Name Description

Michael McLellan

 Mr. Michael McLellan, CFA, is Co-Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Gale Force Petroleum Inc. He was Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Gale Force Petroleum Inc on September 17, 2007. Prior to such, Mr. McLellan served as Vice-President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. He become Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Gale Force Petroleum Inc effective April 8, 2009. Between September 2007 and April 2009, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, between March 2006 and September 2007, he was Vice-President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and between August 2005 and March 2006, he was Vice-President of Finance of the Corpor.

G. Scott Paterson

 Mr. G. Scott Paterson is Co-Chairman of the Board of Gale Force Petroleum Inc. Mr. Paterson is also a Director of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (NYSE: LGF), Chairman of Automated Benefits (TSXV: AUT), Vice-Chairman of Neulion Inc. (TSX: NLN) and Chairman of Apogee Silver Ltd. (TSXV: APE) as Chairman of GGC. Mr. Paterson spent 16 years in the investment industry last serving as Chairman & CEO of Yorkton Securities from October 1998 to December 2001 during which time Yorkton raised over $9 billion as lead and/or co-managing underwriter. Mr. Paterson has served the securities industry as Chairman of the Canadian Venture Exchange, Vice-Chairman of the Toronto Stock Exchange, Governor of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada and as a Director of each of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund, Canadian Securities Institute and the Canadian Securities Advisory Council. Mr. Paterson is also involved in many charitable and community organisations.

Guillaume Dumas

 Mr. Guillaume Dumas is Interim Chief Financial Officer, Independent Director of Gale Force Petroleum Inc. Mr. Dumas holds an International Baccalaureate in Economics from Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal. Since 2004, he is a founder and partner of Primatlantis Capital Inc., an alternative asset-based lender. Mr. Dumas has also been offering financial advisory and management consulting services to growth companies. Mr. Dumas is also an equity investor in private, high-growth companies. Mr. Dumas is a member of the Barreau du Québec (Québec Bar).

Emery Johnson

 Mr. Emery Johnson is Chief Operating Officer of Gale Force Petroleum Inc., with effect from May 5, 2011. He is a seasoned executive with more than 40 years of experience in the Oil and Gas, and Aluminum Industries. Mr. Johnson was Managing Director of Kaiser Aluminum Trading for Europe, Africa based in London, then for Kaiser's Canadian operations based in Toronto.

Ruben Alba

 Mr. Ruben Alba is Independent Director of Gale Force Petroleum Inc. He received his Chemical Engineering Degree from New Mexico State University and has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 13 years with Halliburton Energy Services and Superior Well Services. He has a different approach to reservoir problems involving geochemistry, geomechanics, surface logistics and environmental concerns. Ruben has introduced new and novel technologies involving new fluid chemistry as completion processes to reservoirs requiring cutting edge technology. Ruben now works with Iromad, a specialized oil and gas technical consultancy (described below). Prior to joining Iromad, he worked in the management of technical and laboratory staff in both Halliburton Energy Services and Superior Well Service. He holds two patents in completion technologies and is adept to the challenges of unconventional reservoirs. Between March 2010 and August 2011, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Glenrose Petroleum, between 2007 and 2010, he was the Technology Manager for Superior Well Services – Rocky Mountain Region, and between 1997 and 2007, he was Engineering Manager, Rocky Mountain Region – for Halliburton Energy Services.

Robert Johnson

 Mr. Robert C. Johnson is Independent Director of Gale Force Petroleum Inc. Mr. Johnson is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with experience in the technology and oil and gas sectors. In 1996, Robert took over control of Sundance Digital, a software company in the television and media space. Over the course of the next 10 years he and his team grew it to be one of the providers of software in that sector and then navigated the sale of the company to Avid Technology (NASDAQ:AVID) in 2006. After the sale of that company, Mr. Johnson led a small group in the acquisition of an oilfield services company and multiple oil and gas properties in East Texas, which were subsequently acquired by the Company. Mr. Johnson is currently the CEO of Muroc Systems, Inc., a software company focusing on the customer support sector, an early stage venture capital fund.

Charles Marleau

 Mr. Charles Marleau is Independent Director of Gale Force Petroleum Inc. Mr. Marleau is President and Co-Founder of Palos Management, where he is responsible for managing and trading the investment funds and supervising the administration of the fund. Mr. Marleau graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and completed the Canadian Investment Manager designation. He serves on the Board of Directors of numerous private companies, a private school and a Canadian public company. Mr. Marleau is also a member of the Institutional Equity Traders Association, Montreal University Club, Montreal Oil Club and the Young Entrepreneurs Organization.
