Ricardo Benjamin Salinas Pliego

 Mr. Ricardo Benjamin Salinas Pliego serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Grupo Elektra SA de CV. He serves as Chairman of the Company’s Board since 1993, served as Executive President between 1989 and 1993 and as Chief Executive Officer and President from 1987 until 1989. He is Chairman of the board of Grupo Salinas, serves as TV Azteca´s President and Chairman since 1993. He joined Grupo Elektra as Import Manager in 1981. He received a Master of Arts in Finance from the Tulane University (today A.B. Freeman School of Business) in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1979. He was later awarded by the University of Tulane its Alumni recognition. He also obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in 1977.

Carlos Septien Michel

 Eng. Carlos Septien Michel serves as Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Elektra SA de CV. He has held this post since January 15, 2007. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Banco Azteca since April 2002. Before, he joined the Company, he served as Deputy General Director of Grupo Financiero Banorte, General Director of BanCrecer and IXE Grupo Financiero, Director of GBM Atlantico, Bancomer, Operadora de Bolsa and Banco Nacional de Mexico. He has more than 24 years of experience in the banking sector, serving for the first 11 years at Banco Nacional de Mexico. Eng.  Mr. Manuel Gonzalez Palomo serves as General Director of Systems of Grupo Elektra SA de CV. He joined the Company in 1990 and held the positions of Director of Finance, Director of Human Resources and Director of Systems and between 2000 and 2010 he served as Vice President of Systems. Mr. Gonzalez Palomo holds a Bachelors degree in Public Accounting, a Masters of Business Administration degree and a Masters degree in Operations Research all from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

 Mr. Josue Garza Aldape serves as Director of Product of Grupo Elektra SA de CV. He started his career as Management Assistant of the Secretary of Finance of Nuevo Leon in 1987. Later, he occupied diverse posts in the private sector such as Director of Sales in the Northern Zone for Etal Baker in 1989. He was Head of Human Resources at Grupo Soriana. Hugo Salinas Price

 Mr. Hugo Salinas Price has been Honorary President of Grupo Elektra SA de CV since 1993. Between 1952 and 1987, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. In 1997, he founded Asociacion Civica Mexicana Pro-Plata AC, where he serves as Chairman. Mr. Salinas holds a Bachelors degree in Law from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, as well as degrees from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

Joaquin Arrangoiz Orvananos

He acted as Chairman of Hostales de America. He has held various positions in the Mexican Association of Hotels and Motels in Mexico City, the National Chamber of Trade Chambers and the Young Presidents Organization.
