Name Description

Peter Quick

Peter Quick is the former President of the American Stock Exchange' (2000-2005) and formerly served on its Board of Governors. Prior to his appointment at the American Stock Exchange', Mr. Quick had been President and Chief Executive Officer of Quick & Reilly, Inc., a leading national discount brokerage firm, which was acquired by Fleet Bank (now Bank of America) for $1.6 Billion in 1998. Mr. Quick is currently the lead Independent Director of Reckson Associates Realty Corp. (NYSE: RA) and also sits on the Board of Medicure (AMEX: MCU). Mr. Quick has served on the Board of Governors of the Chicago Stock Exchange and was Chairman of the Midwest Securities Trust Company. He has also been a Director of The Options Clearing Corporation, CUSIP, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, the NASD Insurance Agency, and Alliance Money Market Fund. Mr. Quick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and attended Stanford University's graduate school of Petroleum Engineering.

Glenn Stevens

Glenn oversees sales and trading at GAIN Capital Group. He also manages GAIN Capital Asset Management (GCAM), which operates two professionally managed forex programs with assets in excess of $250 million. Widely known and respected in the industry, Glenn is a frequent guest on CNBC and has also appeared as an FX market analyst on FOX News' Your World with Neil Cavuto, CNNfn, and Bloomberg Radio, among others. Glenn's 25 years of FX experience includes senior trading positions at some of Wall Street's most prestigious financial institutions. Prior to joining GAIN in 2000, Glenn was managing director, head of North American sales and trading at Natwest Bank. In this role, Glenn directly managed a staff of over 50 trading and sales professionals and also served as a senior member of Natwest's North American Management Committee. From 1990 to 1997, Glenn was at Merrill Lynch and Co., hired as a USD/JPY trader and eventually promoted to the bank's management team as managing director and chief dealer for Spot and Forward FX. While at Merrill Lynch, Glenn developed the investment bank's emerging markets currency trading desk and increased profitability threefold in 2 years. During this time Glenn also served as the Federal Reserve Bank's FX representative for investment banks. Glenn's Wall Street career began in 1984 at Bankers Trust Company. Glenn holds a BS in Finance from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Henry Lyons

Mr. Henry Lyons is Chief Financial Officer of GAIN Capital Holdings Inc. He was named senior vice president and CFO and Treasurer of Transaction Systems Architects in September of 2006. Lyons brings 20 years of global finance experience to TSA, having served most recently as CFO for the Discovery Systems business unit of GE Healthcare. He possesses experience in accounting, controls, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and compliance from his tenure at General Electric and from previous positions with Ernst & Young, W.R. Grace & Company, and Amersham plc. Lyons was certified as a public accountant in 1987 and holds a bachelor's degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, Miss., and a master's degree in business administration from the New York Institute of Technology.

Kenneth O'Brien

Ken is responsible for executing the firm's international growth strategy and has overall responsibility for business activities in GAIN's regulated affiliates outside the United States. Ken joined the company in December 2004 as vice president of product management and strategic alliances, and was promoted to senior vice president, strategic integration in 2007. From May 2002 to December 2004 Ken held various sales management positions at privately held companies. From July 1994 to May 2002, Ken served in numerous capacities, including managing director, director of sales support and Product Manager of back office operations, at FNX Limited, a privately-held provider of trading and risk management solutions to the international financial community. Ken received a B.S. in business administration from La Salle University.

Samantha Roady

Samantha oversees GAIN Capital Group's global marketing strategy, including advertising and brand management, client acquisition and marketing, public relations, and relationship marketing. Samantha brings to GAIN extensive experience marketing products and services in the financial services IT arena. Samantha joined GAIN Capital in October 1999 from FNX Limited, where she was director of marketing for the international trading and risk management systems provider. In that role, Samantha directed all marketing communications activities worldwide, as well all marketing initiatives related to joint ventures and industry alliances. During her 5-year tenure, FNX grew from a relatively unknown derivatives software firm to a leader in its field, and one of the fastest growing companies in the US. Samantha holds a BA in International Affairs from James Madison University.

Diego Rotsztain

Diego oversees the company's legal function and also serves as corporate secretary to the Company's Board of Directors. Prior to joining the company in January 2011, Diego was a partner at Mayer Brown, where he was responsible for leading capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions for global companies. Prior to Mayer Brown, Diego worked in Davis Polk & Wardwell's Capital Markets Group and began his career as a law clerk for the Honorable David G. Trager in the Eastern District of New York. He received a B.A. in economics from Tufts University. Diego received his J.D. with honors from Columbia University School of Law where he served on the Law Review.

