John Laborde |
Mr. John P. Laborde is Chairman of the Board of Gulf Island Fabrication Inc. He is President of Overboard Holdings, L.L.C. (Overboard), a management company engaged in oil and gas exploration and development since January 2002. President since 1997 of All Aboard Development Corporation (All Aboard), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company. All Aboard is currently being managed by Overboard. Employed by the Company from 1992 until 1996 in various capacities, including International Marketing Manager. |

Mr. Kirk J. Meche is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Gulf Island Fabrication Inc. He is no longer Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective May 13, 2013. Mr. Jeffrey Favret has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Gulf Island Fabrication, Inc., effective no later than May 13, 2013.
