Hansen, Bruce Mr. Bruce D. Hansen is Chief Executive Officer and Directors of General Moly, Inc. since January 2007. Mr. Hansen has also been appointed as interim Chairman of the Board until such time as a new, non-executive Chairman is appointed. From September 2005 through November 2006, Mr. Hansen served as Senior Vice President, Operations Services and Development at Newmont Mining Corporation. From July 1999 to September 2005, Mr. Hansen served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Newmont Mining Corporation. Mr. Hansen also served as the Vice President of Project Development for Newmont and previously was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corporation. Mr. Hansen is also a director of Energy Fuels Inc.
Chaput, David Mr. David A. Chaput is the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer of General Moly, Inc. Mr. Chaput has more than 28 years of financial and operational experience in the metals and mining industries. Mr. Chaput was with The Doe Run Resources Corporation until September 2006, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from May 2004 to September 2006, as Vice President, Finance from September 2001 to September 2006, and as Treasurer from February 1993 to September 2001.
