Name Description

Richard Kramer

Mr. Richard J. Kramer is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Mr. Kramer joined Goodyear in March 2000 as Vice President – Corporate Finance, serving in that capacity as Goodyear’s principal accounting officer until August 2002, when he was elected Vice President, Finance – North American Tire. In August 2003, he was named Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and Restructuring, and in June 2004 was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kramer was elected President, North American Tire in March 2007 and continued to serve as Chief Financial Officer until August 2007. In June 2009, Mr. Kramer was elected Chief Operating Officer and continued to serve as President, North American Tire until February 2010. He was elected Chief Executive Officer and President effective April 13, 2010 and Chairman effective October 1, 2010. Prior to joining Goodyear, Mr. Kramer was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for 13 years, including two years as a partner.

Ms. Laura K. Thompson is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., effective December 1, 2013. Ms. Thompson was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective December 1, 2013. She is Goodyear’s principal financial officer. Ms. Thompson joined Goodyear in 1983 and has served as Vice President, Business Development (June 2005 to February 2011) and Vice President, Finance, North America (March 2011 to November 2013).

Delaney's career includes 20 years in positions of increasing responsibility at The Procter & Gamble Company. He worked in sales and business development in both North America and Europe before becoming vice president and general manager, first in the Middle East and then in North America . Delaney then spent seven years at Campbell Soup Company, first leading international sales before becoming president, emerging markets and later president, Asia Pacific . A native of Huntington, N.Y. , Delaney is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Conn. , where he earned his bachelor's degree in history.

Mr. Jean-Claude Kihn is President - Europe, Middle East and Africa of the Company., effective January 1, 2016. He was President, Latin America since November 2014. he wasSenior Vice President, Managing Director - Goodyear Brazil of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. He is the executive officer responsible for Goodyear's operations in Brazil. Mr. Kihn joined Goodyear in 1988 and has served as General Director of Goodyear's Technical Center in Akron, Ohio (July 2005 to January 2008) and Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer (January 2008 to December 2012).

Stephen McClellan

Mr. Stephen R. McClellan is President - Americas of the Company., effective January 1, 2016 . He is no longer President - North American Tire of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. He is the executive officer responsible for Goodyear's operations in North America. Mr. McClellan joined Goodyear in 1988 and has served as Vice President, Goodyear Commercial Tire Systems, North America (September 2003 to August 2008) and President, Consumer Tires, North America (August 2008 to August 2011).

John Lucas

Mr. John T. Lucas has been appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer, Senior Vice President - Global Human Resources of the Company effective February 2, 2015. Mr. Lucas joins Goodyear with more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience, the past six years at Lockheed Martin Corporation where he served as senior vice president of human resources for the global security and aerospace company since 2010. Under his leadership, Lockheed Martin was ranked among Fortune magazine's top 50 companies "Most Admired for HR," an exclusive ranking based on leading HR practices. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Lucas spent six years at Microsoft Corporation. Initially, he led human resources for the mobile and embedded devices division before moving to Microsoft's business division, the company's largest and most profitable operating segment. Earlier in his career, Lucas held executive HR positions of increasing responsibility at Eastman Kodak Company, ConAgra Foods Inc. and Merck & Company. Lucas earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Washington & Jefferson College and his master's degree in labor and industrial relations from St. Francis University.

Joseph Zekoski

Mr. Joseph Zekoski is Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of the company, on February 24, 2015. Mr. Zekoski is the executive officer responsible for Goodyear's research and tire technology development, engineering and product quality worldwide. Mr. Zekoski joined Goodyear in 1979 and has served as Vice President, Global Product Development and Innovation Center Operations (January 2008 to December 2011) and Interim Chief Technical Officer (December 2012 to February 2015).

