Name Description

Hak-Yan Tse

Mr. Hak-Yan Tse is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Geong International Ltd. Henry worked at IBM for 30 years. His last position was General Manager of IBM Personal Computer Company, China. After that, he worked at Compaq Computer, China as Managing Director. Mr. Tse joined GEONG International as the President and Chief Executive Officer in September 2000, and is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board. He was featured as one of the characters in the book Knowledge Heroes - The 50 people affecting Zhong Guan Cun published by China Information World in 1998.

Weidong Wang

Mr. Weidong Wang is Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Geong International Ltd. He is a founder of GEONG which was incorporated in Sep 2000. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Wang founded and served as GM of Mandarin International Software Ltd, which was acquired by GEONG in 2000. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Wang founded and served as Chief Technology Officer of Advanced Business Solutions Ltd. which was acquired by Hisun in 2000 (Hisun is a public listed company in HK). He received his M.S. degree in Automation from Tsinghua University.

Kar Ning Tsui

Mr. Kar Ning Tsui was Chief Financial Officer, Director of the Company. He has experience in the financial management of public companies based in Asia including Finance Director positions with Asia Ceramics Holdings Plc (January 2010 - May 2011) and China Eastsea Business Software Limited (June 2007 - June 2009) within the last 5 years. He has also held the position of Finance Director of Dragon Sportswear Holdings Limited (April 2012 - December 2012) in the last 5 years. Prior to these positions David held a number of financial controller positions. David is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. David is also a director of Topmoon Consulting Ltd., a private Hong Kong based Company (March 2013 - present).

Emily Miu

Ms. Emily Miu is Senior Vice President of Geong International Ltd. She worked in IBM for 19 years and has gained experience on sales and marketing management while being the Customer Representative, Sales Manager and Channel Manager in IBM. She joined GEONG in November 2001 as Senior Vice- President, responsible for sales and marketing in the Mainland China region, and provided advisory services to enterprises like Huawei-3com, China Merchants Securities, Guangfa Securities, Sybase, and Lenovo etc.

Jinsong Zhu

Mr. Jinsong Zhu is Senior Vice President of Geong International Ltd. Mr. Zhu worked in the Commodity Circulation Department of IBM China, and joined Beijing Wenhan Software Technology Company (former company in the GEONG Group) in 1999. Jinsong Zhu has a technical background and experience in product research and development. He is currently responsible for GEONG's solution products and research and development projects.

Minren Guan

Mr. Minren Guan is Chief Technology Officer, Executive Director of Geong International Ltd. He has served as Chief Technology Officer of GEONG since September 2000. From 1996 to 2000, he served as the technical support leader of the banking and financial services institute team at IBM China. He was assigned to work at the IBM research and development laboratory before he joined GEONG. Minren participated in the 1996 - 1997 Association of Computing Machinery International Collegiate Programming Contest, sponsored by Microsoft and his team advanced as one of the worldwide contest's 50 finalists and finished in second place in the Asia Regional Programming Contest. He received his M.S. degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiaotong University, China.

Amit Thakar

Mr. Amit Navinchandra Thakar serves as Company Secretary, Non-Executive Director of Geong International Ltd. He resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective 20 September 2012. Mr.Thakar is a qualified Management Accountant with an MBA in Finance from City University, London and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He has over 14 years experience working in the City of London. From April 2004 until November 2008 he was a Director of Research at Seymour Pierce, where he focused on small and special situation stocks. Prior to joining Seymour Piece, Amit was Head of Research for Deutsche Bank equities where he covered the conglomerate sector, and before this he worked as a Strategist for four years with SG Securities for Asia, both based in Singapore. Prior to working in Singapore, Amit was a Research Accountant at ABN Amro Hoare Govett for six years, focusing on thematic accounting issues for the UK market. Before joining the City, Amit spent more than nine years as a Management Accountant at several companies including Albany Life, Davies & Newman, Shearson Lehman and Deutsche Bank Capital Markets. He also lectured candidates studying for the CFA exam in Singapore.
