Name Description

Marko Voljc

Mr. Marko Voljc has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Gorenje gospodinjski aparati dd since August 20, 2014. He was an analyst/senior analyst at the National Bank of Slovenia from 1973 to 1976, and Head of the analytical department at the National Bank of Slovenia from 1976 to 1979. From 1979 to August 1992, he was employed at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. Having completed the advanced professionals' educational program by the International Monetary Fund in 1978, he joined the World Bank's Young Professional Program in Washington in 1979. He was involved in the World Bank's industrial and financial projects in Latin America (1980-85), and served as a senior economist in the Bank's Industrial Strategy & Policy Division (1986). In 1987, he became the World Bank’s first head of its Mexico City Resident Mission where he served until 1990 when he was promoted to the post of Country Programs Central America and Panama Division, a position he held until August 1992. From September 1992 to January 2004, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer at Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), Slovenia. From February 2004 to April 2006, he was the General Manager at the Central Europe Directorate at KBC Bank and Insurance Holding Company N.V. (now KBC Group N.V.), Belgium. From May 2006 to April 2010, he was the CEO at K&H Bank, Hungary; from May 2010 to December 2012, he was the CEO for Central and Eastern Europe and Russia at KBC Group. From January 1, 2013, to April 30, 2014, he was the CCO – Corporate Change & Support Officer – at KBC Group. From May 1, 2014, until December 31, 2014, he was the advisor to the Management Board of this company; until the end of 2014, he was also a member at several Supervisory Boards of KBC Group subsidiaries and boards of banks and insurance companies in the Central and Southeastern Europe. Mr. Voljc graduated in economics at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, and earned his Master of Science degree at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade.

Franjo Bobinac

Mr. Franjo Bobinac serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board in Gorenje dd. He is simultaneously responsible for the Ecology, Energy and Services Division. He is also representing the Company on the Corporate Governance and Benchamrk Committees. He started his career in Emo Celje and after three years of working there, in September 1986, he joined Gorenje Commerce as Assistant to the Director of Export. After four years, he was appointed Director of Export in Gorenje Gospodinjski aparati, and in 1991, he became Director of Marketing in Gorenje Gospodinjski aparati. From May 1993 to March 1998, he was General Director at Gorenje Sidex France, a Gorenje subsidiary in France. Since March 1998, he has been Member of the Temporary Management Board, and then Member of the present Gorenje d.d. Management Board, responsible for sales and marketing. In addition to his international experience in marketing, Mr. Bobinac has theoretical and practical knowledge, which he occasionally shares with the students of management at IEDC - Bled School of Management. As Member of Gorenje Management Board, he managed to introduce changes in the organization and contents of work in marketing in a relatively short period of time, and as the person, responsible for sales, he contributed to the extraordinary growth of Gorenje. He is Member of the Steering Committee of the International Association CECED, Member of the Management Board of the IEDC Bled School of Management, of the Jozef Stefan International Postgraduate School, Member of the collegiate economic body of the University in Ljubljana, and President of the Handball Association Slovenia. He was engaged as President of the Manager Association of Slovenia for five years and at present acts as its Vice-President. He got a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Paris in 1997 and a degree in International Relations from Univerza v Ljubljani in 1982.

Kresimir Martinjak

Mr. Kresimir Martinjak has served as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Employees' Representative of Gorenje dd since July 20, 2010. Prior to this, he acted as Member of the Company's Supervisory Board and Employees' Representative till May 31, 2010. He has been working at Gorenje since 1986. He worked in the Corporate Legal Services for 16 years, performing different jobs in the fields of industrial relations law, obligations law and corporate law. In 2002, he was elected Chairman of the Gorenje Group SKEI union and at the same time, he was also elected onto the Supervisory Board of Gorenje dd. for the first time. He is Vice President of the SKEI Velenje Regional Committee, and Member of the regional committee and statutory commission of the SKEI Slovenia union and its Legislation Commission. He holds a degree in Law.

