Biographies

Name Description

John Bingham

 Mr. John Bingham is the Independent Chairman of the Board of Geodrill Ltd. Mr. Bingham is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Bankers. He has over 20 years experience in building society and banking sectors. For an eight-year period through to the mid 1990s he was Managing Director of the international operation of one of the financial institutions in the United Kingdom. Since 2002, Mr. Bingham has been involved with City Trust Limited, an offshore corporate and financial services company. In addition to his involvement with City Trust Limited, Mr. Bingham is currently a director of a number of other licensed financial services companies and is a director of Kingston Management (Isle of Man) Limited, an offshore fiduciary service provider which acts as the registered agent for various companies, including Geodrill. He has also worked as a consultant to the Treasury Division of the Isle of Man Government. In this capacity he has been involved in representing the Isle of Man Government in various forums, promoting and developing the jurisdiction as an offshore centre.

David Harper

 Mr. David Harper is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Geodrill Ltd., since November 1, 2010.

Gregory Borsk

 Mr. Gregory Borsk has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Geodrill Ltd., with effective May 31, 2012. Mr. Borsk has 20 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and as a CFO for publicly traded companies.

Terry Burling

 Mr. Terry Burling is the Chief Operating Officer of Geodrill Ltd. Mr. Burling currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, Mr. Burling served as Operations Manager for Geodrill overseeing operations of the Company. Mr. Burling has 24 years of experience in the drilling industry, 15 of those years in Ghana and West Africa (of which 12 years have been with Geodrill). Prior to joining Geodrill, Mr. Burling supervised the drilling projects in Ghana for Stanley Mining Services from 1994 to 1998 and supervised the drilling projects in Australia for Leanda Drilling Pty Ltd. from 1987 to 1994.

 Mr. Roy Sinke is General Manager of Geodrill Ltd. Previously he was a General Manager for Major Drilling International (2005 to 2010).

Daniel Im

 Mr. Daniel Im serves as Independent Director of Geodrill Ltd., since 13 March 2012. Mr. Im who will serve on the board's Audit Committee, is a Chartered Accountant and a lawyer and currently the Chief Financial Officer of Adriana Resources. Prior to joining Adriana, Mr. Im worked as a securities lawyer at Toronto law firm after obtaining his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, Mr. Im obtained his CA designation in 2003, while working at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Im earned his Master of Accounting and Honours Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Waterloo.

Colin Jones

 Mr. Colin Jones is the Independent Director of Geodrill Ltd. Mr. Jones also currently serves as an Executive Vice President of Dundee Resources Limited. Mr. Jones has 30 years experience as a mining, exploration and consulting geologist and is experienced in a number of different geological environments. Mr. Jones has worked on all continents on producing mines, as part of feasibility teams and as an explorationist. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Jones served as Partner and Manager Audits for RSG Global and from 1994 to 1998, he served as an Exploration Manager for Freeport Indonesia. Mr. Jones has been a Director of Helio Resource Corp. since January 21, 2008 and Premium Exploration, Inc. since July 2010. Mr. Jones served as a Director of Odyssey Resources Ltd. from January 2008 to September 2008. Mr. Jones has a Bachelor of Science (Earth Sciences) from Massey University, New Zealand and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Victoria Prentice

 Ms. Victoria Prentice is the Independent Director of Geodrill Ltd. Ms. Prentice was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1993. She has over 15 years of commercial experience, specializing in the operational aspects of company activity. Since 1998, Ms. Prentice has worked in the offshore corporate sector and has been involved in constructing and implementing corporate structures to meet the needs of international clients. During this time, she has also acted as a Company Secretary for a licensed financial services company in the Isle of Man and is currently a director of Kingston Management (Isle of Man) Limited, an offshore fiduciary service provider which acts as the registered agent for various companies, including Geodrill. In these roles, Ms. Prentice has accumulated experience in the areas of compliance and regulation.

Ronald Sellwood

 Mr. Ronald Sellwood serves as Independent Director of Geodrill Ltd., since November 5, 2011. He has more than 20 years of international and senior business experience in the natural resources industry, in particular forest products, mining and drilling. From 2004 to 2007, Ron held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Boart Longyear and prior to this, he held similar CFO positions in several of Anglo American's operations in South Africa. Most recently, Ron established a private investment firm evaluating and facilitating investment opportunities. He is a Chartered Accountant and brings a sound background in public markets finance.
