Biographies

Name Description

Carl Bennet

Mr. Carl Bennet has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Getinge AB since 1997. He also serves as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees of the Company. He joined the Company's Board in 1989. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Getinge. His other board assignments include Chairman of the Boards of Elanders and Lifco, and Board Member of Holmen and L E Lundbergsforetagen. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Carl Bennet AB. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and an Honorary Doctorate of Technology degree.

Mattias Perjos

Mr. Mattias Perjos has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Getinge AB, effective as of May 1, 2017 at the latest and he has been Director of the Company since March 29, 2017. He joins Getinge from the Coesia Group, a privately owned Italian group of companies, where he holds the position as CEO of the IPS Division and a member of Group management since 2012. In addition to his role as CEO, Mattias is Managing Director of Coesia International which includes the subsidiaries in China, Japan, South Korea, South-East Asia, India, the Americas, Russia, Africa and the Middle East. Mattias began his career at Sandvik and shortly thereafter joined FlexLink, where he held a number of leading international positions between the years 1997 and 2012 including the role of CEO from 2006. During Mattias’ tenure as CEO, FlexLink was acquired by the Coesia group, and the company is now under his responsibility within the Coesia IPS Division. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Lulea University of Technology.

Johan Stern

Mr. Johan Stern has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Getinge AB. He also serves as Member of the Auditing and Remuneration Committees of the Company. He has been Member of the Board at the Company since 2004. Mr. Stern holds a number of board assignments. He chairs the Boards of Healthinvest Partners AB, Fadriften Invest AB, Skanor Falsterbro Kallbadhus AB and Harry Cullberg’s Fund Foundation, and serves as Member on the Boards of Carl Bennet AB, Elanders AB, Lifco AB, Rolling Optics AB, RP Ventures AB, Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce, Inc and Estea AB. He was previously active within SEB’s operations in Sweden and the United States. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics.

Reinhard Mayer

Mr. Reinhard Mayer no longer serves as Chief Financial Officer of Getinge AB, effective as of November 2017. He has held this position since September 13, 2016. He was President Supply Chain within the Company from January 1, 2016 until September 13, 2016. He has been employed at the Company since 2002. Previously, he was CFO of the Medical Systems business area. He has previously held several senior finance positions in companies such as Lexware GmbH & Co. and Dow Chemical. He holds Diploma in Business Engineering and Economics.

Magnus Lundback

Mr. Magnus Lundback has been appointed Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Sustainability at Getinge AB, effective as of the first quarter of 2017. He was Executive Vice President of Human Resources (HR) at the Company from 2008 until 2013. He served as Senior Vice President at Gunnebo AB for three years after leaving Getinge. Previously, he held a number of senior HR positions at Volvo Cars. He holds a Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Economics and a degree in Engineering.

Ms. Lena Hagman has been Executive Vice President Quality Regulatory Compliance of Getinge AB since January 1, 2016. She was Senior Vice President, Group Quality & Regulatory Compliance for Getinge Group. She has been employed at the Company since 2010. She has a broad background from the field of quality and her experience includes working at companies including Capio, Neoventa Medical AB and Molnlycke Healthcare.

Kornelia Rasmussen

Ms. Kornelia Rasmussen has been Executive Vice President Communications & Brand Management at Getinge AB since January 1, 2016. She has been employed at the Company since 2012. She was Head of Group Communications for Getinge Group. Prior to joining Getinge Group in 2012, Kornelia held several senior positions in communications at Volvo Car Corporation, including responsibility for global internal and external communication.

Carsten Blecker

Mr. Carsten Blecker has been President EMEA of Getinge AB since January 1, 2016. He has been employed at the Company since 2014. He holds Doctor of Philosophy degree in Dentistry and a Doctorate degree in Business Administration. Previously, he was President WEMEA Medical Systems and President Middle East & Africa for Getinge Group. Before that, he served at Biomet, McKinsey & Company, Kimberly-Clark, Medtronic and Palex Medical.

Felix Lara

Mr. Felix Lara has been President Patient & Post-Acute Care of Getinge AB since January 1, 2016. He has been employed at the Company since 2014. He was Senior Vice President Global Marketing and New Business Development at the Extended Care business area. He has more than 15 years of experience from the healthcare industry and has held senior positions in marketing and business development at companies including Grunenthal Group and Bristol-Myers Squibb. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration degree.

Joacim Lindoff

Mr. Joacim Lindoff has been appointed Head of Patient and Post-Acute Care of Getinge AB, effective as of May 1, 2017 at the latest. He no longer serves as President Surgical Workflows and Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of Getinge AB, effective as of May 1, 2017 at the latest. He has been President Surgical Workflows at the Company since January 1, 2016 and Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since August 22, 2016. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Infection Control Business Area at Getinge AB from January 2015 until January 1, 2016. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics. Mr. Lindoff started his career at Getinge in 1999 and assumed his current position at the beginning of 2015. Prior to this post, he most recently served as the President Sales & Service Europe/International at Infection Control. He has previously held senior positions at NIBE and was Chairman of the medical technology industry organization, Swedish Medtech, from 2010 to 2014.

Paul Lyon

Mr. Paul Lyon has been President Asia/Pacific of Getinge AB since January 1, 2016. He was acting Executive Vice President Extended Care. He has been employed at the Company since 2007. He has more than 20 years of international experience from many different markets and has previously held senior positions at listed companies in both South-East Asia and Australia. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering in Business Administration.

Markus Medart

Mr. Markus Medart serves as Acting President Supply Chain and Chief Purchasing Officer at Getinge AB. Prior to that, he held senior positions in Medical Systems, including President Surgical Workplaces and Purchasing Manager. He holds a degree in Business Engineering.

Frederic Pette

Mr. Frederic Pette serves as Acting President, Surgical Workflows at Getinge AB. Previously, he held senior positions at companies including Zimmer, Stryker and American Medical Systems. Raoul Quintero

Jens Viebke

Mr. Jens Viebke has been President Acute Care Therapies of Getinge AB since June 6, 2016. Mr. Jens Viebke most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at Acute Care Therapies and was previously the President of the Critical Care division in the Group’s former Medical Systems business area. He has long and broad experience from the healthcare industry and has previously held positions in research and development, as well as strategy and marketing, at other large companies in the industry, including GE Healthcare and Pharmacia & Upjohn. Ms. Malin Persson has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Getinge AB since March 20, 2014. She is Member of the Remuneration Committee. She is CEO and owner of Accuracy AB. She has many years of experience from Swedish industrial companies, including the Volvo Group. Cecilia Wennborg

Ms. Cecilia Daun Wennborg has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Getinge AB since 2010. She also serves as Member of the Auditing Committee at the Company. She is also Chairman of the Board at Proffice AB and Board Member of ICA Gruppen AB, Loomis AB, Hotell Diplomat AB, Atvexa AB, Sophiahemmet and Stiftelsen Oxpham Sverige.
