Mr. Roszak was employed by the Life Insurance Division of Transamerica Corporation, a financial services organization engaged in life insurance, commercial lending, equipment leasing and real estate services, from 1962 until his retirement in 1997. From 1978 to 1988 Mr. Roszak was based in Toronto, Canada and during that time served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Transamerica's life insurance operations in Canada. In 1988 Mr. Roszak returned to the U. S. Life insurance operations as the Chief Marketing Officer and was subsequently named President, the capacity in which he served until his retirement.
