Name Description

Chaim Katzman

Mr. Chaim Katzman serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gazit Globe Ltd since May 1, 1995. He is Chairman of the Boards of several other companies, including Equity One Inc., First Capital Reality Inc., Gazit Inc, and of wholly-owned subsidiaries of these companies. Mr. Katzman holds an LLB from the Tel-Aviv University, 1973. Mr. Katzman serves as a trustee on the Board of Governors at Tel-Aviv University. Mr. Katzman is also the founder of the Gazit-Globe Real Estate Institute at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel.

Aharon Soffer

Mr. Aharon (Roni) Soffer serves as President of Gazit Globe Ltd since 2012. Prior to that, he was External Director at Gazit Globe Ltd from May, 2011 until 2012. He served as Chief Executive Officer at the Company from November 30, 2009 until May, 2011. Arie Mientkavich

Mr. Arie Mientkavich serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board at Gazit Globe Ltd since April 19, 2005. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gazit Globe Israel (Development); Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of IDB Holdings Corporation; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Elron Electronic Industries; Chairman of the Board of Directors of RDC - Rafael Development Corporation and member of the Boards of Directors of both Given Imaging and NuLens, of the IDB group. Prior to this, (1997- 2006), Mr. Mientkavich served as Active Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Israel Discount Bank and several of its subsidiaries - Israel Discount Bank of New York, Mercantile Discount Bank and Discount Management Provident Funds. During that period, he led the remarkable recovery program and the resulting privatization of the Bank. Formerly, (1987-1997), he served as Active Chairman of the Board of the Israel Securities Authority (the Israeli equivalent of the American SEC). He was also a member of the Israel CPA Advisory Council and a member of the Advisory Board of the Bank of Israel . Prior to that, (1979-1987), Mr. Mientkavich served as General Counsel to the Israeli Ministry of Finance, which entailed overall responsibility for legislation and supervision in the areas of finance, budget and banking in Israel. Mr. Mientkavich holds degrees in Law and Political Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1972.

Dori Segal

Mr. Dori Segal serves as Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Gazit Globe Ltd since December 26, 1993. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the Company. Mr. Segal also serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of First Capital Realty Inc., Director of Equity One Inc, and Director of wholly-owned subsidiaries of these companies and Gazit-Globe Ltd.

Gil Kotler

Ronen Geles

Mr. Ronen Geles serves as Vice President - Finance at Gazit Globe Ltd. Mr. Geles has been serving as VP Finance of Gazit Globe since January 2013. Mr. Geles joined Gazit Globe in July 2006 and formerly held the position of treasurer and financial risk manager. As part of his duties, Mr. Geles is responsible for the financial operations of the Company, which include, inter alia, managing the credit array and the hedging strategy. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Geles worked in Bank Leumi on the corporate desk in the foreign currency trading room and as an economist for its construction and real estate sector. Rami Vaisenberger

Mr. Rami (Romno) Vaisenberger serves as Vice President and Controller at Gazit Globe Ltd since July 1, 2004. Prof. Orgler was Vice Rector of Tel Aviv University from 1985 to 1990 and Dean of the University’s Graduate School of Business Administration from 1981 to 1985. He founded, and served as the first Chairman of Ma’alot, the Israel Securities Rating Company. He is the author of several books and over 40 academic and professional articles. Prof. Orgler received a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Masters and Ph.D. in Management- specializing in Finance from the Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
