Name Description

John Fredriksen

 Mr. John Fredriksen serves as Chairman of the Board, President of Golar LNG Ltd since May 2001. He has been the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the board of directors, President and a director of Frontline Ltd since 1997. Frontline is a Bermuda based tanker owner and operator listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE). Mr. Fredriksen has established Trusts for the benefit of his immediate family which indirectly control World Shipholding, the shareholder. He has been a director of Golden Ocean Group Limited, a Bermuda company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, since November 2004 and has also served as a director and the Chairman of Seadrill Limited, a Bermuda company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and recently NYSE, since May 2005.

Doug Arnell

 Mr. Doug Arnell is Chief Executive Officer of Golar Energy Management at Golar LNG Ltd . He joined Golar Energy Management as Chief Commercial Officer & Deputy Chief Executive Officer in September 2010 and became Chief Executive Officer of Golar Energy Management in February 2011. He previously worked for BG Group since 2003 in managing roles in the areas of LNG, downstream natural gas marketing and upstream exploration and development. Prior to that, he held positions of Managing Director for El Paso's European natural gas division and Senior Business Development Director for Enron International's LNG business. In total, he has worked in the global natural gas industry for over 21 years.

Oistein Dahl

 Mr. Oistein Dahl has served as Managing Director of Golar Wilhelmsen Management at Golar LNG Ltd since September 2011 and as Chief Operating Officer of Golar Management at Golar LNG Ltd since April 2012. Prior to September 2011, he worked for the Leif Hoegh & Company Group (roll-on roll-off and LNG vessels). He held various positions within the Hoegh Group of companies within vessel management, newbuilding and projects, as well as business development before becoming President for Hoegh Fleet in October 2007, a position he held for four years. Mr. Dahl has also worked within offshore engineering and with the Norwegian Class Society DNV. Mr. Dahl has a Master of Science degree from the Norges Teknisk-Naturvitenskapelige Universitet - NTNU technical university in Trondheim.

H. Marius Foss

 Mr. H. Marius Foss serves as Senior Vice President – Head of Shipping, Golar Management Ltd at Golar LNG Ltd. He formerly was Chartering Manager of Frontline Management AS. He brings over 25 years of shipping experience having acted for various brokers and owners in the oil and gas business.

Hugo Skar

 Mr. Hugo Skar is Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Golar Management Ltd. at Golar LNG Ltd. He has served as Vice President, Project Management for Golar Management since 2004 and became CTO in 2009. Mr. Skar has been responsible for the FSRU conversion projects. Mr. Skar has an MSc degree in Naval Architecture. He worked nine years in Bergesen (Newbuilding & Project Division) and has an experience from newbuilding supervision and VLCC conversions to FPSO (Floating Production Storage Offshore). From 2001 to 2004, he served as Site Manager and Project Manager for the construction of Bergesen's new LNG carriers.

Brian Tienzo

 Mr. Brian Tienzo is Chief Financial Officer of Golar Management Ltd. at Golar LNG Ltd since June 2011. He previously served as the Group Financial Controller of Golar Management since 2008 having joined Golar Management in February 2001 as the Group Management Accountant. From 1995 to 2001 he worked for Z-Cards Europe Limited, Parliamentary Communications Limited and Interoute Communications Limited in various financial management positions. He is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

Georgina Sousa

 Ms. Georgina E. Sousa serves as Company Secretary, Director of Golar LNG Ltd. She is also Head of Corporate Administration for Frontline. Up until January 2007, she was Vice-President-Corporate Services of Consolidated Services Limited, a Bermuda Management Company having joined the firm in 1993 as Manager of Corporate Administration. From 1976 to 1982 she was employed by the Bermuda law firm of Appleby, Spurling & Kempe as a Company Secretary and from 1982 to 1993 she was employed by the Bermuda law firm of Cox & Wilkinson as Senior Company Secretary.

