Brian Maher

Richard Kilpatrick

Mr. Richard Kilpatrick is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Goldstream Minerals Inc. Mr. Kilpatrick is a professional geologist and has over 25 years of exploration, operations and consulting experience in the mining industry in Canada, Europe, South America and Africa. He has worked in exploration and operations at progressively senior levels of responsibility, and his skills provide a connection between exploration and mining phases of project development. Mr. Kilpatrick is the chief executive officer of Goldstream and previously was consulting manager and principal geologist for AMEC Americas Ltd. at its Oakville, Canada, and Lima, Peru, offices where he was a qualified person for all levels of projects from grassroots property evaluation to feasibility studies.

Michael Galloro

Mr. Michael Galloro is Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary of Goldstream Minerals Inc. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with over 16 years of experience, having earned his designation while working for KPMG LLP. While engaged as vice-president of finance for a public company that was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Mr. Galloro gained experience in finance and capital markets, corporate governance, human resources, and administration. Mr. Galloro pursued a consulting career working on various projects in securities legislation compliance, valuations, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. His experience stems internationally having been exposed to various global markets. Mr. Galloro also currently acts as a chief financial officer and director for various private and publicly listed companies operating abroad.

Paul Dunbar

Mr. Paul Dunbar is Vice President - Exploration of Goldstream Minerals Inc. Mr. Dunbar is an exploration geologist with more than 27 years of experience in Archean greenstone gold lode deposits, copper-gold-base metal, polymetallic volcanogenic massive sulphide zinc-silver-copper-lead-gold, platinum group element, diamond, Sedex, Cu-Au and tungsten-molybdenum-tin-indium porphyry deposits throughout Canada, Peru, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Mali, Tanzania, China and Mongolia. In 1983, he graduated with an honours BSc degree in earth sciences from the University of Waterloo and completed his MSc degree in economic geology at Laurentian University in 1989. Mr. Dunbar is a professional geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. He has held senior management positions with Canadian junior mining companies designing and managing mineral exploration programs from the grassroot stage to the resource development stage. As senior exploration geologist for Marshall Minerals Corp., he was involved in the discovery of the Anuiri gold deposit in the Ivory Coast and managed a major regional platinum group exploration program in Canada's Labrador Trough for La Fosse Platinum Ltd. In Ghana, he was exploration manager for Pacific Comox Resources on its Chirebroso gold project and chief geologist for Tri-Star Gold Corp. where he managed all gold exploration activities on 13 concessions. Mr. Dunbar worked as a geological consultant for Watts, Griffis and McOuat Ltd. for eight years before joining Prodigy.
