Name Description

Aleksey Miller

 Mr. Aleksey Borisovich Miller has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gazprom neft' OAO since 2005. In addition, since 2001, he has occupied the post of Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom OAO and since 2002, he has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gazprom OAO. In 2008, he was also appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors at Shotman Development AG. In 2007, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gazprom-Media Holding OAO, as well as Chairman of the Fund's Board at non-state pension fund Gazfond. In 2003, he was also appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors at GPB OAO (formerly Gazprombank ZAO) and at SOGAZ OAO. From 2000 to 2001 he was Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation. In 2000, he served as General Director of Baltic Piping System OJSC. He graduated from N. A. Voznesenskii Leningrad Finance and Economics Institute (currently St. Petersburg State University in Economics and Finance) in 1984.

Aleksandr Dyukov

 Mr. Aleksandr Valerevich Dyukov has served as Chairman of the Management Board and General Director at Gazprom neft’ OAO since January 2008. He has also held the post of Member of the Board of Directors at the Company since November 19, 2007. Prior to this, from December 30, 2006 to January 2008, he was President and Chairman of the Management Board at the Company. He served as Acting President of the Company from November 23, 2006 to December 30, 2006. Prior to joining the Company, from 1996 to 1998, he took up the post of Financial Manager and General Director of Saint Petersburg Oil Terminal ZAO. In 1998 he was Director of Economics, and during 1999 acted as General Director, of Saint Petersburg SeaPort OAO. Since July 2005 he has also been President of AKS Holding OAO. In November 2005 he ceased working as the President of AK SIBUR OAO. He is President of AKS Holding OAO, and since December 2005, he has also been President of SIBUR Holding OAO. Between 2005 and 2011, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at SIBUR Holding OAO, and since 2011, he has acted as its Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors. He graduated from Lenin’s Shipbuilding Institute (currently St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University) in 1991 and in 2001 he obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree from International Management Institute St. Petersburg (IMISP).

Anatoly Cherner

 Mr. Anatoly Moiseevich Cherner has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Deputy General Director for Logistics, Processing and Sales at Gazprom neft' OAO since January 2008. He joined Gazprom neft’ OAO as Vice President for Refining and Marketing in April 2006. Between 1976 and 1993, he served at the Sheripov Groznyy Refinery, where he rose through the ranks from Machine Operator to become Refinery Director. In 1996, he joined SlavNeft’ as Head of the Oil and Oil Products Trading Department and was later appointed the company’s Vice President. He graduated from Grozny State Petroleum Institute in 1976, with a degree in Chemical Technology for Oil and Gas Refining.

Vadim Yakovlev

 Mr. Vadim Vladislavovich Yakovlev has served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and First Deputy General of Gazprom neft’ OAO since August 2011. From May 2010 to August 2011, he was Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, First Deputy General Director - Finance Director at the Company. He joined the Company in December 2006 as Head of Budget Planning Department. Subsequently, between 2007 and May 2010, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance at the Company. From 1995 to 2000, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, starting his career as a Consultant and being promoted to Audit Manager in 2000. From 2001 to 2002, he worked as Deputy Head, Financial and Economic Department of YUKOS EP ZAO. Between 2003 and 2004, he served as Financial Director of YuganskNeft’egaz OAO (NK Yukos). Between 2005 and 2006, he was Deputy General Director of SIBUR-Russian Tyres OOO. He graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in Applied Nuclear Physics in 1993. He also graduated from Higher School of Finance of the International University in Moscow with a degree in Finance in 1995. In 1999, he qualified as Member of the ACCA (Chartered Association of Certified Accountants).

Aleksey Yankevich

 Mr. Aleksey Viktorovich Yankevich has held the posts of Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance and Member of the Management Board at Gazprom neft' OAO since March 6, 2012. Until then, from August 2011, he was Acting Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance at the Company. Between 2007 and 2011, he held such posts at the Company as Head of Budgeting and Planning Department, as well as Head of Economics and Corporate Planning Directorate. Between 2005 and 2007, he was Deputy CFO at LLK-International (production and sale of lubricants and special petroleum products; part of the LUKOIL group). From 2001 to 2005, he was Deputy Head of Planning, Budgeting and Controlling Department at YUKOS RM (business unit responsible for logistics and downstream operations). From 1998 to 2001, he was employee at CARANA, a consulting company. In 1997, graduated from St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University-LETI (ETU), majoring in Optical and Electronic Instruments and Systems. In 1998, he also completed a course at LETI-Lovanium International School of Management in Saint-Petersburg. In 2004, he became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Vitaly Baranov

