Name Description

Norman Wesley

Mr. Norman H. Wesley has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc., effective December 12, 2012. He is the former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Fortune Brands, Inc. Mr. Wesley joined Fortune Brands, Inc. in 1984. For more than ten years he led the office products unit, which Fortune Brands spun off to stockholders in 2005 before becoming the Chief Executive Officer of the home and hardware business of Fortune Brands, Inc. in 1997. He then became President and Chief Operating Officer of Fortune Brands in January 1999, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fortune Brands in December 1999. He served as Chief Executive Officer through December 2007, and remained Chairman until retiring in September 2008. Mr. Wesley began his career at Crown Zellerbach Corporation, where over a ten-year period he held various management positions, including Vice President and General Manager of the Office Products Group, before joining Fortune Brands, Inc. Mr. Wesley currently serves on the boards of ACCO Brands Corporation, Acuity Brands, Inc. and Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. He received a B.S. in finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Utah.

Brian Kelley

Mr. Brian P. Kelley has been appointed as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc., effective December 3, 2012. He joined from The Coca-Cola Company where he had been named President of Coca-Cola Refreshments in September 2012. He previously served as Chief Product Supply Officer, Coca Cola Refreshments since October 2010. Mr. Kelley joined Coca-Cola in 2007 as President and General Manager, Still Beverages and Supply Chain North America. In his role as President of Coca-Cola’s North America Business Integration, he led the total integration of the acquisition of the North American assets of Coca-Cola Enterprises, combining Coca-Cola North America and Coca-Cola Enterprises’ North American operations into a new company, Coca-Cola Refreshments. Prior to Coca-Cola, Mr. Kelley was President and Chief Executive of SIRVA, Inc. (formerly North American Van Lines), a provider of relocation solutions to a well-established and diverse customer base around the world. His earlier experience includes Ford Motor Company, where he was President of its Lincoln/Mercury division and General Electric Company, GE Appliance Division where he held roles of increasing responsibility until named Vice President and General Manager, Sales and Distribution. Mr. Kelley began his career in sales at Procter & Gamble and over a period of years, worked his way up through brand management. Mr. Kelley is a graduate of College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Economics.

Frances Rathke

Ms. Frances G. Rathke is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Treasurer of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc., since October 2003. Ms. Rathke also serves as Treasurer and Director of Brewing a Better World Foundation.

Gerard Geoffrion

Mr. Gerard Geoffrion is President - International Business Development of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc., since October 15, 2012. Prior to that he served as President of the Company’s CBU since joining the Company on December 17, 2010 through the acquisition of Van Houtte. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Geoffrion served as President and CEO of Van Houtte from July 2008 to December 2010 and as Executive Vice President prior to that time for Van Houtte.

Michelle Stacy

Ms. Michelle V. Stacy has been appointed as President - U.S. Commercial of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc., effective May 8, 2013. She served as President - Keurig Business Unit of the Company since November 3, 2008. From October 2007 to October 2008, Ms. Stacy served as Managing Partner of Archpoint Consulting, a professional services firm. From October 2005 to October 2007, Ms. Stacy was Vice President and General Manager of Global Professional Oral Care with Procter & Gamble. From 1983 to 2005, Ms. Stacy held various executive positions with The Gillette Company.

Sylvain Toutant

Mr. Sylvain Toutant is President - CBU of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc., since October 2012. Prior to that he served as Chief Operating Officer of CBU since joining the Company on December 17, 2010 through GMCR’s acquisition of Van Houtte. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Toutant joined Van Houtte in 2008 and served as President, Retail. Previous to his employment with Van Houtte, Mr. Toutant held positions as President and CEO at Société des alcools du Québec, President and CEO at Groupe San Francisco, and multiple positions at Réno-Dépôt.

Linda Longo-Kazanova

Ms. Linda Longo-Kazanova is Chief Human Resource Officer, Vice President of Green mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. She joined the Company in February 2011 and has served as Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer since March 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Longo-Kazanova served as Vice President Human Resources and Medical for Burlington Northern Santa Fe, LLC (formerly known as Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation) from May 2007 to September 2010 and Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Business Optimization for ProQuest Company (formerly known as Bell and Howell Company) from 2000 to 2007.

Michael Cunningham

Mr. Michael Cunningham has been appointed as Chief Information Officer of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc., effective September 21, 2012. Mr. Cunningham is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of GMCR's Enterprise Information Systems & Technology function. He joined the Company in July 2012 from Kraft Foods where he served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Global Information Services. He has experience in the consumer packaged goods industry where he has led the creation and delivery of global IT strategies as well as initiatives in business process development, reengineering and ERP implementations. In his more than 20 years in consumer product and beverage industries, Mr. Cunningham's responsibilities for global IT services included application delivery, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, security & compliance, innovation development as well as overall regional information systems leadership in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. Mr. Cunningham also previously held senior IT positions with Kraft Foods following its acquisition of Cadbury Ltd. and Dr Pepper/Seven Up. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University.