Bernard Pasquier

Mr. Bernard C. Pasquier has served as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Shareholders' Representative at Gorenje dd since August 20, 2014. Since July 19, 2010, he has acted acted as its Member. He is Member of the Company's Benchmark Committee. He has been a consultant since 2008. He also represents the International Finance Corporation on the Board of Directors of Grupo Mundial, Panama. He was Secretary General at Compagnie Monegasque de Banque in Monaco, responsible for corporate strategy, the Legal Department, internal and external communications, and participating in Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings (2004-2007). He was Director of the Latin America and Caribbean Department at the International Finance Corporation, Washington, responsible for the overall strategy of IFC, including new investments and portfolio (2001-2004). He also performed several other functions with IFC: he was an Investment Officer through the Young Professional Programme (1984-1985), Principal Economist and Country Officer for the Africa region (1985-1990), Manager of the Africa Department (1990-1995), Senior Advisor in the Office of the President of The World Bank (1998-2001), and Director of the South Asia Department (2001-2004). In the period from 1980 to 1983 he was a founder and Managing Director of the company Dream Food International in San Francisco. He obtained undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Finance and Investment Analysis) from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce et d'Administration des Entreprises de Montpellier (France) in 1976 and Master's degree in Public Administration (Business and Economic Development) from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government (USA) in 1984.

Uros Slavinec

Mr. Uros Slavinec has been Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Gorenje dd since August 20, 2014. Until then, from July 20, 2010 he served as its Chairman, Shareholders Representative. Since June 1, 1990 he has been Chairman of the Management Board of Helios Domzale dd. He was employed on management positions and in different areas of the company from the beginning of his working career (1975) until 1986. He was Head of Planning and Analytics, Member of the Collegial Management Committee, and Chairman of the Collegial Management Committee. From 1986 to 1990 he was Member of the Executive Council of the Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia for industry and civil engineering. He is Chairman of the Assembly of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 1997 he received the Award of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for exemplary business and entrepreneurial achievements. Mr. Slavinec holds a university degree in Economics.

Peter Groznik

Dr. Peter Groznik has served as Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of GORENJE dd since April 20, 2012. His cooperation with Gorenje dates back to September 2011 when he was hired as an independent consultant for financial issues. After completing his PhD, he began his professional career as a consultant on financial regulation for the company Mobitel, followed by employment at various companies of KD skladi, where he was in charge of fund management from 2005 to 2009. In March 2009, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KD skladi; his term ended in September 2010. He is currently the Supervisory Board Chairman at Pivovarna Union and a Supervisory Board member at Pivovarna Lasko; for two years, he was also a Supervisory Board member at Telekom Slovenije. He is the founder of the investment consultancy firm NorthGrant Consulting and a partner in the personal finance company BTP Indegra. Since 1996, he has taught several courses at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. He was also a lecturer and visiting professor at the Kelley School of Business, USA and the International Graduate Business School in Zagreb. Since 2005, he has held several positions in bodies of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, including that of Chairman of the Strategic Council of Economic Development from 2007 to 2009; he is still a member of the financial markets council at the Ministry of Finance. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics – University of Ljubljana (Univerza v Ljubljani) in 1996, he completed his master's studies in economics at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, USA, and later received his PhD in finance in 2003 from the same institution.

Branko Apat

Mr. Branko Apat has served as Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of Gorenje dd since September 2007. He is responsible for the Household Appliances Division. He works for Gorenje Tiki doo, Serbia. Until March 2009, he was responsible for complementary programs, procurement, and logistics. In 2003 he was appointed Executive Director by the Management Board, responsible for coordination’s between some companies within Gorenje Group, covering the business areas of industrial equipment and tool & die making and from 2006 he was also responsible for supplementary program within Gorenje dd. He worked at Gorenje Commerce as Probationer, after that he worked as Commercialist. He was continuing his business career as Export Manager, responsible for the Near East. In 1988 he became Deputy Export Director and was responsible for sales and marketing in South America. After Gorenje transformation in 1990, he was appointed as Purchasing Director at Gorenje gospodinjski aparati, doo, in April 1993 he was appointed as Sales and Marketing Director. In September 1999 was entered upon the restructuring of the company Gorenje Tiki, doo, where he is at present the General Director of this company. In 1984 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Univerza v Mariboru in Foreign Trade Relations. In 1988 completed postgraduate study at Chamber of Marketing in the United States of America.

