Manuel Antonio Milan Reyes

 Mr. Manuel Antonio Milan Reyes serves as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua SAB de CV. He was appointed as CEO of the Company in 1996. He joined the Company in 1984 as Director of Sales, post he held until 1987, when he became CEO of Cementos de Chihuahua SA de CV. He has acted also as Member of the Board of Directors of Banamex, CANACEM and Centro Chihuahuense para la Calidad y la Productividad, where he is Founding Member. From 1973 to 1978, he worked at Grupo ICA as Area Manager for ICATEC, SA. In 1978, he worked as Planning Director of Grupo Chihuahua and, until 1984, he was General Director of several entities of Grupo Chihuahua. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, where he also specialized in Operational Research. He also holds a Master’s degree in Science from the Stanford University.

Martha Rodriguez Rico

 Ms. Martha S. Rodriguez Rico serves as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua SAB de CV. She held various positions in the accounting area of the Company, between 1973 and 1982. From 1983 to 1988, she served as General Treasurer; from 1988 to 1991, she was Corporate Treasurer of Cementos de Chihuahua, and from 1991 to 2001, she was Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua's Corporate Treasurer. Jesus Rogelio Gonzalez Lechuga

 Mr. Jesus Rogelio Gonzalez Lechuga serves as Director of Mexico Division of Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua SAB de CV. He has held this post since September 2001. He joined the Company in 1973 as Head of the Physics-Chemistry Lab of the Chihuahua Plant. From 1978 to 1981, he was Chief of Calcination. From 1981 to 1984, he was Production Superintendent. From 1984 to 1992, he served as Production Manager for the Juarez Plant. Salvador Santiago Inda Cunningham

 Mr. Salvador Santiago Inda Cunningham serves as Director of Human Resources of Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua SAB de CV. He was appointed to this post in 2004. He has been Professor at Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
