While he was the Chief Engineer at Fording Coal’s Greenhill Operation provided budget and accrual information as part of his job description. He was in the position of Marketing Manager of Elk Valley Coal from 2004 -2009.

 Mr. Jorma J. Hannila, P. Geo, is a Director of Goldeye Explorations Ltd. He has been appointed to the position of Director of the Company with effect from December 13, 2011. Mr. Hannila graduated in 1970 with an Honours degree in Geology from Laurentian University and has been involved in the discovery of new ore bodies at Casa Berardi, Quebec, and Thompson, Manitoba, while directing and managing surface and underground exploration programs for Inco Limited. He has 35 years of experience in gold, base metals and uranium exploration in Canada, USA, Mexico, Europe and Africa and was General Manager for 6 years in Turkey responsible for Inco's programs in Turkey, Asia and the Middle East. Since 2005 he has worked as a private consultant to mining exploration companies.

Brian Howlett

 Mr. Brian M. Howlett, CMA, is Director of Goldeye Explorations Ltd. He is no longer Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective January 21, 2013. He has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from March 23, 2012. Mr. Howlett has served as a director of Goldeye since August, 2011, and is a seasoned accounting professional. During his career he served for six years as CFO of ELI Eco Logic Inc., a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Howlett graduated in 1982 with a B.Com. in finance from Concordia University and received his CMA designation in 1989. He has experience with industries throughout his career, including corporate restructuring.
