| Simon, Irwin | Irwin D. Simon has been the President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. since the inception and is the founder. Mr. Simon was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors in April 2000. Previously, Mr. Simon was employed in various marketing capacities at Slim-Fast Foods Company and The Haagen-Dazs Company, a division of Grand Metropolitan, plc. Mr. Simon serves as a lead director of Jarden Corporation, an independent non-executive director of Yeo Hiap Seng Limited and as a director of several privately-held companies. Mr. Simon also participates in several industry and charitable organizations including The New York State Council on Food Policy. Mr. Simon is the past chapter chairman of YPO—Gotham Chapter, New York City. |
| Lamel, Ira | Mr. Ira J. Lamel was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. on October 1, 2001, and served as Corporate Secretary from January 2003 until April 2009 and served as Treasurer until July 2009.
