Name Description

Ian Telfer

Mr. Ian W. Telfer is Chairman of the Board of Goldcorp Inc., since November 15, 2006. He was appointed Chairman of the World Gold Council in December 2009. Prior thereto, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since March 17, 2005 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. prior to such time since September 2001. Mr. Telfer has over 30 years experience in the precious metals business. He has served as a director and/or officer of several Canadian and international companies. Mr. Telfer is a Chartered Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.

Charles Jeannes

Mr. Charles A. Jeannes is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Goldcorp Inc. He previously held the role of Executive Vice President, Corporate Development of the Company from November 2006 until December 2008. From 1999 until the completion of the acquisition of Glamis Gold Ltd. (“Glamis”), he was Executive Vice President, Administration, General Counsel and Secretary of Glamis. Prior to joining Glamis, Mr. Jeannes worked for Placer Dome Inc. (“Placer Dome”), most recently as Vice President of Placer Dome North America. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada and graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law with honours in 1983. He practiced law from 1983 until 1994 and has broad experience in mining transactions, public and private financing, permitting and international regulation.

Douglas Holtby

Mr. Douglas M. Holtby is Independent Vice Chairman of the Board, Lead Director of Goldcorp Inc. He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of private investment company Holtby Capital Corporation and Chairman of the Board of Silver Wheaton Corp. From 1974 to 1989, he was President of Allarcom Limited, from 1982 to 1989, he was President of Allarcom Pay Television Limited, from 1989 to 1996, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of WIC Western International Communications Ltd. and Chairman of Canadian Satellite Communications Inc. and from 1998 to 1999, he was a Trustee of ROB.TV and CKVU. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant.

Lindsay Hall

Mr. Lindsay A. Hall is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Goldcorp Inc. Mr. Hall is a Chartered Accountant with experience in senior financial positions in the energy industry. He has held a series of progressively senior positions at various business units of Duke Energy Corporation, culminating in the role of Vice President and Treasurer. Mr. Hall also previously held the position of Vice President, Finance, for Westcoast Energy until it was acquired by Duke Energy Corporation. Mr. Hall has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba.

George Burns

Mr. George R. Burns is Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Goldcorp Inc with effect from August 8, 2012. Mr. Burns was appointed Senior Vice President, Canada and United States Operations on July 8, 2010. Prior to that he held the position of Vice President, Canada and United States since August 8, 2007. Mr. Burns has over 29 years of experience in the mineral sector including executive, operations, development and engineering leadership roles in gold, copper and coal operations. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Mr. Burns was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Centerra Gold Inc. Mr. Burns served in various capacities for Asarco including Vice President of mining as well as numerous capacities for Cyprus Minerals Corporation and he began his career with Anaconda Company in 1978. Mr. Burns received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology in 1982.

Charlene Ripley

Ms. Charlene A. Ripley has been appointed as Executive Vice President, General Counsel of Goldcorp Inc., effective April 1, 2013. She has 25 years of experience in the field of corporate law, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Linn Energy in Houston, Texas. She holds a law degree from Dalhousie Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta. She is admitted to the bar in both Alberta and Texas. Ripley is also a Board Member for several non-profit associations, such as the American Heart Association (Houston), Girls Inc. of Greater Houston and the Youth Development Centre.

Russell Ball

Mr. Russell D. Ball has been appointed as Executive Vice President - Capital Management of Goldcorp Inc., with effect from 7 May 2013. He was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Newmont Mining Corporation. In his new role, Ball will lead the focus on financial discipline within Goldcorp's project team as the Company continues to advance construction at Cerro Negro in Argentina, Éléonore in Quebec and Cochenour near Red Lake in Ontario. Mr. Ball holds a Chartered Account designation from South Africa and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Natal (South Africa). He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado.

Timo Jauristo

Mr. Timo S. Jauristo is Executive Vice President - Corporate Development of Goldcorp Inc. Mr. Jauristo was appointed Vice President, Corporate Development of Goldcorp effective June 16, 2009. On July 8, 2010, Mr. Jauristo was appointed Executive Vice President, Corporate Development of Goldcorp. Mr. Jauristo is a geologist with over 30 years of international experience in the mining industry in gold, base metals and uranium. He spent 15 years with Placer Dome in various operating and corporate roles in exploration in Australia and Asia and in business development. Mr. Jauristo served as the General Manager Corporate Development at Placer Dome from August 1997 to June 2005. Mr. Jauristo was involved in numerous merger and acquisition transactions in many of the gold producing regions of the world. Between leaving Placer Dome in 2005 and joining Goldcorp in 2009, Mr. Jauristo was the Chief Executive Officer of Zincore Metals Inc. from November 2006 to May 2009 and was the Chief Executive Officer of Southwestern Resources Corp. from September 2007 to May 2009, both junior mining companies with exploration and development assets mostly in Peru.

