| Keegan, Robert | Mr. Robert J. Keegan is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Mr. Keegan joined Goodyear on October 1, 2000. He was elected President and Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Company on October 3, 2000, and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective January 1, 2003.
