Mo Na Chien

 Mr. Mo Na Chien has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of GigaMedia Ltd., effective 09 November 2012. He is currently the chief advisor of Chailease Finance Co., Ltd., and honorary chairman of Taiwan-based Grand Pacific Investment & Development Co., Ltd., as well as supervisor of the board of the Taiwan Stock Exchange-listed microelectronics firm Maxtek Technology Co., Ltd. and director of the board of TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd. and Chailease Holding Company Limited. Mr. Chien attended the MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from National Taiwan University.

Collin Hwang

 Mr. Collin Hwang is Chief Executive Officer, Director of GigaMedia Ltd. He has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the company effective November 26, 2012. Mr. Hwang currently serves as chairman and CEO of Datadot Technology Asia & Taiwan, a joint venture in Shanghai and Taipei with Australian-listed Datadot Technology Limited, a provider of identification technologies. He is also chairman of Taipei-based Cita Investment and Technology Development Co. Ltd., which invests in real estate, equities and business ventures across Asia, and chairman and CEO of Cita Aircargo Service Co. Ltd. in Taipei, one of the perishables logistics providers in SE Asia, where he began his career in 2000. Mr. Hwang holds a Master of Transport Management degree from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Construction Management degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Chi-Ching Chen

 Mr. Chi-Ching Chen serves as Chief Financial Officer, Director of GigaMedia Ltd. He has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective February 01, 2012. Mr. Chen brings financial leadership experience in international business to GigaMedia and an excellent record of delivering corporate growth and financial performance. During a 30-year career with Taiwan-based Chailease Finance, a financial firm, Dirk served the company in different key roles, including senior advisor, president and chief financial officer, and led several important initiatives. He spearheaded growth in China, tripling the firm's revenues in that market. Following the 2008 financial crisis, he directed a turnaround team at the firm's New York operations, developing solutions that contributed to improvements in financial performance. Dirk also served as the chief financial officer of the publicly listed firm Financial One Corp. in Singapore and is experienced in U.S. GAAP. Mr. Chen has been with GigaMedia as a board member and special advisor since November 2011.

Jing-Ying Hu Zee

 Ms. Jing-Ying Hu Zee is Non-Executive Independent Director of GigaMedia Limited. Ms. Hu is currently a director of NHL CPA Ltd. and serves as an independent director for Enterprise Development Holdings Limited and Evendata Holding Company Limited. Ms. Hu holds a bachelor’s degree from National Taiwan University, a master’s degree in computers from Barry University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida International University.

Ping Chang Huang

 Mr. Ping Chang Huang has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of GigaMedia Ltd., effective January 31, 2011. He is also currently the chairman of Taiwan-based Grand Pacific Investment & Development Co., Ltd., as well as the firms Chailease Construction & Development Corp., Global Hospitality Group Inc., and Beijing He Qiao Property Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Huang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Soochow University in Taiwan.

Howe Yong Lee

 Mr. Howe Yong Lee is Independent Non-Executive Director of GigaMedia Limited. He is currently the managing director of Lee Kim Yew (Pte) Ltd., an investment company based in Singapore, and also serves as a director of the Taiwan Stock Exchange listed, China Development Financial Holding Corporation. Mr. Lee received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Washington in 1984.

Chia-En Liu

 Mr. Chia-En Liu has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of GigaMedia Ltd., effective March 15, 2011. He was the managing director in Taiwan for a U.S. based game development company. Mr. Liu holds an MBA degree from the Stern School of Business at NYU and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.

Kuo Chong Tung

 Mr. Kuo Chong Tung is Non-Executive Independent Director of GigaMedia Ltd. Mr. Tung is the principal owner of the accounting offices of Casey Tung in California. Mr. Tung founded the business in 1991, which serves a number of publicly listed companies in Taiwan and in China and practices in the areas of assurance, taxation, and advisory on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, financing, and reorganizations. Mr. Tung is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Soochow University in Taiwan.