Colette Rustad

Ms. Colette Rustad is Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller of Goldcorp Inc. Ms. Rustad has over 20 years experience as a finance professional in the international mining industry. She joined Goldcorp as the Vice-President, Controller in April 2007, and on July 8, 2010, was appointed Senior Vice President, Controller. Previously, during her 12-year tenure at Placer Dome Inc., she held senior leadership positions as Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, Africa, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and as Director, Global Internal Audit and Treasurer, North America. During her eight years at Ernst & Young, Toronto, she specialized in both financial institutions and resources and obtained the CICA tax certification. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and British Columbia; has completed the Advanced Management Program, The Wharton Business School, The University of Pennsylvania; and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.

Maryse Belanger

Ms. Maryse Belanger is Senior Vice President - Technical Services of Goldcorp Inc., since October 24, 2012. Ms. Belanger has previously held the roles of Vice President, Technical Services and Director, Technical Services at Goldcorp over the last four years. With over 25 years’ experience in the mining industry, Ms. Belanger is currently responsible for managing the company’s Technical Services team by overseeing all aspects of geostatistics, mine planning, mining operations, preparing pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, implementing practices and corporate standards as well as providing oversight to corporate development activities. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Ms. Belanger was Director, Technical Services for Kinross Gold Corporation from October 2003 to October 2009. Ms Belanger holds a Bachelor degree in Geology and a graduate certificate in Geostatistics.

Brent Bergeron

Mr. Brent Bergeron is Senior Vice President - Corporate Affairs of Goldcorp Inc. Mr. Bergeron was appointed Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs in September 2012. Mr. Bergeron joined Goldcorp in November 2010, assuming the role of Vice President, Corporate Affairs. Prior to joining the company, he served as a senior executive at several international companies and has experience in the areas of government and public relations, corporate affairs, operations and communications. Mr. Bergeron is responsible for Goldcorp's external relationships with governments and other relevant stakeholders and for growing then company's Corporate Social Responsibility function. Mr. Bergeron holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hon.) in Economics and a Masters of Arts (Economics) degree from Carleton University in Ottawa. He also serves as a member of the Executive Steering Committee for the Responsible Gold Standard Initiative at the World Gold Council and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.

Horacio Bruna

Mr. Horacio Bruna is Senior Vice President - Mexican Operations of Goldcorp Inc. Mr. Bruna has over 36 years of experience in the mineral sector including executive, operations, development and leadership roles in gold, copper, lead and zinc operations. Mr. Bruna has served with Goldcorp in various capacities from Country Manager, General Manager, Chief Operation Officer to Vice President of Canada and USA. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Mr. Bruna worked for Minera Michilla, Lo Aguirre Mine, Las Cascada mine, Aznacollar Mine and Kidd Creek Mines. Mr. Bruna began his career in 1975 as a Mine Manager for Minera Sali Hochschild. Mr. Bruna received a Civil and Mining Engineer degree from the University of Chile in 1979.

Paul Farrow

Mr. Paul Farrow is Senior Vice President - People and Safety of Goldcorp Inc. Mr. Farrow joined Goldcorp in 2007 as Director of Safety. Prior to Goldcorp, he worked predominantly in the management consulting arena focusing on safety, environment and sustainability as well as strategic planning and organizational design. His consulting experience has covered many industries including mining, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, transportation, automotive and manufacturing. Mr. Farrow routinely worked with senior executives and boards in his consulting career. Earlier in his career Mr. Farrow used his technical background to lead process improvement initiatives at several pharmaceutical and agrichemical companies. In 2012 Mr. Farrow took on the role of Senior Vice President People and Safety, a new position at Goldcorp with the goal of integrating the company People and Safety strategies. His assignments have taken him across five continents and he has lived in England, Germany, (former) Yugoslavia, United States and now Canada. He is a Graduate of the Royal Society of Chemistry from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK.

Charles Ronkos

Mr. Charles Ronkos is Senior Vice President - Exploration of Goldcorp Inc. Mr. Ronkos was appointed Senior Vice President, Exploration on July 8, 2010 and previously held the position of Vice President, Exploration. From 1999 until the completion of the Glamis Gold acquisition, Mr. Ronkos served in various roles, ultimately as Vice President, Exploration of Glamis Gold. He has been employed with the company since 1992, seven of those years with Rayrock Resources Inc. prior to its acquisition by Glamis Gold. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Wittenberg University and graduated from the University of Nevada with a Master of Science degree in 1981. His 33 year career includes assignments with Rio Algom, Battle Mountain Gold, Pegasus, Hecla and Cordex.

