Michael Neville

 Mr. Michael Patrick Neville has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Gold Oil PLC., effective August 7, 2012. He was appointed to the Netcall Board on 30 July 2010 following the acquisition of Telephonetics plc where he served as a Non-Executive Chairman from July 2005. Netcall PLC is listed on AIM and Mike Neville is Chairman of the audit committee and Chairman of remuneration committee He is also a Non-Executive Director Cellcast PLC, a company listed on AIM. His background is in the telecommunications, technology and media arena. Mr Neville has worked with many institutions, merchant banks and private equity houses over the last fifteen years, where he has been involved in fund raisings, structured and leveraged transactions and of late high yield bonds. He also serves as a Director of Cellcast Plc, Telephonetics Limited, Netcall Plc, P.S. Group (Uk) Ltd, Reenergy Group Plc, Reenergy Group Plc, Datadialogs Limited, Fellows International Limited, Netcall Telecom Limited, Trade Sound Limited, Netcall Uk Limited.

John Bell

 Mr. John Robert Bell serves as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Gold Oil Plc. He resigned as Executive Chairman of the Company effective June 29, 2012. He is Chief Executive Officer, and sole shareholder of Australian Drilling Associates Pty. Ltd. (“ADA”), a well engineering and drilling project management company headquartered in Melbourne Australia, established in 1994. He is also the sole shareholder of Sheer Energy Pty Ltd. Mr. Bell has over 30 years experience in exploration and production drilling, having commenced his career as a drilling engineer with British Petroleum in the North Sea in 1974. He held various positions with oil companies and drilling contractors working, in the Middle East, North Africa, the UK, Norway and Canada before joining BHP in Australia 1988. Mr. Bell co-founded his first private well engineering and drilling project management company in Australia in 1994. He introduced offshore multi-operator consortium management in Australia and South East Asia. He also co-founded an E&P company with exploration assets in Western Australia, Victoria and West Africa.

Julian Garcia

 Mr. Julian Antonio Garcia serves as Country Manager, Colombia, Executive Director of Gold Oil Plc since February 13, 2012. He joined the Company in November 2011 and has considerable experience in Colombia, most recently as the President of Gran Tierra Energy in Bogota. Prior to that he was General Manager with Emerald Energy Plc in Colombia and Technical Director of the National Hydrocarbons Agency of Colombia (ANH) where he was largely responsible for introducing the current oil and gas licensing legislation. He also has 10 years experience working for BP, both in Colombia and the UK, and Ecopetrol for 4 years. Julian has a diverse range of experience in the oil and gas business with achievements in a number of senior managerial positions ranging from general management, joint ventures, commercial, finance, planning and operations, both within Colombia and also internationally.

William Daily

 Mr. William Wallace Daily has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Gold Oil PLC., effective August 7, 2012. He has over 40 years' experience in oil and gas industry, having occupied senior roles at Arco and Occidental and at several North American based Independent oil and gas producers. Mr Daily managed on behalf of Nelson Resources and Kazakhstan's national oil company their JV Company where he tripled production in two years to an average of 45,000 BOPD. During his tenure Nelson's stock price rose from $0.30 CDN/share to be sold to Lukoil in December 2005 at $2.85. Mr Daily is a managing consultant and serves on the Executive Committee of the Stanford University Petroleum Investments Committee, and the Board of Governors of the Institute of the North Foundation. He has a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech and has received the Distinguished Alumni Award from his University. He also serves as a Director of Stanford University Petroleum Investments Committee, Skana Capital Corporation, Institute of the North Foundation, Raven Wing Resources, CIS Energy Inc, Impact Petroleum Corp.