Tor Troim

 Mr. Tor Olav Troim is Director of Golar LNG Ltd since September 23, 2011. He previously served as a director and vice-president of the Company from its incorporation in May 2001 until October 5, 2009, after which time he served as a director and Chairman of the Company's listed subsidiary, Golar LNG Energy Limited. He was also Chief Executive Officer of the Company from May 2001. Mr. Troim graduated as M.Sc. Naval Architect from the University of Trondheim, Norway in 1985. He was formerly an Equity Portfolio Manager with Storebrand ASA (1987-1990), and Chief Executive Officer for the Norwegian Oil Company DNO AS (1992-1995). He has also been a director of Archer Limited since its incorporation in 2007. Mr. Troim has also served as Vice President and Director of Seadrill Limited (or Seadrill) since its inception in May 2005, chairman and director of Seadrill Partners LLC (or Seadrill Partners) since July 2012 and is currently Director of three Oslo Stock Exchange listed companies, Golden Ocean (also listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange), Aktiv Kapital ASA and Marine Harvest ASA. He served as a director of Frontline from November 1997 until February 2008.

Hans Aas

 Mr. Hans Petter Aas has served as Independent Director of Golar LNG Ltd since September 2008. He is Member of the Company's Audit Committee. Mr. Aas has had a long career as a banker in the international shipping and offshore market, and retired from his position as Global Head of the Shipping, Offshore and Logistics Division of DnB NOR in August 2008. He joined DnB NOR (then Bergen Bank) in 1989, and has previously worked for the Petroleum Division of the Norwegian Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Energy, as well as for Vesta Insurance and Nevi Finance. Mr. Aas is also Director and Chairman of Ship Finance and Knutsen NYK Offshore Tanker Co ASA, Director of Gearbulk Holding Ltd, and has recently become a director of the Norwegian Export Credit Guaranty Institute.

Kate Blankenship

 Ms. Kate Blankenship serves as Independent Director of Golar LNG Ltd. She has served as a director since July 2003 and was Company Secretary from the inception in 2001 until November 2005. She served as Chief Accounting Officer from May 2001 until May 31, 2003. Ms. Blankenship has also been a director of Frontline Limited (or Frontline) since August 2003 and served as Chief Accounting Officer and Secretary of Frontline from 1994 until October 2005. Ms. Blankenship has served as a director of Ship Finance International Limited since July 2003, Seadrill Limited since May 2005, Golden Ocean Group Limited since November 2004, Archer Limited since August 2007 and Seadrill Partners since June 2012. She is Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Paul Leand

 Mr. Paul Leand Jr. has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Golar LNG Ltd since March 2011. He is also Member of the Company's Conflict Committee. He has been a Director of NYSE-listed Ship Finance International Limited since 2003. Mr. Leand has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of AMA Capital Partners LLC, or AMA, since 2004. From 1989 to 1998, he served at the First National Bank of Maryland, where he managed its Railroad Division and its International Maritime Division. He has worked in the United States capital markets in connection with AMA’s restructuring and mergers and acquisitions practices. Mr. Leand serves as a member of American Marine Credit LLC’s Credit Committee and served as a member of the Investment Committee of AMA Shipping Fund I, a private equity fund formed and managed by AMA. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree /Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University’s School of Management and is Ddirector of publicly listed SEA CO LTD and privately held Helm Financial Corporation and GE SEACO SRL.

Carl Steen

 Mr. Carl Steen has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Golar LNG Ltd since August 2012. He is also Member of the Company's Conflicts Committee. He graduated in 1975 from ETH Zurich Switzerland (Eidgenossische Technische Hochschule Zurich) with a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering. After working for a number of companies, Mr. Steen joined Nordea Bank from January 2001 to February 2011 as Head of the bank's Shipping, Oil Services & International Division. Currently, he is Director of Seadrill since February 2011 and holds directorship positions in various Norwegian companies including Wilhelm Wilhelmsen Holding ASA and RS Platou ASA.

Bart Veldhuizen

 Mr. Bart Veldhuizen serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Golar LNG Ltd. He has worked in the shipping industry since 1994 on both the banking and non-banking side. Mr. Veldhuizen is Founding Director in Breakwater Capital Ltd. From August 2007 until October 2011, he was Managing Director & Head of Shipping of Lloyds Banking. He started his career with Van Ommeren Shipping, a Dutch public shipping & storage company after which he joined DVB bank as a shipping banker working in both Rotterdam and Piraeus. In 2000, he joined Smit International, a publicly listed Maritime service provider active in Salvage, Marine Contracting and Harbour Towage. After working for Smit in both Greece and Singapore, Mr. Veldhuizen returned to the Netherlands in August 2003 to work with NIBC Bank, a Dutch based merchant bank. Mr. Veldhuizen holds a degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
