Biographies

Name Description

Ken Archer

Mr. Ken Archer is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Gresham Computing Plc. Ken Archer was appointed to the Board in June 2010 and became Non-Executive Chairman in November 2010. Ken has over 35 years’ experience in the IT industry most recently as CEO of SmartStream Technologies following their buyout by TA Associates from 3i. Ken started his career with JP Morgan, where he was VP of information services; he subsequently became CEO of Mercantile Information Services. Prior to joining SmartStream, Ken was President at CSC where he was responsible for European Business Development. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Fidessa group plc

Ian Manocha

Mr. Ian Manocha has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective June 1, 2015. Ian is currently head of the high-growth portfolio of businesses at SAS Institute Inc., a global leader in business analytics software and services with revenues exceeding $3bn. Ian is responsible for all aspects of this business unit, with 200 staff in international operations from sales and marketing to delivery and development. Ian also has direct responsibility for the SAS Advanced Analytics business. Prior to this, from 2007, Ian was country head of SAS's largest global subsidiary (UK and Ireland), where he was responsible for a staff of 700, and during which time he was also a member of the EMEA Executive Board. Since joining SAS in 1996, Ian has held a range of sales and management roles as he progressed through the business, including: Senior Sales Director EMEA and Asia Pacific Operations (during which time he was Chair of the Global Sales Leadership Council); General Manager, Financial Services, EMEA (during which time he was also Director of the SAS Worldwide Fraud Practice); and Sales Director UK and Ireland.

Rob Grubb

Mr. Rob Grubb is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director of Gresham Computing plc. Rob was appointed CFO in 2011 having previously joined Gresham as Group Financial Controller in 2009. Rob’s has held previous roles with Ernst & Young and Lucite International, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Jonathan Cathie

Mr. Jonathan Cathie is Company Secretary of the Company. Jonathan is a qualified solicitor admitted in England & Wales, and is Gresham's General Counsel.

Christopher Errington

Mr. Chris M. Errington has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company. He was appointed CEO in 2010 having previously held the position of CFO for six years. Prior to joining Gresham, he worked for Ernst & Young and BDO with a focus on fast growth and listed companies in the technology sector. Chris has a first class honours degree in Biochemistry and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Imogen Joss

Ms. Imogen Joss has been appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 1 September 2016. Ms Joss is currently President of Platts, a division of S&P Global. She previously held executive positions at the London Stock Exchange Information Services business and senior posts in other leading data vendor companies, including Financial Times Information, Extel Financial Ltd, and Reuters plc.