Peter Kukovica

Mr. Peter Kukovica has been Member of the Management Board in charge of supply chain management, quality, organization, and IT at Gorenje gospodinjski aparati dd since April 28, 2014. He holds a Ph.D. degree. He is in charge of supply chain management/ logistics, quality management, organization, and IT. He has worked as an advisor to Gorenje President and CEO since he joined Gorenje in mid-June 2013. His field of work has included development of solutions for improvement in complexity and supply chain management, improvement of cost efficiency, and monitoring of accomplishment of strategic projects and goals. Before joining Gorenje, he was a President and CEO at Iskra Sistemi, d.d., deputy director at AMZS, d.d., and assistant to the managing director in charge of strategic development and marketing at ACH, d.d. He is Supervisory Board Chairman of the bank Nova KBM dd. After graduating at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Univerza v Ljubljani, in 1989, he followed up his studies with a post-graduate program at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana where he earned his PhD title in business administration and organization (1998).

Drago Bahun

Mr. Drago Bahun has served as Member of the Management Board and Labour Director in Gorenje dd since 2003. He is responsible for Organization and Human resources and is Labor Director. In January 1979 he started working for the Mining and Energy Engineering State Combine in Velenje, where he was Head of the Department of Business System Organisation until the end of 1984. At the beginning of Gorenje's rehabilitation, he was invited to join the Management Board of the Gorenje business system. He has been employed at Gorenje since the beginning of 1985 in the following positions: from 1985 to 1987 as Vice Chairman of the Management Committee of the Composite Organisation for the field of Socio-Economic Relations, from 1987 to 1990 as Member of the Management Board of Gorenje Gospodinjski Aparati responsible for staffing, and from 1990 to 1997 as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs. He was Member of the temporary Management Board after the restructuring of the company into a public limited company in 1997, Member of the Management Board in charge of personnel and simultaneously Work Director for the 1998-2003 term. He is active in several institutions and professional organizations (Chamber of Economy, Ministry of Labour, Slovenian Association of Employers). He was second time elected councillor in the National Council of the RS, where he represents the interests of nine municipalities of the Savinjsko-Saleska region. Mr. Bahun completed the study of sociology, majoring in Human Resources at the Faculty of Sociology, Political Sciences and Journalism at Univerza v Ljubljani in 1979. He also finished postgraduate studies in staffing at the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana.

Bachtiar Djalil

Mr. Bachtiar Djalil has been Member of the Supervisory Board, Shareholders' Representative at Gorenje dd since July 5, 2013. He is Chairman of the Management Board of Kapitalska druzba dd. After graduating from his studies at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana, he continued his academic pursuits with the postgraduate program on European law at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, where he was awarded the title Master of Laws in European Law. His firs employment was at NLB, working in capital investment management. After completing his Master’s studies, he was hired by the Competition Protection Office (CPO) of the Republic of Slovenia where he was also a CPO representative in the European Commission’s Merger Task Force. In July 2002, he returned to NLB where he worked in the Capital Investment Management and Supervision Sector. He participated in the founding of the company NLB Skladi, d.o.o.; in January 2004, he was appointed head of legal affairs office at this company. From July 2007 to his employment at the Kapitalska družba, he was a Management Board member at NLB Skladi, d.o.o. He took part in task forces for development of or changes to the rules and regulations on mergers and acquisitions, competition protection, and he was a member of parliamentary group task forces in charge of changes to asset management of the Republic of Slovenia, and bank restructuring. For a number of years, he has contributed to expert teams of the Fund and Asset Management Association in development of regulations on investment funds and asset management companies, taxation, and prevention of money laundering. After completing his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana (1998), he continued his academic pursuits with the postgraduate program on European law at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, where he was awarded the title Master of Laws in European Law.