 Mr. Vitaly Vitalevich Baranov serves as Member of the Management Board and Deputy General Director for Administration at Gazprom neft' OAO. He was appointed Deputy General Director for Administration at the Company in March 2009. After having served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation he entered St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance and he graduated in 1993 with a degree in Economics and Production Management. From 1993 to 1997 held a position of Deputy Director of DSK-RAS ZAO. From 1997 to 1999, he occupied the post of General Director at Invest GSK ZAO. In 1999, he worked as a Head of the Corporate Debts Profit Centre of St. Petersburg North-West branch of Guta Bank Commercial Bank. Elena Ilyukhina

 Ms. Elena Anatolevna Ilyukhina has served as Member of the Management Board and Deputy General Director for Legal and Corporate Affairs at Gazprom neft' OAO since 2007. From 1993 to 1996, she was Executive Director of AOZT OSTO. From 1996 to 1999, she held the position of General Director of Firm Onega plus LLC. From 1999 to 2001, she worked for banking companies such as JSCB SbS Agro and JSCB North-Western O.V.K. holding different positions beginning with Legal Advisor and up to Head of the Legal Department. From 2001 to 2007, she was Deputy General Director of FGUP Rublevo-Uspensky LOK (therapeutic complex) of the Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation. She was Executive Director of North-Western Investment Company LLC. She graduated from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University-LETI, specializing in Electronic Devices in 1993. Igor Antonov

 Mr. Igor Konstantinovich Antonov has served as Member of the Management Board and Deputy General Director for Security at Gazprom neft' OAO since 2007. Prior to this, between 2005 and 2007, he was also Vice President for Security at Sibneft' OAO. From 2000 till 2005, he held the position of General Director at Informatika. Vladislav Baryshnikov

 Mr. Vladislav Valerevich Baryshnikov has served as Member of the Management Board at Gazprom neft' OAO since November 2009. Since April 2009, he has also held the post of Deputy General Director for International Business Development at the Company. He supervises matters related to international business development and relations with international partners. Prior to joining the Company, from 1991 to 1999, he held various positions at Lengorispolkom and the External Relations Committee of the St. Petersburg Administration. Between 1999 and 2000, he was Adviser to the Vice Governor of St. Petersburg, Director of Non-Profit Partnership Asia and Pacific Collaboration Centre. From 2000 to 2002, he worked in the Administration of the Russian Federation (RF) President as Adviser of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the RF President to the Northwestern Federal District. From December 2002 to April 2009 he was Director of OJSC Gazprom Representative Office in the People’s Republic of China as the regional representative office in the Asia-Pacific Region. In 1987 he graduated with honors from the Military Krasnoznamenny Institute (currently Military University of the Russian Ministry of Defense). In 2001 he graduated from the North-West Academy of Public Administration, with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.

Aleksandr Dybal

 Mr. Aleksandr Mikhaylovich Dybal has served as Member of the Management Board and Deputy General Director for Corporate Communications at Gazprom neft' OAO since January 2008. Between February 2007 and January 2008, he also held the post of Vice President at the Company. Previously, from 1991 to 1995 and from 1997 to 2001, he was Commercial Director of Radio Baltica (St. Petersburg). Between 1995 and 1997, he acted as General Director of the state-owned TV and radio company Petersburg, Pyatiy Kanal. In 2001, he was Deputy Manager of the Severo-Zapad Strategic Elaboration Centre. In the same year, he was appointed Director of Gazprom OAO’s Information Policy Department. From 2003 to 2004, he served as General Director of OJSC Gazprom-Media. From July 2004 to 2007, he was Chairman of OJSC Gazprom-Media’s Board of Directors. In February 2007, he was appointed Adviser to Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom OAO. Kirill Kravchenko

 Mr. Kirill Albertovich Kravchenko has held the post of Deputy General Director for Foreign Asset Management at Gazprom neft' OAO since March 2009. In January 2008, he was appointed Member of the Management Board of the Company and held the post of Deputy General Director for Administration until March 2009. In April 2007 he was appointed the Company's Vice President. Previously, from 2000 to 2004, he held various positions at YUKOS in Moscow and Western Siberia. Between 2001 and 2002, he worked in Europe and Latin America for Schlumberger (a partnership programme with YUKOS). From 2004 to 2007, he was Administrative Director of EuroChem Mineral OAO. He served as Member of the Board of Directors at NGK Slavneft' OAO, Gazpromneft'-Invest OOO and Informatsionno tekhnologicheskya servisnaya kompaniya OOO. In 1998, he graduated with honors from Lomonosov Moscow State University, with a degree in Sociology. Vladimir Alisov

