Name Description

Brian Maher

Mr. Brian Maher is Independent Chairman of the Board of Goldstream Minerals Inc. Mr. Maher is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Sienna Gold Inc. Mr. Maher was formerly President, CEO and Director of Prodigy. During his tenure at Prodigy (2007-2012), Mr, Maher helped transform the company from a micro-cap junior explorer to a respected gold mine development company, eventually leading to a $341M buyout of Prodigy by Argonaut in 2012. Mr. Maher is an economic geologist with over 34 years of experience in the international mining and exploration industry. Mr. Maher received his BA degree (Geology) from the California State University, Chico in 1980 and his MSc. degree (Economic Geology) from Colorado State University in 1983, where he held a Colorado State Fellowship. Between 1979 and 1982, he worked at various positions for Homestake Mining Company, focusing on integrating new technologies with existing exploration programs and operations. In 1982, Mr. Maher began a 16- year career with ASARCO Inc. Mr. Maher initiated, designed and supervised exploration programs for gold and copper deposits in a variety of geologic environments throughout North and South America, resulting in the discovery of significant gold and base metal resources. From 1998 through 2002, Mr. Maher operated a successful geologic consulting business, emphasizing geologic modeling, resource estimation and business planning, to multiple junior, mid-size and large mining organizations. Between 2002 and 2004, Mr. Maher was Project Manager for Metallic Ventures Gold Inc., supervising underground and surface exploration, mine development and operations at an underground gold mine in Nevada. In 2005, Mr. Maher joined Hochschild Mining PLC (“Hochschld”).

Quentin Browne

Mr. Quentin J. Browne, PGeo, is a President, Chief Executive Officer of Goldstream Minerals Inc. Mr. Browne brings a wealth of mine production, project development and exploration expertise to the company, having over 30 years of experience in the global mining industry. Highlights of Mr. Browne's career include being a key member of the Prodigy Gold technical team that identified and acquired the Magino gold deposit, an acquisition that was integral to Prodigy's success. Mr. Browne's background in both open-pit and underground mine operations, with a history of success at extending mine life and increasing production rates while lowering unit costs, will be valued skills in the years ahead.

Kimberly Arntson

Ms. Kimberly Ann Arntson is Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, Director of Goldstream Minerals Inc. Ms. Arntson is a corporate development and communications specialist with over 20 years of marketing experience in branding, investor relations and finance. In the past three years, Ms. Arntson has assisted in raising over $90-million in equity financing and directed three major junior mining rebranding projects. While at Prodigy Gold, Ms. Arntson was responsible for all aspects of the company's corporate communication program, facilitating equity financings, generating analyst coverage, participating in key aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions activities, and generating widespread recognition of the company's successful transition from explorer to mine developer. Ms. Arntson is currently vice-president of corporate development for Peruvian Precious Metals.

Michael Galloro

Mr. Michael Galloro is Director of Goldstream Minerals Inc. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with over 16 years of experience, having earned his designation while working for KPMG LLP. While engaged as vice-president of finance for a public company that was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Mr. Galloro gained experience in finance and capital markets, corporate governance, human resources, and administration. Mr. Galloro pursued a consulting career working on various projects in securities legislation compliance, valuations, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. His experience stems internationally having been exposed to various global markets. Mr. Galloro also currently acts as a chief financial officer and director for various private and publicly listed companies operating abroad.

Michael Berry

Mr. Michael Berry is Independent Director of Goldstream Minerals Inc. is a principal of BayFront Capital Partners Ltd. and has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has held increasingly senior positions, in both retail and institutional sales capacities, at institutions such as Cormark Securities Inc., Macquarie Group (formerly Yorkton) and Burns Fry Limited. Mr. Berry holds a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
