Alfred Verrecchia

Mr. Alfred J. Verrecchia is Independent Chairman of the Board of Hasbro Inc. Mr. Verrecchia served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hasbro from 2003 to 2008. Prior thereto, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Hasbro from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Verrecchia is a director and Chairman of the Board of Iron Mountain Incorporated. Mr. Verrecchia previously served on the board of directors of CVS Caremark Corporation from 2004 to 2007 and of FGX International Holdings Limited from 2009 until 2010.

Brian Goldner

Mr. Brian D. Goldner is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Hasbro Inc. Prior thereto, Mr. Goldner served as the Chief Operating Officer of Hasbro from 2006 to 2008 and as President, U.S. Toys Segment from 2003 to 2006. (a global logistics and transportation and supply chain solutions provider) from 2003 until 2006.
