Carlos Fernandez Gonzalez

 Eng. Carlos Fernandez Gonzalez serves Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Grupo Modelo SAB de CV. He serves as CEO since 1997 and as Chairman of the Board since 2005. He is Chairman of the Company’s Executive Committee. He has been with the Company 22 years. Moreover, he serves as Board Member of Grupo Financiero Santander SAB de CV and Grupo Televisa SAB and Emerson Electric. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anahuac and completed the ad-2 program at IPADE. He has completed courses in brewery by the Davis University and has participated in financial, marketing, administration and industrial relations courses.

Antonino Fernandez Rodriguez

 Mr. Antonino Fernandez Rodriguez has been Honorary for Life Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grupo Modelo SAB de CV since 2005.