Paul Fitzhenry

He is the executive officer responsible for Goodyear's communications activities worldwide, including the operations of Goodyear's blimps. Prior to joining Goodyear, he was Vice President of Corporate Communications of Tyco International, a diversified global industrial company, from 2007 until September 2012. Mr. Scott H. King is Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development of the company, since April 13, 2015. Mr. King is the executive officer responsible for Goodyear's strategic initiatives and business development activities. Mr. King rejoined Goodyear after serving as Chief Financial Officer of Veyance Technologies, Inc., Goodyear's former Engineered Products Division, from August 2007 until February 2015. Richard Kellam

Mr. Richard Kellam as Senior Vice president - Sales & Marketing Excellence of the Company, effective September 22, 2014. During his 14 years with Mars, Kellam also held key leadership roles in its North American and European business units including more than three years as president of Mars Petcare Europe where he drove significant increases in sales and earnings, led brand strategy and accelerated innovation. Prior to Mars, he spent seven years with William Wrigley Company in marketing and general management roles of increasing responsibility based in the U.S., Canada, India and Malaysia. Kellam began his career as an assistant brand manager with Playtex Limited and later served in marketing roles with Robin Hood Multifoods and Molson Breweries. A native of Toronto, Kellam holds a bachelor’s degree from Western University in London, Canada.

W. Alan McCollough

Mr. W. Alan McCollough is Lead Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Mr. McCollough joined Circuit City Stores, Inc., a consumer electronics retailer, in 1987 as general manager of corporate operations, and was named assistant vice president in 1989, president of central operations in 1991, and senior vice president of merchandising in 1994. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 2000 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2002. Mr. McCollough was elected Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Circuit City in 2002 and served in those capacities until 2005. He remained Chief Executive Officer until February 2006 and Chairman until his retirement in June 2006.

Michael Wessel

Mr. Michael R.Wessel is Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., since December 6, 2005. Mr. Wessel has served as President of The Wessel Group Incorporated, a government and political affairs consulting firm, since May 2006. Prior to founding The Wessel Group, he served as Senior Vice President of the Downey McGrath Group, a government affairs consulting firm, from March 1999 to December 2005 and as Executive Vice President from January 2006 to April 2006. Mr. Wessel is an attorney with over 30 years of experience as an economic and international trade policy advisor in Washington, D.C. Mr. Wessel has acted as an advisor to Congressman Richard Gephardt, both in the U.S. House of Representatives and to his presidential campaigns in 1987-88 and 2003-04, to the Clinton/Gore Transition.

William Conaty

Mr. William J. Conaty is an Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., since August 1, 2011. Mr. Conaty served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Human Resources for General Electric Company from 1993 to 2007. He joined General Electric in 1967 and in his 40-year career, moved through a progression of leadership roles in the company’s transportation, aerospace and aircraft engines businesses. Following his retirement from General Electric, he formed Conaty Consulting LLC and joined Clayton, Dubilier & Rice as an advisory partner. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bryant University and a trustee of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Hospital.

James Firestone

Mr. James A. Firestone is an Independent Director of the Company, since December 3, 2007. Mr. Firestone is an Executive Vice President of Xerox Corporation and has been President, Corporate Strategy and Asia Operations since January 1, 2014. Mr. Firestone was President, Corporate Operations from October 2008 to December 2013 and President of Xerox North America from October 2004 to September 2008. He has also served as head of Xerox’s channels group. Before joining Xerox in 1998, Mr. Firestone worked for IBM Corporation as general manager of the Consumer Division and for Ameritech Corporation as president of Consumer Services. He began his business career in 1978 with American Express, where during his 15-year tenure he ultimately rose to President, Travelers Cheques.

Werner Geissler

Mr. Werner Geissler is an Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Mr. Geissler was Vice Chairman, Global Operations of The Procter & Gamble Company from August 2007 until his retirement on December 31, 2014, and was Group President, Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa from July 2004 to July 2007. He joined Procter & Gamble in 1979 and held positions of increasing responsibility in various brand and general management and operations roles in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Japan, Africa and the United States. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the International Management Development Institute in Lausanne, Switzerland, a leading global institution for senior management education.

