Vicenc Marti

Mr. Vicenc Marti is President of the Company. Vicenc Marti's most recent role has been CEO of Akamon Entertainment, a leading social casino company for Southern Europe and Latin America which he co-founded in July 2011. Prior to that, Vicenc was the CCO of the low cost airline, Vueling, and a part of the team behind its successful IPO. Vicenc had various other roles, including CEO of the Interactive Division over a five year tenure at Span's largest gaming company, Cirsa. Vicenc holds a BA from Saint Louis University, an MBA from IESE Business School and has completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

James Lanthier

Mr. James Andre Charles Lanthier is Chief Executive Officer, Director of IMPERUS Technologies Corp. Mr. Lanthier is a seasoned public company executive with a significant record in finance, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as in growing gaming businesses. Mr. Lanthier has been the chief executive officer of RAM Equity, a private equity partnership focused on technology and media, since 2014. Previously, Mr. Lanthier co-founded FUN Technologies Inc., a leading operator of skill-based games and tournaments. FUN Technologies was acquired by Liberty Media Corp. in 2007. More recently, Mr. Lanthier was the chief operating officer of Mood Media Corp., the world's largest integrated provider of in-store customer experience solutions, from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Lanthier is currently a director of Mood Media and NYX Gaming Group Ltd.

Deborah Battiston

Ms. Deborah Battiston is Interim Chief Financial Officer of IMPERUS Technologies Corp. Deborah Battiston holds a CPA-CGA, ICD.D and a BA in Economics from the University of Guelph. Ms Battiston has over 25 years of financial management experience with extensive public company experience. She has served as CFO for a multitude of public resource sector and technology companies and has managed the financial departments of numerous successful international and domestic organizations through extreme and rapid growth.

Dmitri Dain

Mr. Dmitri Dain is Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Prior to joining Isis, Mr. Dain served as the head of PYR Software, the software development arm of PokerStars, a world leader in interactive gaming serving over 40 million retail customers. During his tenure with Poker Stars, Mr. Dain led a team of 70, including eight direct reporting managers. Mr. Dain's responsibilities included the development and introduction of numerous award-winning products while enhancing existing product features; the development and delivery of mobile product offerings for the Android, iPad and iPhone platforms; the management of marketing teams and customer support centres; and the design and maintenance of multiple world-class data centres located in the Americas, the United Kingdom, continental Europe and Australia. Mr. Dain was charged with the task of relaunching the Full Tilt Poker website within 90 days as required by court agreement and met the time frame, returning the website to its No. 2 global ranking. A globally recognized technology specialist, Mr. Dain has nearly two decades of experience in both the private company and public company sector. Mr. Dain has been engaged by several multinational corporations, which each generate revenues in the $1-billion (U.S.) range per annum. Responsible for the annual profit and loss and managing annual project budgets ranging up to $250-million (U.S.) per annum, Mr. Dain has successfully delivered globally recognized brands to the marketplace. During his career, Mr. Dain has served as chief technology officer of E*Trade Israel and MIS manager of AVX Corp., both New York Stock Exchange-listed corporations, and served as an information technology consultant to the Ontario Ministry of Health, Dresdener Kleinwort (Allianz Group's investment bank) and Kyocera. Mr. Dain holds a bachelor of science in computer sciences and mathematics from Ben Gurion University in Israel and an MBA in strategic management from Hebrew University in Israel, graduating summa cum laude.