 Mr. Vladimir Ivanovich Alisov has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom neft' OAO since June 22, 2009. From 1987 to 1995, he held a number of posts in the North-West Transport Prosecutor’s Office. In 1995, he was appointed Vasileostrovskiy District Prosecutor of St. Petersburg Prosecutor’s Office, after which he was appointed Head of Supervision over Procedural Activities of the Internal Affairs and Judicial Bodies Department of St. Petersburg Prosecutor’s Office. In 2004, Mr. Alisov took charge first of the Legal Division and later of the Legal Department in Gazpromregiongas. In 2007, Mr. Alisov joined Gazprom OAO as a Deputy Head of the Legal Department, and in 2008 he was promoted to the position of the First Deputy Head of the Legal Department in Gazprom OAO. He is a Member of the Russian Lawyers’ Association, member of the Expert Council for Corporate Governance of Federal Financial Markets Service of the Russian Federation. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Zhdanov Leningrad State University (currently Saint-Petersburg State University) in 1987.

Vsevolod Cherepanov

 Mr. Vsevolod Vladimirovich Cherepanov has been Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom neft’ OAO, since June 9, 2011. He has acted as Member of the Company’s Human Resources and Remunerations Committee since March 21, 2013. In addition, he is Member of the Management Board and Head of Gas and Oil Extraction Department at Gazprom OAO. From 1997 to 1999, he acted as Chief Geologist specializing in petroleum geophysics, Chief Geologist at the Nadymgazprom Geological Division. Between 1999 and 2008, he served as Head of the Geological Division, Chief Geologist of the Nadym Oil and Gas Production Directorate, Nadymgazprom. Between 2008 and 2010 , he acted as Deputy General Director - Chief Geologist at Gazprom dobycha Nadym. Since 2010, he has served as Member of Gazprom OAO’s Management Board, Head of the Gas, Gas Condensate and Oil Production Department of Gazprom OAO. He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a Candidate's degree in Geology and Mineralogy in 1991.

Nikolay Dubik

 Mr. Nikolay Nikolaevich Dubik has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom neft' OAO since November 20, 2008. Since March 21, 2013, he has acted as Chairman of the Company’s Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, as well as Member of the Company’s Audit Committee. Prior to joining the Company, from 1992 to 1997, Mr. Dubik worked in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation as an Assistant/Counsellor to the judge of the Russian Federation Constitutional Court. He has served at Gazprom OAO since 1997. Between 2002 and 2003, he held the position of Head of the External Economic Activity Legal Support Department in the same company. Following this in 2003 he was appointed Deputy Head of the Legal Department at Gazprom OAO. In 2008 he was appointed First Deputy Head of the Legal Department and then Head of the Legal Department of Gazprom OAO. In June 2008 he was elected to the Management Board of Gazprom OAO. In addition, he serves as Executive Director of Gazprom Finance B.V. and of RosUkrEnergo AG. He graduated in 1993 from the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Sergey Fursenko

 Mr. Sergey Aleksandrovich Fursenko has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Gazprom neft' OAO since February 22, 2013. From 1979 to 1989, he served as a senior engineer and later, research laboratory manager at the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Radio Equipment (Leningrad). From 1989 to 1991 he served as the Executive Director of a joint Soviet-Austrian venture Technoexan. He was also General Director of TEMP Research and Manufacturing Enterprise between 1991 and 1996. He served as Deputy General Director of JSC Lenenergo from 1997 to 1998. He was General Director of CJSC Television Association SHKOLA Production Center between 1998 and 2002. He was appointed as Deputy Head of Gas Transportation, Underground Storage and Utilization Department at JSC Gazprom in 2003. He served as General Director of LLC Lentransgaz (a Gazprom subsidiary) from July 2003 till 2008. He was then appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Football Club Zenit in December 2005, and later served as President of the football club until 2008. He was President of the Football Union of Russia from February 2010 to June 2012. He joined UEFA Executive Committee in March 2011. He is also Member of the President’s Council for Sports Development as of July 2012. He was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors for LLC Gazprom Gas-Motor Fuel (a Gazprom subsidiary) in December 2012. He graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute in 1978 (currently St. Petersburg State Polytechnical University).

