Name Description

Bill Sanford

Mr. Bill R. Sanford is an Independent Chairman of the Board of Greatbatch, Inc. Mr. Sanford is Chairman of Symark LLC, a company he founded in 1979 that focuses on the development and commercialization of biosciences systems, products and services. He is Executive Founder and retired Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Steris Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) listed global provider of infection and contamination prevention systems, products, services and technologies. Mr. Sanford is an active early and growth stage advisor and equity investor through Symark. He has served on the boards of KeyCorp and its KeyBank N.A. subsidiary, Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University, AdvaMed, and several other private for-profit companies, not-for-profit organizations, investment limited partnerships and venture capital firms.

Thomas Hook

Mr. Thomas J. Hook is President & Chief Executive Officer since August 2006. Prior to August 2006, he was the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, a position to which he was appointed upon joining the Company in September 2004. From August 2002 until September 2004, Mr. Hook was employed by CTI Molecular Imaging where he served as President, CTI Solutions Group. From March 2000 to July 2002, he was General Manager, Functional and Molecular Imaging for General Electric Medical Systems. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Hook worked for the Van Owen Group Acquisition Company and prior to that, Duracell, Inc. He is Chairman of the Board of HealthNow New York, Inc., a leading health care company in Western New York that provides quality health care services to companies and individuals in that region, and serves on its executive committee. Mr. Hook is also a director of AdvaMed.

Michael Dinkins

Mr. Michael Dinkins is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Greatbatch, Inc., since May 18, 2012. From 2008 until May 2012, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of USI Insurance Services, an insurance intermediary company. From 2005 until 2008, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Co., an insurance and risk management services company. Prior to that, Mr. Dinkins held senior positions at Guidant Corporation, Access Worldwide Communications, Cadmus Communications Group and General Electric Company.

Mauricio arellano

Mr. Mauricio arellano is Executive Vice President for Global Operations of Greatbatch, inc. From December 2010 to June 2013, he was President of Greatbatch Medical. Mr. Arellano served as Senior Vice President and Business Leader of our Cardiac and Neurology Group from October 2008 until December 2010, Senior Vice President and Business Leader of our CRM and Neuromodulation Group from January 2008 to October 2008, Senior Vice President and Business Leader of our Medical Solutions Group from November 2006 to January 2008, and as Vice President of Greatbatch Mexico from January 2005 to November 2006. Mr. Arellano joined our Company in October 2003 as the Plant Manager of our former Carson City, NV facility. Prior to joining our Company, he served in a variety of human resources and operational roles with Tyco Healthcare - Especialidades Medicas Kenmex and with Sony de Tijuana Este.

Thomas Hickman

Mr. Thomas K. Hickman is an Executive Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing - Greatbatch Medical, and has served in that role since June 2013. He joined Greatbatch in April 2012 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Greatbatch Medical. From October 2011 until joining Greatbatch, Mr. Holman was a consultant with HarQuinn, LLC. From September 2009 to October 2011,he served as Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing for DJO Global, Inc., and from October 2005 to June 2009, he served as President of the Americas for the Orthopaedics business unit of Smith & Nephew, Inc. Mr. Holman previously held various sales and marketing leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Inc., Boston Scientific Corporation and Xerox Corporation.

George Cintra

Mr. George M. Cintra is Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer in Greatbatch, inc., and has served in that role since June 2013. Mr. Cintra had previously served as Vice President of Research, Development & Engineering of our Electrochem Solutions business since joining Greatbatch in August 2010. Prior to joining Greatbatch, he was Section Head & Technical Manager, Research & Development with Procter & Gamble from January 2007 to July 2010. Mr. Cintra previously held positions with Gillette Co, Duracell, W.R. Grace and Alcoa.

Timothy McEvoy

Mr. Timothy G. McEvoy is Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, and has served Greatbatch, inc., since joining our Company in February 2007. From 1992 until January 2007, he was employed in a variety of legal roles by Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company.

Jean Hobby

Ms. Jean Hobby is a Director of the Company. Ms. Hobby served as a global strategy officer at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP from 2013 until her retirement in June 2015 following a 33-year career at that firm. Ms. Hobby was based in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Dallas office, where she was responsible for leading, developing and articulating the global business case for change. From 2008 to 2013, Ms. Hobby served as PWC's U.S. Sector leader where her responsibilities included P&L, daily operations, PCAOB interaction and global clients. From 2005 to 2008, she served as PWC's Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for finance, treasury, mergers & acquisitions, external reporting, compliance, governance and real estate. As Regional Assurance Audit Leader from 2002 to 2005, Ms. Hobby led a 12-state practice.