Lothar Rentschler

Mr. Lothar Rentschler is Chief Marketing Officer of the Company. Prior to joining Isis, Mr. Rentschler served as the vice-president of marketing at Gameforge Productions GmbH. Gameforge was founded in 2002, and has become one of the largest on-line gaming companies with over 400 million registered players and 500 staff members, providing its product suites in over 50 languages globally. Mr. Rentschler has served in a number of high-profile marketing roles. He was chief marketing officer of Full Tilt Poker, a highly recognized global, on-line gaming brand with over 700 employees globally, achieving a multibillion-dollar valuation. During his tenure with Bacardi Global Brands, Mr. Rentschler served as internal chairman of the e-business group, and global director of e-marketing and e-commerce. Mr. Rentschler's extensive experience in the on-line gaming industry includes the creation of key marketing solutions, structuring and management of global marketing departments, leading international marketing communications strategies, and portal and retention services. A globally recognized marketing executive, Mr. Rentschler has been the recipient of numerous awards, including campaign of the year, best use of television, branded content and international media. He also received the FABulous award, and Web award for the most outstanding achievement in Web development, and the World Bronze Medal at the New York Festivals International Advertising Awards. Mr. Rentschler holds a degree in marketing economics (diploma Betriebswirt-FH), from the Pforzheim Technical college, a national diploma in business studies (international marketing) from RTC College, Galway, Ireland, and attended Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Mr. Bernie Raymond Wilson has been re-designated as Lead Independent Director of Imperus Technologies Corp., with effect from 6 April 2015. Mr. Wilson is a senior financial professional with a wide array of working relationships with business executives in Canada, the United States and internationally. Mr. Wilson is an advisor in corporate finance and investment banking and has extensive experience in major financial restructurings as an advisor on international trade and commerce issues. In 2009 Mr. Wilson was awarded the first ever Institute of Corporate Directors (“ICD”) Governance Award by his peers in the Director community. This honour recognizes individuals who have demonstrated superior effort and commitment to advancing Corporate Governance in Canada consistent with the goals of the ICD. Mr. Wilson was a partner and the Vice Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers until 2005, and has been a corporate director on a number of public and private Canadian and international businesses and an investor in emerging companies, particularly in the resource industry.

Mr. Michael Davidson is a Director of Isis Lab Corp. Mr. Davidson serves as C.E.O. , C.F.O. and a director of Friday Capital Inc., concurrently serving as President of Amamus Consulting Inc. which provides coaching and mentoring to C-Level suite executives. Mr. Davidson was Chief Information and Privacy Officer at Apotex Inc., (1997-2011) a pharmaceutical company. He formerly served as Director of Valencia Ventures Inc. (TSXV:VVI) from April, 2000 to December, 2002. Mr. Davidson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from York University.

Norman Inkster

Mr. Norman D. Inkster is a Director of Isis Lab Corp. Mr. Norman Inkster, OC served as 18th Commissioner of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, from 1987 to 1994. From 1992 until 1994 he also served as President of Interpol. From 1994 to 2003 he was a partner with KPMG in Toronto, the latter part of which he was global managing partner of the forensic practice. In 1995 he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada. In 2003 he retired from KPMG and started Inkster Group, a company providing investigative, security and law reform services to domestic and foreign governments and international financial institutions. In 2006 Inkster Group was acquired by Navigant Consulting. Mr. Inkster has served as President of Inkster Incorporated since 2006. He was awarded the Gusi Peace Prize in 2011.

G. Scott Moore

Scott Moore is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Copper One Inc., a TSXV listed junior mining exploration company, since February 2013. Ms. Asha Daniere is an Independent Director of Imperus Technologies Corp. Asha Daniere is Executive Vice-President, Legal & Business Affairs at Blue Ant Media, a multi-platform media company. Asha has a proven track record of facilitating the growth of emerging digital technology companies through the execution of complex international acquisitions and strategic decision-making. In each of her senior deal making roles over the last decade, she has led the negotiation of transformative transactions and been instrumental in increasing value. She also brings extensive legal experience in regulatory matters and corporate governance issues, as well as a solid background in M&A and securities law. Asha was previously the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Score Media Inc., a publicly traded sports media company, which sold to Rogers Media in 2012 at a valuation of $164M. Prior to her role at Score Media, Asha was General Counsel at Fun Technologies Inc., an Internet start-up traded on the TSX and on AIM. Fun Technologies was focused on online skill games and online fantasy sports offerings and was bought by Liberty Media Inc. during her tenure at a valuation of $454M. In addition to her experience in Canada, Asha practiced law in the United States, as an associate at White and Case LLP in New York City and as in-house counsel to The Topps Company, Inc. Asha was called to the bar in both New York State and Ontario. She received her J.D. from Tulane Law School and her B.A. from the University of Toronto.