Peter Hellman

Mr. Peter S. Hellman is an Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Mr. Hellman retired from Nordson Corporation, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of industrial equipment, in 2008 after a career of over 20 years with large, multinational companies in both financial and operating executive positions. Mr. Hellman was President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Nordson Corporation from 2004 to January 2008 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer from 2000 to 2004. Prior to joining Nordson in 2000, Mr. Hellman was with TRW Inc. for 10 years and held various positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hellman also serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations.

Laurette Koellner

Ms. Laurette T. Koellner is Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Ms. Koellner most recently served as Executive Chairman of International Lease Finance Corporation, an aircraft leasing subsidiary of American International Group, Inc., from June 2012 until its sale in May 2014. From 1978 until 2007, Ms. Koellner held positions of increasing responsibility at McDonnell Douglas Corporation and The Boeing Company, an aerospace company, including as President of Boeing International, where she oversaw Boeing’s international operations, and President of Connexion by Boeing, which provided satellite-based connectivity services to aircraft and maritime vessels. While at Boeing, Ms. Koellner also served as Vice President and General Auditor, Vice President and Corporate Controller, and Chief Human Resources Officer.

John McGlade

Mr. John E. McGlade is an Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., since December 4, 2012. Mr. McGlade was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a global provider of atmospheric, process and specialty gases, from March 2008 until his retirement on July 1, 2014. He joined Air Products in 1976 and held various positions of increasing responsibility, including as Group Vice President, Chemicals Group, and President and Chief Operating Officer.

Michael Morell

Mr. Michael J. Morell is an Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Mr. Morell retired from the Central Intelligence Agency in 2013 following a 33-year career, including serving as Deputy Director from May 2010 to August 2013 and as Director for Intelligence from May 2008 to April 2010. He also served as Acting Director on two occasions. Mr. Morell has received numerous intelligence and defense awards for his service to the United States.

Roderick Palmore

Mr. Roderick A. Palmore is an Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Mr. Palmore is Senior Counsel at Dentons US LLP, Formerly Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer, and Secretary of General Mills, Inc. Mr. Palmore joined General Mills, a global manufacturer and marketer of food products, as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer, and Secretary in February 2008 and served in that capacity until his retirement on February 16, 2015. Following his retirement from General Mills, he joined Dentons, an international law firm, as senior counsel. From 1996 to 2008, he worked for Sara Lee Corporation in a variety of legal leadership roles, ultimately becoming Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to 1996, he worked at the U.S. Department of Justice and in private practice.

Stephanie Streeter

Ms. Stephanie A. Streeter is an Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., since October 7, 2008. Ms. Streeter was Chief Executive Officer of Libbey Inc., a producer of glass tableware products, from August 2011 until January 11, 2016. Previously, Ms. Streeter was with Banta Corporation, a provider of printing and supply chain management services, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer beginning in January 2001, and was elected Chief Executive Officer in 2002 and Chairman in 2004. She served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Banta until its acquisition by R.R. Donnelley & Sons in 2007. Ms. Streeter also spent 14 years with Avery Dennison Corporation in a variety of product and business management positions, including as Group Vice President of Worldwide Office Products from 1996 to 2000.

Thomas Weidemeyer

Mr. Thomas H. Weidemeyer is an Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., since December 9, 2004. Mr. Weidemeyer served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of United Parcel Service, Inc., a transportation and logistics company, from January 2001, and as President and Chief Operating Officer of UPS Airlines from July 1994, until his retirement in February 2004. Mr. Weidemeyer became Manager of the Americas International Operation of UPS in 1989, and in that capacity directed the development of the UPS delivery network throughout Central and South America. In 1990, he became Vice President and Airline Manager of UPS Airlines and in 1994 was elected its President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Weidemeyer was a director of United Parcel Service from 1998 to 2003.
