Name Description

Tianqiao Chen

Mr. Tianqiao Chen is Chairman of the Board of Shanda Games Limited. Mr. Tianqiao Chen is one of the co-founders of Shanda Interactive and has served as the chairman of the board of directors and the chief executive officer of Shanda Interactive since its inception in December 1999. Mr. Chen established Shanda Networking with Mr. Danian Chen in December 1999. Mr. Chen serves as a member of the board of directors of SinoMedia Holding Ltd., which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and Ku6 Media Co., Ltd., which is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market, or Ku6. Mr. Chen holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Fudan University.

Tunghai Chien

Mr. Tunghai Chien has been appointed as President of Shanda Games Ltd. He joined Shanda Games in 2009 and served as the Vice President for Business Development before being promoted to Senior Vice President in 2011. Prior to joining Shanda Games, Mr. Chien served as the head of business development at Korean online game companies including CJ Internet Holdings, Webzen Co., Ltd., Wedmade Entertainment Co., Ltd. and Actoz Soft Co., Ltd. Donghai Qian

Mr. Donghai Qian is Senior Vice President - Business Development of Shanda Games Limited, since September 2011. Mr. Qian previously served as vice president for business development. Qing Zhang

Mr. Qing Zhang is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Shanda Games Limited, since July 2011. He served as the managing partner of 18 Capital since November 2011. Prior to joining Shanda Games, Mr. Zhang served in capacities at Shanda Interactive from 2005 to 2011, including deputy director of the legal department and corporate secretary. Mr. Zhang has a master’s degree in law from East China University of Politics and Law and a master’s degree in law from University of Warwick.

Danian Chen

Mr. Danian Chen is Director of Shanda Games Limited, since June 2008. Mr. Danian Chen is one of the co-founders and established Shanda Interactive with Mr. Tianqiao Chen in 1999. Mr. Danian Chen has served in capacities at Shanda Interactive, as the chief operating officer beginning in April 2008. Mr. Chen is a member of the board of directors of Shanda Interactive, a position which he has held since its inception in 1999, and Ku6.

Qunzhao Tan

Mr. Qunzhao Tan is the Director of Shanda Games Limited. He has served as the chairman of the board of directors since May 2009 and as chief executive officer since January 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tan served as the president of Shanda Interactive since April 2008 and the chief technology officer of Shanda Interactive since July 2003. Johnson Yao

Mr. Johnson Yao has been appointed as Director of Shanda Games Ltd. Mr. Yao has served as Shanda Interactive's Vice President of Finance since May 2011. Mr. Yao previously served as assistant vice president of finance at Shanda Interactive since November 2007. Mr. Yao also served as a member of the board of directors and Chief Financial Officer of Actoz Soft Co., Ltd. from March 2008 to March 2012 and from March 2008 to July 2011, respectively, and served as acting Chief Finance Officer of Ku6 Media Co., Ltd. from October 2009 to September 2010. Prior to joining Shanda Interactive, Mr. Yao worked for over 11 years at KPMG Huazhen Certified Public Accountants, building up finance and M&A experience in a wide range of industries. Mr. Yao graduated from the College of International Business and Management at Shanghai University, majoring in Finance and Accounting. In addition, Mr. Yao is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the People's Republic of China.

Heng Wing Chan

Mr. Heng Wing Chan is an Independent Director of Shanda Games Limited, since June 2009. Mr. Chan serves as managing director of international relations for Temasek International Pte. Ltd., an investment company based in Singapore and wholly owned by the Singapore Ministry of Finance. Mr. Chan previously served as the chief China representative of Temasek and was primarily responsible for managing Temasek’s relationships with foreign governments and private enterprises. He previously worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Information of Singapore, including serving in Singapore’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations, as Consul-General to Hong Kong, Singapore’s Ambassador to Thailand and Consul-General to Shanghai. Mr. Chan served as the press secretary to Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong and head of the Media Division in the Singapore Ministry of Information and the Arts. Prior to his diplomatic career, Mr. Chan was a television producer and commentator. Mr. Chan holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in philosophy from the University of Singapore and a degree from the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism.

Guoxing Jiang

Mr. Guoxing Jiang is an Independent Director of Shanda Games Limited, since November 2011. Mr. Jiang serves as the general manager and director of Zhejiang Daily Media Group Co., Ltd., formerly named Shanghai Whitecat Shareholding Co., Ltd. Mr. Jiang currently serves as the chairman of the board of directors of Zhejiang Shinkansen Media Investment Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Yicheng Venture Capital Co., Ltd., vice chairman of Zhejiang Dali Technology Co., Ltd., and director of two entities that are unaffiliated with the Company. Mr. Jiang was the general manager and vice general manager of Zhejiang Shinkansen Media Investment Co., Ltd. He previously served as the chief editor of the special issue department of the Morning Express and the director of the securities weekly department and vice director, reporter and assistant report of the news department of the Economic Life News. Andy Lin

Mr. Andy Lin is an Independent Director of Shanda Games Limited, since May 2009. Mr. Lin serves as the general manager and oversees the financial management of China Universal Asset Management Co., Ltd. He served as a manager and an assistant director of the listing department of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and served at the China Securities Regulatory Commission as a regulator.