Eduardo Villacorta

Mr. Eduardo Villacorta is Senior Vice President, Central & South American Operations of Goldcorp Inc. Mr. Villacorta was appointed Vice President, Central and South America effective December 1, 2009. Mr. Villacorta has been with Goldcorp’s Central American businesses at Marlin, the San Martín gold mine and Cerro Blanco for more than nine years. He went to law school at the National University of Honduras, with an emphasis on corporate law and has taken several training programs on management and negotiations. As a member of Abogados y Asesores Corporativos S.A.C., a law firm in Honduras, he worked for several mining companies in the country, one of them being Glamis which he joined in 2001 as General Manager of the San Martín gold mine. Prior to his actual position, Mr. Villacorta was the Executive Director for the region.

Chris Woodall

Mr. Chris Woodall is Senior Vice President - Operations, Canada and US of Goldcorp Inc. Mr. Woodall was appointed Vice President Operations, Canada and US in January 2013. Prior to this, he held the positions of Senior Director, Mining Operational Support and Area General Manager with Barrick Gold. While at Barrick, Mr. Woodall was instrumental in increasing efficiencies at the Hemlo Operations site, and throughout his career, has been recognized for his successes extending mine life by improving mine efficiencies and for making fundamental safety and cultural changes. Mr. Woodall has 25 years of experience in the mineral sector with a emphasis on underground mining. He began his career in Gold Mining in Tennent Creek, Australia in 1985. He has held management positions with the Renison Tin Mine, Henty Gold Mine in Tasmania and the CSA Copper Mine in New South Wales, Australia. Mr. Woodall received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining Engineering from the Western Australian School of Mines in 1991 and also holds a degree in Surveying from the University of South Australia.

Anna Tudela

Ms. Anna M. Tudela is Vice President - Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Secretary of Goldcorp Inc. Prior thereto, she served as Director - Regulatory Compliance from August 2007 to May 2008, was appointed Corporate Secretary on May 2, 2007 and served as Director - Legal and Assistant Corporate Secretary from August 15, 2005 to May 2, 2007. Ms. Tudela has more than 20 years of experience in the securities and corporate finance areas. She is a member of the Member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries, the Institute of Corporate Directors, the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines, Forum for Women Entrepreneur, the Rocky Mountain Mineral Foundation and a member of Women on Board. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Ms. Tudela worked in the Securities and Corporate Finance Department of Davis LLP. Ms. Tudela was Corporate Secretary of Diamond Fields Resources Inc. from 1995 to 1996 and Director, Legal and Assistant Corporate Secretary of Silver Wheaton from July 2005 to October 2007.

Luis Canepari

Mr. Luis Canepari is Vice President, Information Technology of Goldcorp Inc., since February 15, 2013. As Vice President, Information Technology, Mr. Canepari leads the global information technology organization and is responsible for driving and overseeing enterprise-wide plans to further realize value from our strategic business and technology investments, particularly leveraging SAP as our strategic platform. Mr. Canepari joined Goldcorp in November 2012, serving as Director, Information Technology Applications. Before joining Goldcorp, Mr. Canepari held the position of Director of Engineering and Construction in AES Corporation based in Arlington, Virginia. Prior to that, Mr. Canepari held several information technology leadership positions at AES Corporation and EXXon Mobil Corporation. Mr. Canepari holds an MBA degree from Georgetown University, Washington, DC and a Bachelor in Science degree with a major in Systems Engineering from Universidad Metrolopolitana, Caracas, Venezuela. He is also a Certified Information Security Manager and a Certified Information Security Auditor.

Clement Pelletier

Mr. Clement A. Pelletier is Director of the Company. Mr. Pelletier currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Rescan Group Ltd., a Canada-based environmental consulting firm to the resource industry. He is a resource industry veteran, having served as both a mine operator and the founder of an important engineering and environmental firm over the course of an impressive career. He has received numerous awards and recognition for industry accomplishments, particularly in the area of environmental performance, and be an important addition to the Goldcorp team.

John Bell

Mr. John Peter Bell is Independent Director of Goldcorp Inc. Mr. John Bell is a former Canadian Ambassador to the Ivory Coast and Brazil. Currently, he is an Honorary Consult to the Ivory Coast. He also served as High Commissioner to Malaysia from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Bell was special advisor to the Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Head of the Canadian Delegation on environmental issues during the lead-up to the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in June 1992, and was Canada’s chief negotiator at the Earth Summit. Mr. Bell has been Chief Federal Negotiator for the Indian Affairs and has served on several not-for-profit boards of directors. Mr. Bell is also an independent director of Tahoe Resources Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an Honorary Doctorate of Laws from the University of British Columbia.

