Constantino de Oliveira

 Mr. Constantino de Oliveira Jr. has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA since July 6, 2012. Prior to that, he acted as Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Executive Board of the Company from March 2004 to July 2, 2012. He is Member of the Company’s People Management and Corporate Governance, Risk, and Financial Policy Committees. He introduced the concept of low cost, low fare into Brazilian civil aviation. From 1994 to 2000, he served as Member of the Executive Board of Aurea Group. He graduated in Business Administration at Universidade do Distrito Federal and attended the Executive Program on Corporate Management for Brazil conducted by the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarships.

Paulo Sergio Kakinoff

 Mr. Paulo Sergio Kakinoff was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA on July 2, 2012. He has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA from January 6, 2010 to July 2, 2012. Adalberto Cambauva Bogsan

 Mr. Adalberto Cambauva Bogsan serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Board of Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA. Prior to that he acted as Chief Technical Officer and Member of the Executive Board of the Company. He has been Seasoned Captain with more than 13,000 flying hours and is specifically experienced in Airline Management. He started his career at the Brazilian airline Rio-Sul in 1989 and joined the Company in April 2002 as Line Captain of the Boeing 737 Next Generation aircraft. He has also served as Co-Pilot, Captain, Instructor and Flight Inspector, in addition to heading the Operations and Operational Control Departments. Henrique Constantino

 Mr. Henrique Constantino serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since March 2004. He is Member of the Financial and Risk Policy Committe and Personnel and Corporate Governance Committee of the Company. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of Aurea Group since 1993. He is Member of the Executive Board of Comporte SA. With more than 25 years’ experience in the financial area, he has worked for national and multinational companies and graduated in Civil Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.

Edward Bastian

 Mr. Edward H. Bastian has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA since April 2012. Since 2007, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Delta Air Lines, and previously he held the positions of Vice Chief Executive Officer and Controller in 1998 and Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Since February 2010, he has been also Member of Delta’s Board of Directors. Between 2008 and 2009, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Northwest Airlines. He also worked for PepsiCo and Frito-Lay and was Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity and Woodtruff Arts Center. Joaquim Constantino

 Mr. Joaquim Constantino Neto has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA since March 2004. He has also been Member of the Board of Directors of Gol Transportes Aereos SA since 2001. Additionally, he has been Chief Operating Officer of Grupo Comporte since 1994.  Mr. Alvaro Antonio Cardoso de Souza has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA since August 30, 2004. He also acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 2009 until July 6, 2012. He is Member of the Audit Committee of the Company and of its Corporate Governance and People Management Committee.
