Name Description

Luis Clavell-Rodriguez

 Dr. Luis A. Clavell-Rodriguez, M.D., is Chairman of the Board of Triple-S Management Corp. Dr. Clavell-Rodriguez is chief medical officer and president of the Professional Board at San Jorge Children’s Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He is the principal investigator for the Children’s Oncology Group and the Dana Farber Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Consortium at said institution. He was a professor of pediatrics and pathology from 1980 to 1994, and director of pediatric hematology oncology from 1984 to 1994, at the University of Puerto Rico’s School of Medicine.

Ramon Ruiz-Comas

 Mr. Ramon M. Ruiz-Comas, CPA, is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Triple S Management Corp. Mr. Ruiz-Comas is also chair of the board of trustees of Universidad del Sagrado Corazón and serves on the board of directors of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Food Marketing, Industry and Distribution. Mr. Ruiz-Comas served as the executive vice president from November 2001 to April 2002 and as the senior vice president and chief financial officer from February 1999 to October 2001. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Ruiz-Comas served as the managed care subsidiary’s senior vice president of finance and from 1990 to 1995 he was its vice president of finance.

Adamina Soto-Martinez

 Ms. Adamina Soto-Martinez, CPA, is Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Triple S Management Corp. She is a certified public accountant and a founding partner of the accounting firm of Kevane Grant Thornton, LLP, where she worked from 1975 until her retirement in October 2009. She was the managing partner of the firm during the last sixteen years of her professional career.

Amilcar Jordan-Perez

 Mr. Amilcar L. Jordan-Perez is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Triple S Management Corp., effective July 2, 2012. He currently provides consulting services in Puerto Rico. From April 2004 to August 2011, He served as Executive Vice President for the Corporate Risk Management Group at Popular, Inc., a diversified, publicly-owned financial holding company and the financial institution based in Puerto Rico. From December 1994 to April 2004, Hewas Senior Vice-President and Corporate Controller of Popular, Inc. He, a Certified Public Accountant and licensed attorney, received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Puerto Rico in 1983 and a J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico Law School in 1991.

Pablo Almodvar-Scalley

 Mr. Pablo Almodvar-Scalley is President and Chief Executive Officer of Triple-S Salud, Inc., a subsidiary Company of Triple S Management Corp. He joined one of the Company’s subsidiaries in 1990 and has worked in several divisions. During his 22 years at the Company, he has held positions of increasing responsibility and scope, including Finance Vice President at Triple-S Propiedad, Inc., the Company’s property and casualty insurance subsidiary, and Vice President of Finance, Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, and Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Triple-S Salud. Currently, as Executive Vice President, Mr. Almodóvar-Scalley reports directly to Mrs. Rivas-Rodríguez and oversees finance and administration and all other operational matters. He also supervises the information technology function, spearheading the conversion to the new core operating system. In addition, Mr. Almodóvar-Scalley was in charge of the Blue Cross of Puerto Rico integration into Triple-S Salud. He is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Business Administration.

Arturo Carrion-Crespo

 Mr. Arturo Carrion-Crespo, CPA, is President of Triple-S Vida, Inc., a subsidiary Company of Triple S Management Corp. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Carrion-Crespo served as vice president of finance of GA Life from 1987 to 1998. Prior to joining GA Life, Mr. Carrion-Crespo worked at KPMG LLP from 1978 to 1987. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Carrion-Crespo holds a B.B.A. degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico.

Susan Rawlings-Molina

 Ms. Susan Rawlings-Molina is President of Socios Mayores en Salud, Inc., the subsidiary of Triple S Management Corp. She serves as President of Socios Mayores en Salud, Inc., Medicare Advantage management organization, since September 2011; President of Leprechaun LLC, a medical technology company, from 2008 to 2011; Senior Vice President of WellPoint, a health insurance company, from November 2004 to 2008.

Eva Salgado-Micheo

 Ms. Eva G. Salgado-Micheo is President of Triple-S Propiedad, Inc., a subsidiary Company of Triple S Management Corp. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Salgado-Micheo served in positions in property and casualty insurance business, including senior vice president of the underwriting department from 2002 to 2003, vice-president of the underwriting department from 1997 to 2002 and vice-president of marketing. Prior to joining property and casualty insurance business, Ms. Salgado-Micheo worked at Integrand Assurance Company as senior vice-president of the underwriting department from 1992 to 1996. Ms. Salgado-Micheo holds a B.A. degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico. She also studied underwriting at the Insurance Institute of America.

 Juan J. Diaz-Goita is Chief Information Officer of Triple S Management Corp. Juan Diaz-Goita served as President of Socios Mayores en Salud, Inc., Medicare Advantage management organization, since September 2011; President of Leprechaun LLC, a medical technology company, from 2008 to 2011; Senior Vice President of WellPoint, a health insurance company, from November 2004 to 2008.

