Gianfranco Bigatti

 Mr. Gianfranco Bigatti has served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Giovanni Crespi SpA since May 28, 2009. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company until May 28, 2009. He started his professional career in 1961. He has been Chairman of the Board of the Company for over 20 years. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Nuova Mabel Srl, as Director of Orsa Srl, as Sole Director of Immobiliare Brunella Srl, as Director of Immobiliare Famiglia Legnanese Srl and as Partner and Director of Rita Immobiliare di Margherita Crespi e C. Snc. He had positions in the management of ALI, from 1996 he was Director of Banca di Legnano and of Consorzio di garanzia dei fidi within ALI. Moreover, he was Director of Fondazione Famiglia Legnanese and Director of Tessera d'oro within Famiglia Legnanese.

Michele Almasio

 Mr. Michele Almasio has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Giovanni Crespi SpA since May 13, 2011. Prior to his appointment he was Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 2010 to May 13, 2011. Prior to this he was Chief Financial Officer and Financial Reporting Officer of the Company.