Valery Golubev

 Mr. Valery Aleksandrovich Golubev has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom neft' OAO since November 19, 2007. Since March 21, 2013, he has been Member of the Company’s Audit Committee. Prior to this, between November 15, 2006 and December 31, 2006, he also occupied the position of the Company’s Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors at the Company. He started his career in 1975 in the Central Research and Development Institute for Marine Electrical Engineering and Technology. In 1991 he began working for the St. Petersburg Administration. He served as Head of Secretariat at the Mayor's Office, Chief of the Vasileostrovsky District Administration, and Head of the Committee for Tourism. In April 2002 he was elected by the Leningrad Region Legislative Assembly as the region's representative in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Federal Assembly. In February 2003 he was appointed General Director of Gazkomplektimpex OOO and elected to the Management Board of Gazprom OAO. He has been the Head of the Department for Investments and Construction, General Director of Gazkomplektimpex OOO, and a Member of the Management Board of Gazprom OAO since March 2005. He has held the post of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom OAO since November 2006. He graduated from V.I.Ulyanov Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute (currently St. Petersburg State Technical University) in 1975. In 1996, he obtained a degree from Academy of National Economy under the Russian Federation Government. In 1997, he received a Candidate (Ph.D.) in Economics degree from the same university.

Andrey Kruglov

 Mr. Andrey Vyacheslavovich Kruglov has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom neft' OAO since 2005. He has acted as Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee, and Member of Human Resources and Remuneration Committee since March 21, 2013. Prior to joining the Company, from 2000 to 2001, he was Head of Department for Foreign Trade and Investments in the Foreign Economic Co-operation Management Department of the Saint Petersburg Administration. Elena Mikhaylova

 Ms. Elena Vladimirovna Mikhaylova has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom neft' OAO since 2012. From 1997 to 1999, she was Legal Advisor at the Legal Group of the Trade Directorate under the Russian Ministry of Interior. From 1999 to 2003, she acted as Legal Advisor, Head of the Legal Department in a commercial organization. Aleksandr Mikheev

 Mr. Aleksandr Leonidovich Mikheev has been Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom neft' OAO since 2009. From 1968 to 1996 he worked in gas industry (All-Union Gas Industry Research Institute, Gazprom Central Operations Control Department) and in the USSR State Logistics Committee as a Gas Branch Supervisor. In 1996, he was appointed Deputy Head of Gas Supplies and Sales Department in Gazprom OAO. In 1998 he was transferred to the post of Deputy Head of Gas, Oil, Condensate and Derivatives Marketing Department, and since 2003 he has held the position of the First Deputy Head of Marketing, Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons Refining Department of Gazprom OAO. He graduated from the Faculty of Oil- and Gas-field of Gubkin Russian State University Of Oil And Gas, Moscow in 1968.

Kirill Seleznev

 Mr. Kirill Gennadevich Seleznev has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom neft' OAO since 2005. In 2008, he was appointed Member of the Board of Directors at Inter RAO EES OAO and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Territorial’naya generiruyushchaya kompaniya No1 OAO. Since 2002, he has been Head of the Department for Marketing and Processing of Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons, Member of the Management Board Gazprom OAO. Since 2011, he has also held the post of Member of the Supervisory Board at Gazprom Neft Finance BV. He graduated from Baltic State Technical University in 1997 and from Saint Petersburg State University in 2002.

Valery Serdyukov

 Mr. Valery Pavlovich Serdyukov has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom neft' OAO since December 25, 2012. In 1967, he started his career at Vorkutaugol (a coal mining company in Vorkuta ). In 1990, he was appointed the Deputy General Director of the Vorkutaugol Association. In 1996, he was appointed as Vice-Governor of Leningrad Region in charge of industry, energy and forestry and environmental management; then, starting 1998, he served as the First Vice-Governor of Leningrad Region. In September 1999, Mr. Serdyukov was elected the Governor of Leningrad Region and re-elected for another term in September 2003. In 2007, he was re-appointed as the Governor of Leningrad Region and remained in the office till May 2012. He holds a degree in Economics, bears government and industry awards. In 1987, he graduated from the Leningrad Mining Institute (currently Saint-Petersburg State Mining Institute).
