Sung On Ng

 Mr. Ng Sung On is Executive Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of GP Batteries International Ltd. Mr. Ng is the founder of the micro battery and rechargeable battery divisions of the Group. He is also Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong-listed Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) Limited. Mr. Ng graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, U.S with a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.

Yuk Hing Ku

 Mr. Ku Yuk Hing is Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of GP Batteries International Ltd. He is also a board member of Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) Limited and Chairman of GPI International Limited. Mr. Ku has over 30 years’ experience in international marketing in the battery industry. He graduated from the Sophia University, Japan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Kwong Hang Leung

 Mr. Leung Kwong Hang is Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director of GP Batteries International Ltd. Mr. Leung has more than 30 years’ global business experience in the U.S, Singapore and Hong Kong, and has held senior positions in a number of multinational electronic corporations. He is a member of Board of Directors of Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute Company Limited. Mr. Leung graduated from the University of Essex, UK with a bachelor ‘s degree in Telecommunication Engineering. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology, UK as a fellow member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.

Kwan Lung Tsang

 Mr. Tsang Kwan Lung is General Manager, Executive Director of GP Batteries International Ltd. He is the General Manager of the Company. Mr. Tsang is a Council Member of the Singapore Manufacturers’ Federation (“SMa”) and Chairman of the SMa Electrical, Electronics and Allied Industries Industry Group. He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Standards Council appointed by SPRING Singapore, a Council Member of the Singapore Accreditation Council and the Honorary Secretary of the Hong Kong-Singapore Business Association. Mr. Tsang graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology, U.S with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.

Wing Sun Hui

 Mr. Hui Wing Sun is Executive Director of GP Batteries International Ltd. He is the Managing Director of Sylva Industries Limited. Mr. Hui is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. He holds a Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Master of Science degree in Applied Mechanics from the Institute of Science and Technology, University of Manchester, UK.

Tze Hang Wong

 Mr. Wong Tze Hang is Head - Finance, Executive Director of GP Batteries International Ltd. Mr. Wong has over 20 years’ experience in the accounting field and is a fellow member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the UK. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London, UK.

Wai Man Lam

 Mr. Lam Wai Man is Head - Strategic Business Unit of Lithium and EVB of GP Batteries International Ltd. He joined the Group in 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Structural Materials Engineering from University of Oxford, UK.

Chi Fai Mok

 Mr. Mok Chi Fai is Director - Consumer Sales of GPI International Ltd., a subsidiary of GP Batteries International Ltd. He joined the Group in 2007. He has more than 30 years’ experience in consumer sales and marketing function as advertising industry. Prior to joining the Group, he had held senior management positions in multinational FMCG companies with Greater China and worldwide responsibilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree (honours) in Business Administration from University of Western Ontario, Canada.

Guet Ngoh Quek

 Ms. Quek Guet Ngoh is Director - Technical Centre and Business Development of GP Batteries International Ltd. She has more than 30 years’ technical experience in R&D and product development in the battery industry. She holds a Diploma in Chemical Process Technology from Singapore Polytechnic and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Western Sydney, Australia. She Joined the Group in 1998.

Kin Pun Wong

 Mr. Wong Kin Pun is Director - R&D and Program Manager of GP Batteries International Ltd. He has been in the battery industry for more than 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Nanyang Technological University (previously known as Nanyang University), Singapore and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University, U.S. He also holds a Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

Yim Kwong Yung

 Mr. Yung Yim Kwong is Managing Director of GPI International Ltd., a subsidiary of GP Batteries International Ltd. He has over 20 years’ executive experience in building and managing industrial and technology businesses in the APAC region and the U.S, and had held senior positions in corporations such as Lenovo, RS Components and Intermec Technology. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master degree in Management Science, both from Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London.

Wei Gong Zheng

 Mr. Zheng wei Gong is Head - Technical Operations of GP Batteries International Ltd. He Joined the Group in June 2011. He has been in the energy and battery material field for more than ten years holding senior positions. He graduated from Peking University, China with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. He also holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter which is under the Chinese Academy of Science as well as a Doctor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, U.S.

 Mr. Choy Kam Wing is Non-Executive Independent Director of GP Batteries International Ltd. From 1998-2003, he served as Vice President, Asia Pacific, BC Components International B.V., from 2003-2005, he served as Executive Director, Corporate Brokers International Pte Ltd, from 2005-2007, he also served as Chief Operating Officer, GP Batteries International Ltd. He is Managing Director of Redkifree Industries Co. Ltd. (registered in Hong Kong). He has more than 40 years’ experience in the electronics and battery industries and had held senior management positions in multinational corporations including the Varta Group and Components. He was an executive director of GP Industries Limited from 1997 to 1998, and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Choy holds a Diploma in Management Studies from the University of Hong Kong and an MBA degree from University of Macau.

Boon Seong Goh

 Mr. Goh Boon Seong is Non-Executive Independent Director of GP Batteries International Ltd with effect from May 28, 2012. He serves as Group Chief Executive Officer of WhiteRock Group. Mr. Goh has over 30 years of management experience in the private sector and is currently the President and Chief Executive Offi cer of WhiteRock Medical Company Pte Ltd, a medical device group focusing on wearable, portable and wireless technology applications in chronic care. Prior to this, Mr. Goh held various senior positions within the Singapore Technologies Group in the areas of corporate development, investment and fi nance. He also served Morgan Grenfell, PrimeEast Group and Merrill Lynch holding senior management positions.

Jiew Keng Lim

 Mr. Lim Jiew Keng is Non-Executive Independent Director of GP Batteries International Ltd. Mr. Lim is a senior banking and financial consultant of BSL Consultants Pte Ltd, an associate of the BSL group of companies which are members of AGN International Limited, a worldwide association of separate and independent accounting and consulting firms. Mr. Lim has had experience in the financial and banking industry, having previously held many years of senior positions in the corporate and investment banking industry. He was the Country Corporate Officer for Chase Manhattan Bank Singapore, Managing Director of Chase Investment Bank (S) Pte Ltd and Deputy General Manager of Banque Paribas Singapore. Besides his appointments with the Company, he is also on the board of two other listed companies, namely Jaya Holdings Limited and Surface Mount Technology (Holdings) Limited. Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Economics from the University of Singapore, a Certificate in Education from the Singapore Teachers Training College and completed an Advanced Management Programme at the Fuqua Business School of the Duke University, US. Mr. Lim has been a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors since 2002.