Corinna Graf

Ms. Corinna Claudia Graf has been Member of the Supervisory Board, Shareholders’ Representative at Gorenje gospodinjski aparati, d.d. since July 20, 2014. Ms. Graf has been a Board Member at Universal Consulting, S.L., Mallorca, Spain, a consulting firm focused on the service industry, since May 2012. She was a board member at the Spanish company Punta Portals, S.A., Mallorca, Spain, from November 2011 to November 2012; since November 2012, she has been the Chief Executive Officer of this company. She has been a Board Member at the company Dextra Investments Ltd, Zug, Switzerland, since July 2009. This is a holding company with investments in different business activities and ventures. Since January 2012, she has also been a Board Member at Rano AG, Appenzell, Switzerland, a holding company with investments in different business activities and ventures. From October 2005 to October 2012, she was the Vice President, Board Member, and Director for Corporate Strategy at the company Teka Industrial, S.A., Santander, Spain. From September 2001 to September 2002 she was the Assistant Director of small and medium enterprises at the company Secuoya Capital Privado, Banco Santander, S.A., Madrid, Spain, where her responsibilities involved identifying possible company purchases/takeover targets, company comparisons, company valuations, monitoring of existing participations etc. From January to August 2001, she was employed at the accounting department of the company Casa Buades, S.A., Mallorca, Spain. She graduated in business administration at FHS, Hochschule für Wirschaft, Technik und Soziale Arbeit, St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Peter Kobal

Mr. Peter Kobal serves as Member of the Supervisory Board, Employees' Representative of Gorenje dd. He is Member of the Benchmark Committee. He works as Head of the Maintenance Department of the Company. He is Member of the Company's Benchamrk Committee. Mr. Kobal is an electrician by profession and has been employed at Gorenje since 1971. He has held a variety of maintenance jobs and positions, from maintenance technician to assistant manager. In 1997, he was elected Chairman of the Employee Council of Gorenje dd for a third consecutive term of office.

Drago Krenker

Mr. Drago Kenker serves as Member of the Supervisory Board, Employees' Representative of Gorenje dd. He works as Deputy Director of the Refrigeration and Freezers program. He started his career in 1974 in the field of electronics. He also served in the factory of household appliances and in Process Equipment, a subsidiary of Gorenje. He also spent two years at Iskra Delta, working mainly on medical electronic equipment. In 1989, he joined the Gorenje Refrigeration and Freezers plant where he was the Plant Manager, the Manager of Production Planning and the Manager of Production. First elected into the Supervisory Board of Gorenje dd in 1998, he is presently Member of the Gorenje dd. Employee Council, serving his third consecutive term of office. Mr. Krenker also served one term of office as Vice Chairman of the Employee Council and is presently in his second term of office as Chairman of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee.

Jurij Slemenik

Mr. Jurij Slemenik serves as Member of the Supervisory Board, Employees' Representative in Gorenje dd. He serves as Manager of Production at the Washing Machines and Dryers plant. A mechanical technician by profession, he has been employed at Gorenje since 1978, performing different jobs at the Washing Machines and Dryers plant. He has been Member of the Employee Council since 2002, which is when he was first elected onto the Supervisory Board of Gorenje dd.

Toshibumi Tanimoto

Mr. Toshibumi Tanimoto has been Member of the Supervisory Board, Shareholders’ Representative at Gorenje gospodinjski aparati, d.d.since July 20, 2014. From December 2009 to October 2012, he was the Director of Marketing Management Development Training Center, Human Resources Development Company, at Panasonic Corporation, Japan.