Alexander Bobinski

Chief Compliance Officer Alex is responsible for the financial operations and compliance activities of GAIN Capital LLC, the US regulated subsidiary of GAIN Capital Holdings Inc. Alex's responsibilities include accounting, treasury and cash management, and reporting. He also serves as the Company's liaison with GAIN's regulatory agencies, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA). Prior to Refco LLC, Alex spent 10 years at Nomura Securities International as vice president and controller for their futures and options business. Additionally, for twelve years he was sole proprietor of Futures Accounting and Consulting Services, providing accounting and compliance services to Commodity Pool Operators, Commodity Trading Advisors and Introducing Brokers. Alex also served as controller/compliance director at Bridgewater USA, Inc. Alex began his career at the National Futures Association as an in-charge auditor. A Certified Public Accountant, Alex also holds a B.S. in business administration and accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Timothy O'Sullivan

Tim manages the day to day operations of GAIN's trading desk, which handles over $100 billion in trade volume each month. With GAIN since its founding, Tim has over 20 years of experience trading FX in the Interbank market, including senior positions at global financial institutions such as Merrill Lynch and Standard Chartered Bank. Previously, Tim was director of the NY Sterling desk at Merrill Lynch. Hired in 1994 to establish a presence in Asian Exotic spot & forward currencies, Tim subsequently assumed responsibility for the EMS currencies desk. In 1997, he launched the Mexican Peso desk and provided liquidity to develop customer business. Tim started his career at Standard Chartered Bank, spanning an eight-year tenure that included running forward books in DEM, and trading spot Far East and exotic currencies.

Jeff Scott

Jeff has direct responsibility for GAIN's retail business operations, including client services and financial operations teams. He also oversees the firm's partner services organization, which manages GAIN's relationships with white label partners, introducing brokers and other financial services firms. Jeff joined GAIN Capital in February 2011, bringing with him over 15 years of leadership experience in and around the financial services industry. Most recently he was president of Toluna USA. Previously, Jeff held senior positions at several digital media businesses including LexisNexis and SourceMedia. From 1999 until 2005, he served in a number of capacities at Thomson Financial, now ThomsonReuters, including chief technology officer and chief product officer. Jeff holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Dayton in Ohio and M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.

Christopher Calhoun

Chris ensures that GAIN's product and business line strategies are directly aligned with the Company's organizational goals. From December 2005 to July 2008, Chris served as our chief operating officer. With GAIN since 2000, Chris has played an integral role in GAIN Capital's growth from startup to a market leader and has deep knowledge of the industry landscape and operating environment. Prior to joining GAIN Capital, Chris was Chief Operating Officer of FNX Limited, a provider of trading and risk management solutions to the international financial community. During his eight-year tenure at FNX, Chris helped grow the firm from an early stage start-up of 10 employees to well over 200 employees located in 7 offices around the world. In his early days at FNX, Chris spearheaded large scale, mission-critical system implementations and managed the support operation for the firm's largest sales office in New York. Later, as a member of senior management, Chris assumed responsibility for several key roles, including that of COO, Global Head of Sales and Marketing, and Senior Managing Director, Professional Services. Chris holds a BS in Finance and English and an MBA from La Salle University.

Jim brings to VantagePoint 12 years of technology operating andinvestmentexperience, and has deep domain knowledge in web-based applicationsoftware andInternet infrastructure software. Prior to joiningVantagePoint, Jim spentseveral years at Webvan Group, a full-service,broad-line online retailer, fromeight months prior to the launch of its servicethrough its growth to quarterlyrevenue of $84 million. While at Webvan, he ledthe group responsible forsoftware requirements design across the Company'sintegrated electroniccommerce and fulfillment platform, which included anon-line store, web-basedcontent publishing, order management, supply chainmanagement, warehousemanagement, logistics and route optimization, financials,CRM, and a mobilehandheld device application. Prior to Webvan, Jim worked atOracleCorporation in product management for the Oracle Application Server,Oracle'ssoftware platform for developing, deploying and managing web-basedenterpriseapplications. While at Oracle, he initiated and completed ninestrategiclicensing agreements with vendors of complementary websoftwaresolutions. Prior to Oracle, Jim worked at Richard C. Blum &Associates (nowBlum Capital Partners), a private equity and strategic blockinvestment firm.He also worked in marketing for Crescendo Communications, avendor ofhigh-performance LAN switching solutions, which was acquired by CiscoSystemsin 1993. He began his investment career at Battery Ventures where hefocused oninvestments in startup and emerging software andcommunicationscompanies. Jim holds an MBA from the Stanford UniversityGraduate School ofBusiness, and graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappafrom DartmouthCollege with a BA in Engineering Sciences.

Joseph Schenk

Mr. Joseph (Joe) A. Schenk is a Board Member of GAIN Capital Holdings Inc. He has served as chief financial officer and executive vice president at Jefferies Group (NYSE: JEF), a full-service investment bank and institutional securities firm focused on capital markets and asset management, from January 2000 to December 2007. Mr. Schenk's responsibilities at Jefferies included oversight for finance, accounting, risk, treasury, internal audit, investor relations, tax and accounting policy matters. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Mr. Schenk held various positions within Jefferies, including senior vice president, responsible for corporate services, from September 1997 to January 2000, and senior institutional account executive from September 1993 through March 1996. Prior to Jefferies, Mr. Schenk served as a senior vice president at Zimbalist Smith, a boutique investment research firm. Mr. Schenk had previously held management positions at Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Schenk currently serves on the boards of ConvergEx Holdings and Talk.com. Mr. Schenk received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Detroit, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Christopher Sugden

Mr. Christopher S. Sugden is a Managing Partner of Edison Ventures. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Softgate Systems, Inc. He served as Princeton eCom's Executive Vice President of the Electronic Billing Division and as Chief Financial Officer, where he led the business development, finance and accounting departments. Earlier in his career, he was Director of Finance and Operations for two magazine start-ups and Internet businesses funded by Freedom Communications. He also spent over four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the entrepreneurial services Group. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
