Name Description
Stanley, Stephen Stephen Stanley serves as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hathor Exploration Limited since Feb. 2, 2006. He is President Cromwell Holdings Ltd. Oct., 2000 to date; previously, Director of Aumega Discoveries, Oct., 1999 to Feb., 2006; Director of Bayou Bend Petroleum Ltd., June, 2006 to March, 2007; and President Worldwide Silver & Gold May, 2003 to Nov., 2004. Mr. Stanley has been involved in the junior resource sector for more then 12 years and has held numerous positions with both private and publicly listed companies. Mr. Stanley is founder and President of Sotet Capital, a privately held venture capital and resource investment company that has been aggressively involved in acquiring, developing and financing uranium opportunities with a primary focus on the Athabasca Basin.
Herchak, Andriyko Andriyko Herchak serves as Chief Financial Officer of Hathor Exploration Limited. Mr. Herchak has held senior financial positions with several publicly listed companies. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and received his designation as a Chartered Accountant by examination in1995 while articling with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche in Vancouver. Mr. Herchak's most recent position before joining Hathor was as Chief Financial Officer of Playground, a Division of Intrawest Corporation.
Gunning, Michael Dr. Michael H. Gunning, Ph.D., P.Geo., has been appointed as Director and Chief Operating Officer of Hathor Exploration Limited. Dr. Gunning was previously the President and CEO of Triex Minerals Corporation and joins Hathor following the business combination of Triex and Diamondex Resources Ltd. Previous to Triex, Dr. Gunning was the principal Mineral Deposits Research Geologist at the Saskatchewan Geological Survey, before which, he was a Senior Project Geologist in Exploration at Teck Cominco Ltd. He has a Ph.D. in mineral deposits and volcanology from the University of Western Ontario, and is a past President of the Saskatchewan Geological Society and the Society of Economic Geologists Student Chapter. Dr. Gunning is currently a director of Galena International Resources Ltd. and Creston Moly Corp., public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mason, Matthew Matthew J. Mason serves as Director, Aug. 17, 2000 to date; President and Chief Executive Officer, Aug. 2000 to Feb. 2, 2006 of Hathor Exploration Limited. He is an independent self-employed businessman and investor. In 1982, Mr. Mason attended Malaspina College, Nanaimo, B.C., and completed the corporate governance course entitled "Going Public and Continuous Disclosure". In 1998, Mr. Mason received a Certificate for completion of the Pubco Going Public and Continuous Disclosure courses, from Simon Fraser University. He has acted as a director and/or officer of several companies listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange. Over the past several years, Mr. Mason has been a senior executive and/or director of many public companies in the buisness of natural resources exploration and development.
Ainsworth, Benjamin Benjamin Ainsworth serves as Director of Hathor Exploration Limited since May 31, 2006. Mr. Ainsworth is a senior Geologist and mining consultant who has been involved in the mining industry for over thirty-five years. He graduated in 1963 with an honors degree in Geology from Oxford University in England. He joined Placer Development in 1965 and held positions of Senior Geologist, Chief Geochemist, Exploration Manager - Eastern Canada, Exploration Manager - Chile, and President - Placer Chile, South America. Throughout the 70's, Mr. Ainsworth was involved in the design, budgeting and implementation of exploration programs that included large and small drill programs, geophysical surveys, geological mapping, geochemical surveys, and a full range of project evaluation studies. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of British Colombia and is a Canadian citizen by naturalization.
Currie, John John Currie serves as Director of Hathor Exploration Limited since November 6, 2006. Mr. John Currie is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Lululemon Athletica Inc., which he joined in January, 2007. Prior to joining Lululemon, he was Chief Financial Officer of Intrawest Corporation where he held progressively senior financial positions since joining in 1989. Mr. Currie is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. He is Chief Financial Officer of Lululemon Athletica Inc.; previously Chief Financial Officer of Intrawest Corporation; until Nov. 2006, previously Senior Vice-President of Financing and Taxation for Intrawest Corporation.
Glynn, Martin Martin Glynn serves as Director of Hathor Exploration Limited since September 27, 2007. Mr. Glynn retired from 24 years of service at HSBC at the end of 2006, having served as Chief Executive Officer and President of HSBC Bank USA, HSBC Bank Canada and as a Group General Manager of HSBC Holding plc Currently, Mr. Glynn serves on the board and audit committee of Husky Energy Inc. In addition to his considerable HSBC Board experience, other for profit boards in the U.S. and Canada have included Wells Fargo HSBC Trade Bank N.A., and AEA Investors LLC-Private Equity Fund. Business and industry boards have included: The Clearing House; New York City Investment Fund; Partnership for New York City; The Canadian Chamber of Commerce; Canadian Bankers Association; Hong Kong Canada Business Association and the Canadian Council of Chief Executives.
