company's longest-serving employees and he has been working with titles such as Anarchy Online, Age of Conan and The Secret World in several capacities.

He also spent seven years at Electronic Arts, where he led EA.com, Electronic Art’s online gaming business in Europe where he launched Ultima Online.

Hans Jebsen

 Mr. Hans Peter Jebsen has served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Funcom N.V. since 2005. He is Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee. He has several years of experience from the shipping industry in the United States, South East Asia and Europe. He holds a number of Board positions in shipping companies.

Frank Sagnier

 Mr. Frank Sagnier has served Member of the Supervisory Board of Funcom N.V since 2008. He is Chief Executive Officer of Power Challenge Holding Ltd. He recently for Double Fusion and held the position European Managing Director until September 2008, and remains involved as Board Adviser. Prios to that, he served as Vice President for Electronic Arts Europe, where he held various positions.
