Amiram Levinberg |
Mr. Amiram Levinberg is Chairman of the Board of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. He is co-founded the company and served as a member of the board of directors since the inception and until April 2004. Since July 18, 2005, Mr. Levinberg has served as the Chairman of the Board and until December 31, 2011 as the Chief Executive Officer. From July 1995 and until April 15, 2003, he served as the President. Until 2002, Mr. Levinberg also served as the Chief Operations Officer. From 1987 and until July 1995, Mr. Levinberg served as the Vice President of Engineering. From 1977 to 1987, Mr. Levinberg served in a research and development unit of the Israel Defense Forces, where he managed a research and development project. Mr. Levinberg was awarded the Israel Defense Award in 1988.Mr. Levinberg also serves on the board of directors of Orckit Communications Ltd., a company traded on the NASDAQ Global Market, Cardboard Industries and Kargal, a manufacturer in Israel of cardboard and other packaging material. Erez Antebi |
Mr. Erez Antebi has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd., effective January 1, 2012. From April 2010 through 2011, Mr. Antebi was an Executive Advisor to senior management after serving from June 2005 until April 2010, as the CEO for Gilat Network Systems, then the equipment sales division of the company. Mr. Yaniv Reinhold serves as Chief Financial Officer of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd., since March 1, 2012. From July 2008 until September 2010, Mr. Reinhold served as VP Financial Planning and Treasury, having been Associate Vice President,Financial Planning and Treasury from May 2005 until 2008.