Stephen Gibbs

Mr. Stephen L. Gibbs is Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc., since August 22, 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Gibbs served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Scientific Games Corporation from April 2006 to August 2011 and Vice President of Finance for Scientific Games Racing from April 2005 to March 2006. Mr. Gibbs served as Manager of Accounting Research for The Coca-Cola Company from September 2004 to March 2005 and as Controller for TRX, Inc. from May 2004 to August 2004. Prior to that time, Mr. Gibbs served nine years in public accounting with the firms of Arthur Andersen LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Stephen Sabol

Mr. Stephen J. Sabol is Vice President - Development of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc., since October 2001. Mr. Sabol was Vice President - Sales from September 1996 to September 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Sabol served as Vice President - Branded Sales of the Company from August 1992 to September 1996.

Michael Degnan

Mr. Michael Degnan has been appointed as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. effective March 31, 2013. Degnan originally came to GMCR through the acquisition of Keurig, Incorporated in 2006. He joined Keurig in 2004 as its Corporate Counsel, becoming Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Secretary in 2005 and adding the title of General Counsel shortly thereafter. His experience prior to GMCR includes 11 years in private practice focused on general corporate and transactional law for two Boston law firms, Rich May, a Professional Corporation, and Craig and Macauley Professional Corporation. Prior to earning his law degree in 1993, Degnan worked as a banking officer for Bank of New England Corporation. Mr. Degnan earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. He also holds a Bachelor of Science, Finance from Boston College. Ms. Cudd, who has served as GMCR's Vice President, Associate General Counsel.

Michael Jacobs

Mr. Michael Jacobs is Chief Logistics Officer of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc., since September 2012. Prior to that Mr. Jacobs served as Vice President, Enterprise Logistics and Distribution since April 2012. Previous to his employment with the Company, Mr. Jacobs spent fourteen years with Toys”R”Us. His most recent position prior to leaving was Senior Vice President, Logistics, however he held many roles within the company relating to logistics, distribution and logistics strategy on a global basis.

Sonia Cudd

Ms. Sonia G. Cudd has been appointed as Secretary of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. effective March 31, 2013. Ms. Cudd's experience includes 18 years of corporate, securities and governance practice with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, McCormick & Company Incorporated as well as with the law firms Whiteford, Taylor & Preston L.L.P. and Blank Rome L.L.P. She also served at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, Division of Corporation Finance. Prior to earning her law degree, Cudd worked as a financial analyst for Citicorp/Citibank. Cudd earned her Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School. She also holds a B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Economics from Hood College for Women.

Robert Stiller

Mr. Robert P. Stiller serves as Director of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. He is a founder of the Company, served as its President and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in July 1981 through May 2007. From May 2007 through May 2012, Mr. Stiller served the Company as Chairman of the Board.

Barbara Carlini

Ms. Barbara D. Carlini is an Independent Director of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. She is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Dean Holding Company, the nation’s dairy company, and has served in that position since June 2009. Prior to that, Ms. Carlini served as Chief Information Officer of Motorola’s Mobile Devices Division from May 2006 to January 2008. From November 2001 through March 2006, Ms. Carlini was the Chief Information Officer of Diageo, NA (formerly Guinness North America).

Jules del Vecchio

Mr. Jules A. del Vecchio is an Independent Director of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. He retired in November 2010 from his position as a First Vice President of New York Life Insurance Company where he was responsible for communications and agent management and training, a position he had since 1970.

A. D. David Mackay

Mr. A. D. David Mackay has been appointed as an Independent Director of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc., effective December 12, 2012. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kellogg Company from December 31, 2006 through January 1, 2011 and as its President from August 2003 until retiring in January 2011. Prior to that experience, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Kellogg from 2003 to 2006. He joined Kellogg Australia as Group Product Manager in 1985, serving in several positions with Kellogg USA, Kellogg Australia and Kellogg New Zealand before leaving Kellogg in 1992. He rejoined Kellogg Australia in 1998 as Managing Director and was appointed Managing Director of Kellogg United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland later in 1998. He was named Senior Vice President and President, Kellogg USA in July 2000, Executive Vice President in November 2000, and President and Chief Operating Officer in September 2003. Mr. Mackay is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Beam, Inc., serves on the Board of Directors of Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc., and Woolworths Ltd. He previously served as a Director of Kellogg Company and of Fortune Brands, Inc.

Michael Mardy

Mr. Michael J. Mardy is an Independent Director of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. He has been since December 2011, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Tumi Holdings, Inc. and since 2003, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tumi, Inc., a retailer of prestige luggage and business accessories. Mr. Mardy is also a director of ModusLink Global Solutions, Inc. (formerly CMGI, Inc.), a supply chain technology company and is Chairman of its Audit Committee and a member of its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Hinda Miller

Ms. Hinda Miller is an Independent Director of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. She served as a Vermont State Senator from 2003 to 2012. Ms. Miller is currently President of Sultana Group, a consulting firm specializing in leadership and entrepreneurship for women. From 1977 to 1996, Ms. Miller was co-founder of Jogbra Inc., an athletic apparel company, then President of Champion Jogbra, a division of Sara Lee Corporation.

David Moran

Mr. David E. Moran is an Independent Director of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. He has been President of Marketing Driven Solutions, a marketing consulting firm focused on driving growth through innovation and brand building, since June 2005. Mr. Moran was Chief Executive Officer of Fusion5, a management consulting company, from July 1999 to June 2005.
