Candido, Frank Mr. Frank Candido has been appointed as Interim President of Golden Hope Mines Ltd. effective August 26, 2009. He is also Director of the company and previously served as Vice President. Mr. Candido is currently a principal/partner of Optimus Asset Management Inc., a Montreal-based company that he co-founded in 1994. Optimus is a firm specializing in the financing/consulting of early stage and microcap companies, both private and public. Mr. Candido has played an extensive role in the restructuring of Golden Hope Mines through his extensive contacts in the financial industry, both with institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals. Mr. Candido is a graduate of Concordia University and McGill University. He has successfully completed his CSC (Canadian Securities Course) and his Series 3 (United States) as a registered commodity trading adviser (CTA).
Dubuc, Gilles Gilles G. Dubuc is a Director of Golden Hope Mines Ltd. Mr. Dubuc holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sir George Williams University (1964) and was formerly a Manager of Accounting for Union Carbide. Mr. Dubuc also has vast experience in the Retail and Hospitality industries through ownership of restaurants in both Montreal and Florida.

He has acted as an advisor in raising capital, preparing for Initial Public Offering (IPO's), Reverse Mergers (RTO's), and organizing institutional and retail broker meetings primarily in Ontario, Que bec and in the United States.
Needham, William William C. Needham has been appointed as Director of Golden Hope Mines Ltd. Mr. Needham is managing director of ALCO, LLC, a corporate adviser to several developing companies. Over the years, Mr. Needham has served as an independent director to a number of public and private companies. He has served on both audit and compensation committees. Mr. Needham spent 12 years at the investment-banking firm of Oppenheimer & Co., where he held numerous positions, including directing functions of the back office, the syndicate department, and as a registered broker, managing accounts of institutional and high-net-worth individuals, and as a specialist in the firm's corporate leveraged buyout business. Mr. Needham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University, Middletown, Conn. Under an AIESEC fellowship in international banking, he worked in England and Norway with Privatbanken A/S.