Martin Maxwell

Mr. Martin Craig Maxwell is a Director of the Company. Mr. Maxwell is the Vice President and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer for Parker Hannifin Corporation, a Fortune 250 company located in Cleveland, Ohio, with annual sales of $13 billion, 58,000 employees and operations in 50 countries. Parker Hannifin is the global leader in motion and control technologies and systems, providing precision-engineered solutions for a wide variety of mobile, industrial and aerospace markets. Mr. Maxwell's responsibilities include leading Parker Hannifin in new and emerging markets and the implementation of Parker Hannifin's new product development process. Additionally, Mr. Maxwell is responsible for Parker Hannifin's technology incubator designed to facilitate cross group opportunities that leverage the company's broad and diverse portfolio of products and technology to develop emerging opportunities, such as Indego, a robotic exoskeleton that allows paraplegics to walk. Mr. Maxwell joined Parker in 1996 as Manager, New Product Development for the Parker Racor Division, and was later promoted to Division Engineering Manager. Prior to assuming his current position, he led Parker Hannifin's fuel cell development program as head of the Fuel Cell Systems Business Unit at the Fluid Control Division. Prior to joining Parker Hannifin, Mr. Maxwell held a number of engineering positions with Stanadyne Corporation's Diesel Systems Group, where he worked for 15 years.

Filippo Passerini

Mr. Filippo Passerini is an Director of the Company. Mr. Passerini recently joined the Carlyle Group as an Operating Executive in U.S. Buyouts following his retirement from a 30-year career at the Procter & Gamble Company. From January 2015 until his retirement in June, he served as Officer on Special Assignment to the President and CEO of Procter & Gamble. Prior to that, Mr. Passerini served as Procter & Gamble's Group President, Global Business Services and Chief Information Officer, positions he has held since February 2008 and July 2004, respectively. He joined Procter & Gamble in 1981 and held executive positions in the United Kingdom, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Latin America and the United States. On behalf of the Procter & Gamble organization, he oversaw over 170 distinct services in 70 countries and led the integration of Procter & Gamble's IT and services groups, one of the largest and most progressive shared services organizations in the world.

Pamela Bailey

Ms. Pamela G. Bailey is an Independent Director of Greatbatch Inc. Ms. Bailey has been President and Chief Executive Officer of The Grocery Manufacturers Association (“GMA”), a Washington, D.C. based trade association, since January 2009. From April 2005 until January 2009, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Personal Care Products Council. Ms. Bailey served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Advanced Medical Technology Association (“AdvaMed”), the world’s largest association representing the medical technology industry, from June 1999 to April 2005. From 1970 to 1999, she served in the White House, the Department of Health and Human Services and other public and private organizations with responsibilities for health care public policy. Ms. Bailey is a director of the Reagan-Udall Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization created by Congress to advance the mission of the Food and Drug Administration by advancing regulatory science and research. She formerly served as a director of Albertsons, Inc., MedCath Corporation, and The National Food Laboratory, Inc.

Joseph Dziedzic

Mr. Joseph W. Dziedzic has been appointed as an Independent Director of Greatbatch, Inc., effective February 28, 2013. Mr. Dziedzic is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Brink’s Company, a global leader in security-related services for banks, retailers and a variety of other commercial and governmental customers. In addition to his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Dziedzic is responsible for global security, global procurement, risk management and the payment services business for The Brink’s Company. Prior to joining The Brink’s Company in 2009, he had a 20-year career with General Electric where from 2006 to 2009, he was Chief Financial Officer of GE Aviation Services, from 2003 to 2006, he was Manager of Global Financial Planning and Analysis of GE Energy, and from 2000 to 2002 he was Chief Financial Officer of GE Plastics America. Prior to 2000, Mr. Dziedzic held a number of other positions of increasing responsibility with General Electric. He is a director of the YMCA of Greater Richmond.

Peter Soderberg

Mr. Peter H. Soderberg is an Independent Director of Greatbatch, Inc., since 2002. Mr.Soderberg is managing partner of Worthy Ventures Resources, LLC, a private investment company he founded in February 2010. He retired in January 2010 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. (formerly Hillenbrand Industries), a position he held since March 2006. From January 2000 to March 2006, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Welch Allyn, Inc., and for the seven years prior to that, Chief Operating Officer of Welch Allyn’s medical products business. Mr. Soderberg also held a number of positions over a twenty-three year career with Johnson & Johnson, where his final position was as president of one of its operating subsidiaries. Until his retirement, he also had served on the board of directors of Hill-Rom and AdvaMed. Mr. Soderberg currently serves as a Director of St. Vincent Health System (Indianapolis), as well as of several privately-held medtech companies. He is a former director of Constellation Brands, Inc. and Welch Allyn.

William Summers

Mr. William B. Summers, Jr. is an Independent Director of Greatbatch, Inc. He also held the additional positions of President (from 1989 through 1998) and Chief Executive Officer (from 1994 through 1998) of that investment company. Mr. Summers serves on the board of directors of RPM International, Inc. and is a member of its audit committee. He also serves on the advisory boards of Molded Fiberglass Companies, MAI Wealth Advisors LLC, and IQWARE Marketing, LLC, and on the board of directors of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Baldwin-Wallace University, State Troopers of Ohio, and the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland, Inc. Mr. Summers previously served as chairman of the board of the National Association of Securities Dealers, as chairman of the board of the NASDAQ Stock Market, and as a director of the NYSE. He is a former director of Developers Diversified Realty, Inc., Cleveland Indians Baseball Company, and Penton Media Inc.