 Mr. Roberto Garcia-Rodriguez, Esq., is Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Triple S Management Corp. He is Vice President and General Counsel since May 2008; Secretary since May 2010; Vice President of Corporate and Legal Affairs for Puerto Rico Telephone Company from 2007 to 2008; Vice President of Legal Affairs for Puerto Rico Telephone Company from 2004 to 2007.

 Mr. Francisco Martorell-Basanta is Vice President - Corporate Development of Triple S Management Corp. Mr. Martorell-Basanta brings 20 years of experience in the Puerto Rican and U.S. capital markets, including 15 years of direct investment advisory roles to corporations involved in mergers and acquisitions within the Caribbean and Central and South America. Prior to joining Triple-S, Mr. Martorell-Basanta was managing partner of Ubequity Partners, a firm he founded to perform a wide variety of financial advisory functions in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions in Puerto Rico. Before founding Ubequity Partners, Mr. Martorell-Basanta was president and co-founder of Neva Management Corporation, a private equity investment firm in Puerto Rico.

Jesus Sanchez-Colon

 Dr. Jesus R. Sanchez-Colon is Assistant Secretary, Director of Triple S Management Corp. He is currently the Assistant Secretary of the Company. He is a dentist in private practice since 1982. He currently serves as chair of the board of directors of B. Fernández & Hermanos, Inc., a corporation dedicated to the importation and distribution of grocery products and liquors for the retail and food service trade in Puerto Rico, and is a member of the board of directors of B. Fernández Holding Co. since 2007 and of Pan Pepin, Inc. since 2006. He also served as the chair of the board of directors of Delta Dental Plan of Puerto Rico from 1997 to 2000. He is a member of the Board’s Executive Committee.

Cari Dominguez

 Ms. Cari M. Dominguez is Independent Director of Triple S Management Corp. She serves as a director of Manpower, Inc., a global workforce provider, since 2007, and is a member of its executive compensation and human resources committee. She was the chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from 2001 to 2006. She is president of Dominguez & Associates, a management consulting firm, which she founded in 1999. From 1995 to 1998, she was a partner at Heidrick & Struggles, an international executive search firm. From 1993 to 1995, she was a director at Spencer Stuart, a consulting firm. From 1989 to 1993 she was Assistant Secretary for the Employment Standards Administration and Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs at the U.S. Department of Labor. Before then, Ms. Dominguez held senior management positions with Bank of America.

Antonio Faria-Soto

 Mr. Antonio F. Faria-Soto is Independent Director of Triple S Management Corp. Mr. Faria-Soto was chairman of the board of directors and CEO of Doral Bank, the main operating subsidiary of Doral Financial Corporation, a publicly traded company, and president of Doral Money, a subsidiary of Doral Bank, from 2005 to 2006. From 2003 to 2004, he served as president of the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico and as an ex-officio member of the boards of directors of several government entities dedicated to the economic development of Puerto Rico. From 2002 to 2003, he served as president of the Economic Development Bank for Puerto Rico. Before that, he was Commissioner of the Office of Financial Institutions of Puerto Rico. Additionally, he has occupied various senior positions within the commercial and investment banking industries with responsibilities that covered countries in Central and South America.

Manuel Figueroa-Collazo

 Dr. Manuel Figueroa-Collazo, Ph.D., is Independent Director of Triple S Management Corp. He is the president of VERNET, Inc., an educational software development company, since 1999. He has over thirty years of experience in senior management positions and over twenty-five years of exposure at all management levels in the computer, information and telecommunications industries. He was CEO for Lucent Technologies, Mexico and a department head at AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Jorge Fuentes-Benejam

 Mr. Jorge L. Fuentes-Benejam is Independent Director of Triple S Management Corp. He was chair of the board, president and chief executive officer from 1986 until 2010, and is currently chair and CEO of Gabriel Fuentes Jr. Construction Co. Inc, a heavy and marine construction business, and of Fuentes Concrete Pile Co. Inc., a precast concrete pile manufacturing business, and related entities. Currently, Mr. Fuentes-Benejam is a member of the board of trustees of Interamerican University.

Francisco Tonarely-Barreto

 Mr. Francisco Tonarely-Barreto is Independent Director of Triple S Management Corp. He is president and chief executive officer of Stock Spirits Group USA, Inc., a spirits production and distribution company, and president of BrandEquity, a visual marketing and brand communications firm. From 2000 to 2002, he was the vice president for the Global Marketing Tequila Group for Seagram Spirits and Wine Group. From 1994 to 1996, and from 1993 to 1994, he was vice president of marketing for Bacardi International for Latin America and Spain. Also, from 1986 to 1993, he was marketing director of Latin America, Caribbean and Puerto Rico for Pepsi-Cola International.
