Irwin Simon	Mr. Irwin David Simon is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer, Founder of The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. Mr. Simon was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors in April 2000. Previously, Mr. Simon was employed in various marketing capacities at Slim-Fast Foods Company (a dietary food and beverage company) and The Haagen-Dazs Company (a frozen dessert company), then a division of Grand Metropolitan, plc (a portfolio of luxury brands and companies). Mr. Simon currently serves as a director of Jarden Corporation (a consumer products company), an independent non-executive director of Yeo Hiap Seng Limited (a food and beverage company based in Singapore) and as a director of several privately-held companies. During the last five years, Mr. Simon also served as a director of Marathon Acquisition Corp. (a special purpose acquisition corporation). Mr. Simon also participates in several industry and charitable organizations including The New York State Council on Food Policy. Mr. Simon is the past chapter chairman of YPO—Gotham Chapter, New York City.
