Name Description

Gorden Glenn

Mr. Gorden Glenn has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Interim President, Chief Executive Officer of Geodex Minerals Ltd., effect from 19 November 2014. He has been a director of Geodex for several years. He is also the Chairman, President & CEO of Minnova Corp (TSX VENTURE:MCI). He has over 25 years' experience in exploration, mine development and capital markets. He has significant technical/field experience with Minnova Inc., Inmet Mining and Kennecott Canada, where he developed and managed substantial exploration programs. His capital market's experience includes analysis and valuation of mining projects and companies as a mining analyst at Griffiths McBurney and Partners, RBC Capital Markets, Northern Securities and McFarlane Gorden. He eventually transitioned to investment banking with TD Securities and Desjardins Securities where he advised on over $30 billion in M&A and financing mandates.

John Marr

Mr. Jack Munro Marr is Vice President - Exploration, Director of Geodex Minerals Ltd. He graduated with a B.Sc., (Honors) degree in Geology from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland in 1968. He received his Masters degree from the University in Manitoba in 1970. Mr. Marr was previously regional exploration manager of Kennecott Canada Inc., in Vancouver from January 1991 to September 1992. Mr. Marr worked for 18 years with Esso Minerals Canada in Vancouver from 1972 to 1989, becoming a district supervisor in 1985. His experience with Esso included exploration work in B.C., the Yukon Territories and the Western Shield, plus two years in Western Australia, providing for the discovery of several deposits.

Christopher Ecclestone

Mr. Christopher E. Ecclestone is Director of the Company. He was President, Chief Executive Officer of Geodex Minerals Ltd., with effect from 9 June 2014. He is a metals strategist, with a particular focus upon specialty metals. He was the CEO and a director of Mediterranean Resources from 2011 until April 2014. He is a principal and mining analyst at Hallgarten & Company in London, England. He acts as a strategic consultant to a number of companies in the specialty metals sector (particularly in the Rare Earths space). Prior to founding Hallgarten & Company in New York in 2003 he was the head of research at an economic think tank in New Jersey which he had joined in 2001. Before moving to the U.S., he was the founder and head of research at the esteemed Argentine equity research firm, Buenos Aires Trust Company, from 1991 until 2001. He worked in London from 1985-1991 as a corporate finance and equities analyst and as a freelance consultant on the restructuring of the securities industry. He is a graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Mark Fields

Mr. Mark F. Fields is Director of Geodex Minerals Ltd. He resigned from the position of President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 9 June 2104. He has been President and CEO of the Corporation since May, 2009; Independent Consultant, Executive Vice President Pine Valley Mining from 2001-2005.

Christopher Irwin

Mr. Christopher O. Irwin is Director of Geodex Minerals Ltd. Mr. Irwin has extensive experience in securities and corporate/commercial law and is currently the managing partner of Irwin Lowy LLP. He advises a number of public companies as a director and independent committees on a variety of issues.
