Keith Smith

Mr. Keith Raymond Smith is Independent Chairman of the Board of Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Responsible Entity of Goodman Property Trust. He is a professional director. He is previously a partner in the Chartered Accountancy practice of BDO Spicers. He is the Deputy Chairman of The Warehouse Group Limited, having been involved since its establishment in 1982. He is also the Chairman of Tourism Holdings Limited, a Director of PGG Wrightson Limited and Mighty River Power Limited. He also holds board positions for a number of private companies in the motor vehicle, finance and health industries, and is a past President of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

John Dakin

Mr. John Morton Dakin is an Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Responsible Entity of Goodman Property Trust since July 1, 2012. He is responsible for the overall management and operations of the group. He has 25 years of experience in the property industry, including experience in valuation, research, asset management, funds management and acquisitions and has held senior roles in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. He is former national director of the Property Council of New Zealand and prior to joining Goodman, he was with Colonial First State Property.

He is responsible for the provision of legal and compliance support to the business. He has almost 15 years’ legal experience. Prior to joining Goodman. Shead worked for Bell Gully. He has also worked for international law firm Herbert Smith LLP in its London office, Carey Olsen, a specialist corporate law firm in the Channel Islands and Buddle Findlay.

Peter Dufaur

Mr. Peter Dufaur is no longer the General Manager of Development of Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Responsible Entity of Goodman Property Trust, effective September 30, 2017. He was responsible for all development activities for Goodman including the Highbrook Business Park development. He has over 15 years of experience in property development, property and asset management in industrial, commercial, residential and retail property. Prior to joining Goodman. He specialised in retail development for Kiwi Income Property Trust.

Michael Gimblett

Mr. Michael Gimblett is an General Manager Property of Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust, effective., 1 April 2015. Gimblett to the role comes after nine years in acquisition, portfolio and development management roles within Goodman (NZ) Limited, most recently overseeing the new Fonterra development in the Viaduct Quarter.

Mandy Waldin

Ms. Mandy Waldin is Marketing Director of the company. She is responsible for branding, advertising and corporate communications across all Goodman business activities in New Zealand. Mandy has over 20 years' experience in brand development and marketing, holding various senior management positions, most recently launching LG Electronics into NZ. She was co-owner and director of a marketing & graphic design company where she developed and implemented communication strategies for various NZX listed companies including Auckland Airport, Port of Tauranga and Trustpower. Mandy started with Goodman in 2010.

Kimberley Richards

Ms. Kimberley Richards is Director – Investment Management and Capital Transactions of the company. She is responsible for overseeing the investment decisions of Wynyard Precinct Holdings (WPH), the partnership between GMT and GIC, the Singaporean sovereign wealth fund. In addition, Kimberley is responsible for the acquisitions and disposals of GMT, WPH and Goodman NZ. She has 12 years' experience and previously worked in London for Europa Capital covering transactions across Northern Europe. Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland as well as a Masters in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, UK.

Jonathan Simpson

Mr. Jonathan Simpson is Head of Corporate Affairs of Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Responsible Entity of Goodman Property Trust. He has responsibility for Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and managing sustainability initiatives including the Goodman Foundation. He has over 20 years of experience in the property and capital markets, with the last 13 at Goodman. Jonathan has previously held positions with the Property Council of New Zealand and the Investment Property Databank in the United Kingdom.

James Spence

Mr. James Spence is Director of Investment Management (GMT) of the company. He is responsible for overseeing the investment decisions of GMT. He joined the Group in 2006 and held various roles within the New Zealand business before moving to Europe with Goodman in 2011. During his time in Europe, James was responsible for managing Goodman wholesale funds and leading its capital transaction programme. James has 12 years of experience in the property industry and holds a degree in Property from the University of Auckland as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Kaplan Education in Australia.

Gregory Goodman

Mr. Gregory (Greg) Leith Goodman is an Non-Executive Director of Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Responsible Entity of Goodman Property Trust. Greg is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Goodman Group and is responsible for its overall operations and the implementation of its strategic plan. He has 30 years of experience in the property industry and in the industrial property arena. He was a Co-Founder of Goodman Group, playing an integral role in establishing its specialist global position in the property market through various corporate transactions, including takeovers, mergers and acquisitions. He is a director of the management companies of Goodman’s unlisted funds and many of its subsidiaries.

Phillip Pryke

Mr. Phillip John (Phil) Pryke is an Non-Executive Director of Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Responsible Entity of Goodman Property Trust. He was a Director of Co-Investor Group, a Director of Goodman Group, the Deputy Chairman of Contact Energy, Chairman of Digital Performance Group Limited (formerly Comtel Corporation Limited) and a Director of Tru-Test Limited. His previous roles include Vice President, Asia Pacific of EDS, Chief Executive of Nextgen Networks, Chief Executive Officer of Lucent Technologies Australia Pty Limited and New Zealand Health Funding Authority and Member of the Treaty of Waitangi Fisheries Commission. He is a Member of the Audit Committee of the Company.

Leonie Freeman

Ms. Leonie Freeman is Independent Director of Goodman (NZ) Ltd, the Responsible Entity of Goodman Property Trust, since October 11, 2011. She experience across a range of property disciplines having held senior valuation, management and education roles. Her 25 year career has also included the establishment of a property consultancy and property management business as well as advisory positions with local government. She achieved first class honours in her Masters of Commerce Degree and has previously held board positions with the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, the Massey University Property Foundation and Government Property Services.

Susan Paterson

Ms. Susan Marie Paterson is Independent Director of Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Responsible Entity of Goodman Property Trust, since April 11, 2008. She has 15 years of experience as a professional director. She has a Bachelor of Pharmacy and practised as a pharmacist before moving into management roles in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She completed an MBA at London Business School and was a strategic consultant for the Boston based Index Group throughout Europe and the USA. Her other directorships include the Electricity Authority, Housing New Zealand, the Eco Labelling Trust, Les Mills Holdings Limited and Abano Healthcare Group Limited. Peter Simmonds

Mr. Peter Simmonds is Independent Director of Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Responsible Entity of Goodman Property Trust. He has over 30 years of experience in the listed property sector having held senior executive finance roles in both New Zealand and Australia. He is a qualified chartered accountant and was one of the founders of Kiwi Income Property Trust. Prior to his retirement in 2008, he was Chief Financial Officer of GNZ, where he had overall responsibility for the financial management of Goodman Property Trust. He has been Chairman of the Audit Committee since February 14, 2011.