Beverley Briscoe

Ms. Beverley Anne Briscoe is Independent Director of Goldcorp Inc. Ms. Briscoe has been President of Briscoe Management Limited since 2004. From 2003 to 2007, she was Chair of the Industry Training Authority for BC, from 1997 to 2004, she was President and owner of Hiway Refrigeration Limited, from 1994 to 1997, she was Vice President and General Manager of Wajax Industries Limited, from 1989 to 1994, she was Vice President, Finance of Rivtow Group of Companies and, from 1983 to 1989, she was Chief Financial Officer of various operating divisions of The Jim Pattison Group. Ms. Briscoe is currently a director of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Peter Dey

Mr. Peter J. Dey is Independent Director of Goldcorp Inc. Mr. Dey is a well-known senior corporate executive and an experienced corporate director. He is Chairman of Paradigm Capital Inc., an independent investment dealer. He is also a director of Granite Real Estate Inc. (formerly known as MI Developments Inc.), Enablence Technologies Inc. and Coventree Inc. He is a former Chairman of the Ontario Securities Commission and former Chairman of Morgan Stanley Canada, and he was a Senior Partner of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. In 1994, he chaired the Toronto Stock Exchange Committee on Corporate Governance, and has since been involved with developing global corporate governance standards as Chairman of the Private Sector Advisory Group of the Global Corporate Governance Forum. He holds a Masters of Laws degree from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University.

P. Randy Reifel

Mr. P. Randy Reifel is Independent Director of Goldcorp Inc. Mr. Reifel is President and a director of Chesapeake Gold Corp. that explores for precious metals in Mexico and Central America. Mr. Reifel was appointed to the Board in November 2006. Prior thereto, he had been a director of Glamis since June 2002 following the acquisition of Francisco Gold Corp. In 1993, Mr. Reifel founded and served as President and a director of Francisco Gold Corp. which discovered the El Sauzal gold deposit in Mexico and the Marlin gold deposit in Guatemala. Mr. Reifel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Masters of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.

Blanca Trevia de Vega

Ms. Blanca Trevia de Vega is Independent Director of Goldcorp Inc., since February 15, 2012. Ms. Treviño is currently President and CEO of Softtek, S.A. de C.V. (“Softtek”). Under her , Softtek has become a information technology services company in Latin America. As President, Ms. Treviño has positioned Softtek as a key part of Mexico, opening its doors to the United States as a provider of information & technology (“IT”) services. This shaped what is known today as Nearshore, Softtek’s trademarked delivery model, and a term widely used in the industry to define outsourcing services provided by countries within close proximity. Throughout her 25-year career, Ms. Treviño has gained international recognition as a promoter of the IT services industry in and from emerging countries. To help increase the participation of Latin America in the IT field, Ms. Treviño has collaborated with various governments in the early strategies of development. Ms. Treviño has been on the Board of Directors for Wal- Mart de Mexico SAB De CV since 2006, and has been a board member for several universities and nonprofit organizations. She has also been a frequent presenter in national and international forums related to entrepreneurialism, information technology and the role of women in business. She has participated in forums at the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, Kellogg School of Management, Harvard Business School and London Business School. Beyond the IT industry, she is identified by several media publications as one of the most influential executives in Mexico and Latin America. Her experience and contribution as a business woman were recently honored by Endeavor, organization with presence in 12 countries that promote the emerging and development of new entrepreneurs, which during their “Gala 2011” gave her a recognition for her experience as an entrepreneur.

Kenneth Williamson

Mr. Kenneth F. Williamson is Independent Director of Goldcorp Inc., since November 15, 2006. Prior thereto, he had been a director of Glamis since 1999. He was Vice-Chairman, Investment Banking at Midland Walwyn/Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. from 1993 to 1998. He has worked in the securities industry for more than 25 years, concentrating on financial services and the natural resource industries in the United States and Europe. Mr. Williamson is a director of a number of companies in the natural resource sector. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (P.Eng.) degree from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.

Jeffrey Wilhoit

Mr. Jeffrey Wilhoit is IR Contact Officer of Goldcorp Inc. From November 2005 until the completion of the acquisition of Glamis, Mr. Wilhoit served as Director, Investor Relations of Glamis. Prior thereto, from November 1996 to November 2005, Mr. Wilhoit served as Vice President of the Financial Relations Board, an investor relations consulting company based in Chicago, Illinois.
